Highly recommended Dr fatme matre at 7 Dimensions medical center. She has done at great job on my leg injury and she is so patient and caring in giving the best possible way to make you feel relaxed.

Paying for a package which doesn't really includes what it states. Doctor Zobaida Saloum treated me with such a lack of interest, I barely received any information regarding my medical condition. I asked for a medical report at the end with the parameters that you usually receive after an ultrasound and the only feedback that I got was "everything is normal". Also, the test samples were not taken accordingly which leads to irrelevant results. I couldn't be sure at least that they used sterile containers for samples because they haven't shown me anything and the urine container that I was given, for example, was not sealed.
Very, very disappointing!

Dr. Angel Mansoor is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! As a first time dental appointment in Dubai since moving from Canada, I was hesitant to find a qualified Doctor that could offer medical service that I am used to from back home. Dr. Angel is MUCH better than any other Doctor I've ever been to. She is incredibly nice, thorough with delivering information, has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and most importantly, is gentle with the treatments! Not to mention how fast she is! I will never go to another dentist in Dubai and will follow her to whatever medical center she works from. She is simply the best. I highly recommend visiting her and seeing for yourself.

Dr. Fatima is the best to relieve water retention. I had weekly massage with her during the last 2 months of pregnancy and she helped me a lot. She is the most gentle and kind person. Will definitely visit her again after delivery to benefit from her expertise. RECOMMEND +

I have really experienced unprofessionalism with the staff in this clinic, I called last Sunday to book an appointment for me and my friend with the chiropractor and before one hour of the appointment, they have called to tell me that the doctor has an emergency so that's why they need to reschedule my appointment for next Sunday. Today they unfortunately called to say that my appointment has been booked but my friends appointment is not booked though they have confirmed that last week. I got very disappointed after waiting for a week and now they are saying that my friends appointment is not there. Really disappointed situation as I was looking forward for it.

I visited 7 dimensions clinic today, and was impressed with the warm welcome and beautiful space. I had booked in for a lympathic massage. Fatma was excellent and treated me well.i will definitely be visiting again soon.

Dr Fatme is great physiotherapist.very good at post op treatment and for any kind of problem you have.she is my therapist after my complicated ankle surgery, helped me tremendously with her methods and had very fast recovery.highly recommend her

Today I did Hijama with Doctor Sam. From beginning I got only positive energy from all the stuff around me. Doctor was very professionall about was she was talking. The procedure helps me to reduce my lower back pain. Definitely I highly recommend to visit Doctor Sam and 7 dimensions Clinics in Dubai.

Amazing treatment from Dr. Fatima Matar the therapist that helped me improve my issue with my left arm and shoulder. During the sessions I felt a huge improvement and this translated to better performance in the Gym. I had issues curling biceps specifically and can already see much better results after a few sessions.

Doctors are good, organization from the reception and laboratory absolutely terrible. They even swap names in a blood tub once.

Just realized the clinic replied. This goes to show how they respond to customers. If someone visits the clinic and is not happy with the welcome and treatment without leaving their details all of a sudden it means they have a ‘magic power’ as stated by their reply. This is how they chose to respond instead of ensuring and investigating to ensure top notch service. Then again the internet is freedom of speech right?

Visited the facility for my son’s speech therapy. Liked the doctor. Customer service was not friendly. Staff did not send the requested details after the visit. Even after our call follow up.

My first visit to the clinic, just loved everything. Doctor Anna was so professional and did an amazing treatment of mesotherapy by dermapen for me. The funny thing is I was so scared of pain and realized once started there was no pain at all! My face was really red after the treatment but was gone after an hour. No my skin looks radiant.

Have visited 7 Dimensions Medical Centre for lip filler with Ukrainian doctor Anna. Impressed and happy with the result. Lips looks super naturally and juicy, i made 0.5 ml of Restylane filler, doctor's technic was very good and was not painful at all.definitely going to come back to doctor Anna for other treatments.

Horrible experience. Went there for gynecology check. First- reception- I have a feeling they do not speak English. I never saw anyone so unwelcoming. Even the guy who gave us water was more friendly. Secondly- had to wait for my appointment for 45min vs booked time. The doctor did a very brief check (not sure what she saw there on ultrasound). Did not feel that she was a professional in her field. Prescription she gave- reception forgot to provide. Had to ask it via email. However they charged me for analysis I did not ask for or discuss with the doctor. Eventually they had to give me cash back‍️ and now 10 days after appointment nobody called back or send any results! Really lousy medical centre. Would not even trust them with a cut on my finger.

Amazing clinic, I did my Mesotherapy with Dermapen with Dr Shahram. He was very attentive and suggested this treatment and explained everything about this treatment to me. I am happy with the result. The clinic was very clean and they offer a wide range of services too.

I had head injury today and when i went there, even though they dont have ED department, the fromt desk sent me still straight to Dr. Nivine, who accepted me and did mini surgery and everything went well, I ended up with couple of stitches only in local anesthesia.

Staff was very nice specially nurses and have to say very efficient team work without many questions and forms that you have to fill up like in other tablets since they prepared forms on tablets and in advance.
Got the medical report straight away.

Unprofessional service

I made a booking 1 month in advance just to be called 1 day before my appointment to be told that it needs to be rescheduled and the first availability would be in 3 weeks. I then tried to make another appointment in advance just to secure the space more than 1 month before and they said they can only make a tentative booking and they will let me know in 2 weeks if the booking is confirmed.

I came to 7 dimensions for Botox. The centre is clean and there is lots of places to sit and wait with social distancing.
The staff are really friendly and I felt zero pain with my Botox.
They offer so many services other than Botox and I will be back indefinitely.

Terrible service. I had to wait over 1 HOUR for my appointment. The doctor had NO FACE MASK! And when I went to pay they tried to charge me more than the price they told me when I booked the appointment. So disappointing, I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

I’ve recently visited seven dimensions clinic to peruse Botox for the forehead. I must say for all the experiences I’ve had before this one was the best BY FAR!
