Went in today for renewal of drivers license. I was treated very friendly and professionally. My eye test was done and uploaded on the system in no time. Excellent service. Thank you very much.

Very unprofessional. There is 4 or 5 members of the staff following you from the entrance but as soon as you ask them a question, they look panicked at each other and have no clue of the answer. When you clearly tell them what you need, they try to sell you something else, lacking basic knowledge about products on their own offer. I'm definitely not going to go back to this place.

I came yesterday at 9: 30 requesting to do Eye test for license renewal, I did not have my license with me so the dr I spoke to told me to come the next day (which is today) to do the test and I asked him if it’s okay to come at 9: 30 and he said yes.
So I came today all the way and wasted my time to find out that the doctor is not here in the evening today!
The above situation reflects lack of attention and poor customer service.
I will make sure to spread the word and never come here again.

Excellent for renewal of driving license. Acknowledged me within 2 seconds of entering the store, which you cannot say for many other stores. Friendly, efficient and fast. Very happy

Worst experience ever
I am a 15 year old who went to get my eyes tested. I was placed with an ignorant man who went to conclusions right after testing my eye sight with my glasses and with other levels (I wanted to upgrade). I explained I had a condition where at night I can't see well and etc but he started questioning me personal questions like my age and grade. He started giving me a lecture on Newtons laws of science like an absolute clown, and acted trashy all throughout when I was explaining at night I couldn't see far at all. Seems he didn't have time and had a bad day and decided to act smart azz with a 15 year old.

He should respect everyone no matter their age cause I am sure if I were an adult things would go differently. Never returning to this place and I wish this business the worst.

I had my eye checked today in al jaber optical shop.
I had feeling the lady who's done it, she didn't really care. Unfortunately what I felt was right the prescription what they found out about my eye sight was Not correct!
This is unacceptable.
The same day I went to another optical shop to check my eye sight again.
I have several glasses so I knew previously what is the issue with my eyes, but in al jabeer shop they told me "apparently my astigmatism is gone!? !
And I had - 025 on both side. Now it's 0.00?
Looks like I'm getting youngerand my reading from 1.0 it went to 1.5. (it's also wrong,) too strong.
Top was when they were telling me, if I want the prescription I need to pay 105 aed. Woooow.
So if I don't buy your lenses which could cost me 3300aed (only the lenses) I need to pay for the checking.
It's" so cheap" like this.
I'm wondering big name like this place, really need to act that cheap like this and hier people who dosent really care and on top give wrong details about your eye sight.
So disappointed and I would never recommend to go there for anyone.
