I was looking for laundry shop near my house because the comforter I have won't fit in our washing machine and I finally found this 5asec! They have three locations and you don't have time you may arrange them to pick ur stuff and delivered right your door!

The price I must say it's worth it!

Normally I have great experience with them, but this time my items were delayed and till now they didn't fully gave me the missing items. They didn't inform me and I am still waiting for a response.nothing

My son’s running shoes got soaked with sea water while we were running by the beach. Without much hope I sent it to 5asec. It took around 6 days, but the final thing really impressed me. The shoes looks brand new even cleaner than ever.

Terrible experience. I sent my dress + belt for laundry and they sent me back a dress without belt. They lost it and took 48h to confirm that it was lost! I was supposed to wear this dress for the new year and Im ending up having no dress on Dec 31.

Never again!

Super bad. I had 2 different incidents. One was that I took my dress for alteration and it took one week to be ready, and it supposed to be ready in 2 days, I had to wear it on a event. They did not communicate that will be late. Their place is 2 min away from my building, even being late to deliver the product they refused to bring it up to my flat. (2 mins away). No discount, no apologies, nothing
Second incident I passed to clean a dress that was dirty from a escalator. The guy at the reception said he cannot do anything in that moment not even an advice what solution I can put. On top of that he said if I give him right away the dress will get more damage as as they will put in a pouch until next day. Super bad service for the prices of the dry clean. Never ever going again, I do not recommend the place

The best laundry in dubai! All my items are coming back perfectly clean, ironing perfect! Shoes cleaning, bags…The top of the top! The team are nice, always here to help you and always on time.

Wow very impressed with this company! I stumbled upon them online and sent 2 pairs of shoes just to test the quality of service. Very easy and polite to arrange immediate pick up, cleaning took a few days and shoes came back like new, as if I just bought it at the shop! Thank you and look forward to next cleaning booking

I popped into the shop in the Marina and asked about taking up some trousers. He said if you have more than 5 pairs they will send someone to the house and measure me at home. I ended up sending 11 pairs of trousers that were sitting in my wardrobe that I stopped wearing for one reason or another.too long, too wide etc. I just tried on everything I had and she recommended adjustments.

It is like I have a whole new wardrobe) Perfect fit now on all of them.

Now the best part. They found AED 200 in one of my trousers. They contacted me to inform me and made sure it was delivered back to me.

Ironic - only good comments are for shoe cleaning! Please pay attention! They are unskilled and do not know how to dry clean.
All the clothes I turned in were returned with 5 a sec claiming it’s impossible to remove the stains SOOOOO …. I took the clothes to another shop and all stains were removed - not to mention the smells - those were gone too!
5 a sec is NOT training and teaching staff to perform and treat fabrics correctly. They charge money and return unwashed items just steam them!
I am not sure how to look at it? Cheating? Or disrespecting the client

They did an amazing job with my shoes. Honestly i could not expect a better result, they are like new. I highly recommend.

Terrible customer care.
Placed a large order for tailor services (stitching, etc), paid AED 1700 for the job, that was promised to be done in one week. After one week was gone, they said they need only five days more to finish

I have clearly requested for wash and fold which was promoted on your app as AED 65. I have received my order back with AED 353.00 charge on my card! The cloths were ironed which obviously wasn’t my request and I have ended up paying for the ironing service without my permission my card got charged for this amount instead of AED 65. This is very unprofessional and totally unacceptable. I request a refund back to my card immediately

First, these guys are way over priced in comparison with other laundry apps and their service is average.

App is very very confusing and I was not able to see the prices when I placed my order. Its a little confusing to find where the prices are listed.

App kept on displayin 50% off but I was surprised that I was charged 440 AED for my order (which I normally pay 200 for AED maximum at other laundries) and the 50% discount was not applied.

When I called them to inquire they said this is only on your first order and you have placed a small order with us 3 months ago so this is not applicable on you.

Cannot understand why the 50% discount kept on appearing on my app screen if I am not entitled to the discount. Not sure if the goal is to mislead customers or just a design issue but its very confusing anyway.

Overall, in my opinion this is an overpriced average quality very confusing and badly designed laundry app and there are way better laundry apps with better quality and customer service experience in Dubai.

I will go back to the laundry app that I normally use and will never using those guys again!

Hello! After first time I wear my new dress I washed it in a washing machine and it become 1 size smaller and I was so sad about it. I came to 5sec laundry (Dubai Marina brunch) to check if they can do something. And 2 hours ago I collected my dress and I was so happy because it is perfect again! Thank you very much guys! Really good job!

I have used your services at 50% off for my cardigans. It had a really bad stain and pilling all over. Its like magic, pilling is gone stain is gone, its like brand new. Will definitely recommend:)

Their advertising states you get 50% off your first order. I was very excited to use them. When I place my order they said it does not include Rugs. Their ad states this include ALL items except “Preservation with J’aime ma robe’ nothing about excepting rugs. I’m surprised their customer service didn’t honor this as they said it was a mistake and will update. True honest customer service would have honored it.

Check the pictures: These are deodorant stains and I was sure nothing could be done because I had tried washing at home so many times. The guys called me the day after I dropped my clothes and asked for an extra day for the t-shirt. And look what they've done with it! It's all gone! And they also fixed a torn seam in one of my dresses.

Really really good! Staff very nice and prepared. Fast service got the clothes back next day. All my clothes were looking great. (Please) keep the quality!

I can honestly say from the moment I stepped into to the moment I received my laundry was the most wonderful experience service & care was exceptional!
Grace took such care with every garment & I was certainly it disappointed in the finish especially my favourite scarfs & shawls which I was very nervous about adding to the laundry.
Grace reassured me that they would take great care.
The staff seemed all very happy & professional right to the delivery.
Even re stitch the hem of my favourite jeans!
Also replacing a button on my husbands shirt.
I took the offer of the whitening & crease treatment too.
I will certainly be trusting 5asec with all my future laundry/cleaning.
Kellie was also an absolute star on communications with any concerns & arranged delivery to suit which arrived exactly as promised!

I know 5asec from France so wanted to try them here when I heard they opened.

Their shop looks nothing like any other laundry I’ve seen in Dubai. Modern and bright with really nice staff.

My stuff was ready the next day and they even fixed the button on my shirt and the seams on my jacket free of charge!

Very cool concept, not cheap but the quality and service definitely make up for it.

Clean, bright and very welcoming, this store is a breath of fresh air in Dubai's dry cleaning sector. The staff are very friendly, curious and attentive. They are very keen to answer questions about the services offered and in case they don't know the answer, they are polite and seek alternative options to get you the answer you need.

The fact that cleaning and pressing is done on site is a great advantage and the fact that you can take a tour is a huge bonus to ensure you get a quality wash each time. Encore!
