I have ordered a travel luggage over 2 weeks ago, they never delivered, contacted the customer service, no help at all. Seems like a scam, please deliver my luggage or give my money back, I need to travel in 2 days and have no luggage! This is an absurd!

Totally and extremely disapppointed with the products. Mostly are different from what they show in pictures & u always have to return the items due to wrong size / unsatisfaction with the quality even with the branded items, looks old.

Worst in customer service. Requested for a return and no one picked up the item for a week. Then, they will inform you of multiple failed attempts but no one did such. Called once but never came. So do something with your courier.

Horrible customer service which they don't respond and update us accordingly, I have ordered and not received anything. I wish some body escalate this issue to the market manager and investigate why they took money for more compliners without immediate action. At least they admit they are facing issues to deal with all customers and they are facing failures on delivery time and to return money for the wasting time.

I ordered crocs at ae.crocsgulf.com because I don't want to deal with 6th st after reading all of the bad reviews, then lo and behold I found out that it's still 6th st that holds crocs in dubai and now I found myself typing and ranting here, all just to warn you NEVER to place an order in 6th st, it's all rainbows and butterflies until you got a problem with your order, that's when the horror starts.

THIS IS BY FAR THE COMPANY THAT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered a size 7, they delivered a size 9. I ordered NOV 6,2021 and as of writing I still didn't get my refund, not a case number, reference number, no assurance, no resolution. The only thing they kept on saying was "Sorry, there is a problem with the system".

I wonder why they're still operating, I wonder why Dubai Economic Department didn't do anything about them, given the number of complaints filed against them.

I will not give any rating to these fraudsters. My order is taking more than one MONTH to deliver. The experience with the customer service center is the WORST where they don't the basics of how to communicate with a customer, comfort and reassure the customer that the order will be delivered on x date and time and that they will follow up. I called them FOUR times so far and they say every time, the will raise a complain to the courier company and order will be delivered soon. When asked for the supervisor to call me back since their agents have no experience in CS, I was told that they are not allowed to follow up with a customer! IT IS ABUSRD to have such an ecommerce website operating here with such incompetent staff and process. Foreseeing such business can't hold for long and compete with other known and established competitors.

I ordered an 'Aldo Dwain Low Top Sneakers - White' from 6th Street through the 6th Street app on 30th November 2021 (order #501042380). It should be delivered on 4th December, but on 3rd December when I check my order details, it's appeared that ' order is canceled'. When I contacted customer service, the customer representative told me that the order is canceled is due to I didn't respond to the call from the delivery service. But I didn't recieve any calls from the delivery service. The customer representative reopened my order request. And it was expected to be delivered on 5th. I got the delivery, but when I asked the delivery boy about the ' order canceled issue', he responded to me so rudely. When I opened the package, it's the string product I got. Again, I contacted customer care, the customer representative was not supportive and he is also very rude to me. He hung up the call upon me.
This is the first time I tried 6th Street and it's the worst service I've ever had. This will be the last time I'm using 6th Street. Also, I'll not recommend anyone to buy from 6th Street.

Absolutely worst experience ever! Order was delivered with items missing. Spoke to the customer service while the courier was still here and they assured me my money will be refunded. Took 6 weeks and nothing. After all that time they still won’t refund my money even though the customer service person told me they will but after all this time they insisted on only issuing store credit. Stressful experience with 6th street. Online shopping should be hassle free. But couple of time they delivered wrong shoe sizes. And they dont exchange when its their fault they send wrong sizes. If i can give negative or zero star they deserve it. They done rectify their own mistake. Their prices are really good but dont waste your money as they will not send you what you ordered.

No one is coming to collect my return after 10 days of requesting. They have terrible customer service also, you will be in queue for 10 minutes and the moment you reach the 1st queue, the call will get disconnected. Finally managed to speak with a guy named Robin, it seems like he don't understand what I am trying to tell him. He is claiming that return collection is 3 - 4 days, when I asked where I can see it from their website cause I receive a message it will be collected in 1 - 2 days, he said it's only during the sale (lol) and even if it's 3 - 4 days, it should have been collected already as it's 10 days since I requested!

Ordered 2 items from levis brand last november 28 until up to this moment item is not delivered even though i keep calling and followed up with customer service. What kind of courier services is that that takes a month to deliver the product. Surely will never order with this site never again.

I am very disappointed. An e commerce company with no physical store they should make sure the products are picked from store on time and delivered on time.
I had to call after waiting for almost 9 days. And to my surprise the product was not even picked for delivery.
I called again on 11th day to Followup. The customer representative was not even putting an effort to get the product delivery arranged. However when i said i want to cancel my order, he was so much in a hurry to get the order cancelled instead of trying to retain and get delivery arranged.
When complain about why so delay, they blame on deliver company without taking any responsibility of getting it delivered once it is picked by them.

Staff picked up the shipment on 8th Dec 2021 and the app still shows that item is pending pick up. Its been 14 days now that you have shipped the wrong item to me and the issue is still not sorted out. How many follow ups do I have to do to sort out your mistake?

I placed an order in late May. It is almost a month later, and I still haven't received my order. The money was immediately deducted from my account. I have spent much time contacting the customer service team. They just forward automated responses that have no information regarding my order. They cancelled an item from my order, but never got back my money, also i returned an item and never received my money back.

Careful don't order from this online store - the stock information is wrong and once you place an order they deliver other items than ordered and then make you follow complicated return procedures.

This is the worst E-commercial company that i deald with in my life. I ordered before one month from now and still didn’t get all my order. They send your order separately with different shipping company and each shipping company charge you for the delivery for each item. Also, when i got upset from their service, i decided to cancel the orders that are left, but they didn’t allow me to cancel. They asked me contact the shipping company as it’s my problem even though I didn’t choose the shipping company. It’s my right to cancel the order and get a refund, but they kept refusing to give me my money back and kept blaming the shipping company. Basically, you will pay and you will pray to get your items. Don’t think you will get a refund if you are not satisfied with the service because they don’t care.

As soon as I received the items I called the customer service I asked them that I wanted to change the color of that Skechers shoe. They took my details and called me back within 30 minutes and direct me to their Skechers shop In Deira city center. The next day I visit the store and got my shoe color changed immediately.

Bad communications, Ordered three items, after days they send message that the order sent then message says order is delivered I called them to ask how is it delivered but i didn't receive anything they said it will be deliver tommorow! I asked and what about the two other items? They said they are canceled there is no stock. I didn't know my items are canceled until i called them.order tracking page says nothing about that.

Twice, they failed to deliver my order cos of no stock or a damaged piece and no update was given for the same. I had to call them up after. A month and only then got to know about the status

Fed up, I asked them to credit the money that was given as store credit due to failed orders to my bank account and they agreed and took my bank details as well

Though the process usually takes 10-15 days, i had to keep following up only to be told that the money is back as store credit! (after ‘more than 30 days)

Your courier partner called me at 22.45 nights to deliver my orders.
Then they called the next day, we set delivery time the next day, this morning they called again to manage delivery for the tomorrow.
I called on 6th Street, the girl in a rude form says we do not service by phone number, give me the order number.

The worst service ever, it took's me more that 2 weeks fighting on my return and at the end it appears that the customer service didn't post the return request on their system and i did already handed over the item to fitcher courier with another return request for same order number.till date no feedback and i end up with no refund and no item

They deliver items ordered at once in different multiple attempts. Took them over 3 weeks to fulfill my order. They also change their policies without informing the customer, they once delivered with no issues the second time asked for my personal ID and took a picture of it without permission and without informing me beforehand. Didn't like the service at all.

I used to get my stuff through on line app and I place my order before holiday (last week) since the order was address at my office. I have to request to deliver my order on the next working day. Prior to that I received a message saying that my order is out of delivery with the driver name only. And i have to contact their customer service when they hang up the phone and never get any call back from them. ️ I kept contacting them for almost 10 mins unfortunately no success.
