I'm writing this review for an incident that happened almost a month back.
I'm sure someone who will face a bad experience here next time will definitely come here to give their ratings and feel relieved by seeing this review as they are not alone.
Came to 4G, Karama to change my phone's display. They said they don't have it then, they will get it the next day. They said its a half an hour work. I went there next day at 7.30 PM. After half an hour they were still working on it but the guy looked tensed. When I asked him he said he changed the display but he accidentally damaged the power switch. He told he will try to repair it but need some time. I went back home. I came back at 11.30 PM and still they haven't repaired it. The guy said they can't repair it but need to change it which they said they will try to get a switch next day and replace then. Before leaving the owner asked me for the display's money. Imagine giving a phone to repair after damaging it further, still asking for the money before repairing it. I asked him the same and he silent nodded. Next day I came again, they changed the button. I paid the money and came back home.then comes the new problem, the sensor is not working. The phone's screen will off on it's own and turn on randomly. I called them so they asked me to come the next day. They said they'll check again and they did something and it worked that time. I came back home and after 2 hours it again stopped working. Next day I again went there and gave the phone for repair. This time the guy smartly turned off the sensor option in settings to make me think it's working. He called me and said the problem is solved and The phone's screen won't go off anymore. I went there and checked and I found this within 30 seconds. I got so frustrated. When I asked him what happened, he said the display is duplicate, and the sensor coming with the display is of another model
that's why the sensor is not working. Now whenever I get a call and I attends it and keep on my ear, the screen won't turn off or when I get a Whatsapp voice message and I want to hear it, I need to either keep the speaker to my ear and hear or use a headset. I so badly wanted to give a police complaint, but thinking the time I'll have to spend on this, I reluctantly let that go.

They should've either accepted their mistake and gave me the money for the damage they caused or should have replaced my phone. But as smart businessmen they got away with it.
Accountability and Responsibility are two main qualities of a good service provider. This shop don't have both.

Fixed my phone and got it back same day

Good in customer service. Price wise product & quality is good. Quick mobile service.

The phone's display, which I had sent for repairing, was very expensive, but of low quality.
