Overpriced. Taking advantage of sick and weak people who have no other choice than pay 10X over inflated prices. Unethical business.

Extremely overpriced! We had to call in a doctor at home for an elderly patient with gastrointestinal issues - while the doctor was good, the charges were criminally high! AED 1k for a saline drip, and likewise every aspect of treatment was overpriced, too many tests were prescribed, etc. In parallel, one of our family members stayed overnight in a top hospital (for similar treatment) and that was literally at a fraction of the cost. It was only then that we realized in comparison how much we had been over-charged for the home treatment. One assumes fair treatment and pricing from such medical practitioners, but in our experience, that was not the case with 800Doctor. No follow-up when this was escalated with them

I have been suffering from severe gastritis for the past few days. I work in a high stress job and work for long hours so it is difficult for me to visit the doctor. I recently saw an ad so I called 800Doctor to send me a doctor to my office and they came in just 35 minutes. The staff were professional, patient, and gentle. Very satisfied with my experience.

Scam! For a congestion and throat pain they charged over 8K. They make you seem like you have bigger issues than you do to run they’re tests and at the end prescribe an OTC medication. Scam!

I ordered IV therapy from them as I saw their number on a car. It is my first time and definitely not the last time.

The doctor and nurse who came to treat me were very nice. Even the receptionist was friendly. This is the first time I used doctor on call service and I am happy it went well. Big thumbs up.

The nurse (Pooja) who came to help my mother was very friendly. My mother is very old and sick. It is difficult to look after her. But Pooja really helped me with my mother's medicines and general care. She was very patient and kind with my mother. I was very happy and my mother was very comfortable. Usually she is very grumpy but Pooja was very patient.

Sanita and Rojina have been excellent nurses - they attended to my husband and carried out all the procedures with an excellent bedside manner, that helped him feel reassured. The intervention of the drip made him feel much better. Everything was explained as they proceeded. Thank you for your excellent service.

The service itself wasn’t bad, although they were late by at least an hour and when I got the bill for the blood tests, I was a bit shocked at the prices and felt ripped off. I went to mediclinic 3 days later for the same blood tests (and more), and I paid half price of what I paid 800 Doctors.

I’m just shocked with doctor800 service in a negative way. I was informed that doctor‘a visit will cost 500aed. During the visit doctor persuaded the patient in doing a few tests. Those tests supposed to be ready next day, help to define the diagnosis and choose a treatment. The visit’s cost was 3’900 Aed. The patient had a Covid. I could manage receiving the test results in a few days when a patient was almost ok. There was no interpretation and treatment recommendations. We was calling different operators trying to get the results and get the treatment prescription. It’s not a professional way of treating the patients. I would never recommend to deal with that service.

Absolutely delighted with their customer service. They were incredibly responsive and were punctual. Both the doctor and nurse were professional in their conduct and were genuinely caring and concerned. They are really great, excellent service, fast service, receiving the results of the tests in less than 12 hours for express so friendly, I am dealing with them weekly to do the PCR test home service, the nurse come on time, the staff is very wonderful, especially Mr. Mostafa Ahmed, he is a very cooperative person and he's trying with all his efforts he has to provide assistance at any time. They really deserve all the love and respect for the excellent services they provide to us. I wish all the best to them.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEY ARE USELESS! NEVER ON TIME. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING YOU WAIT AT HOME AND NEVER GET BACK TO YOU.

I called for a doctor around midnight and no one could confirm that doctor is available… they asked to check and call back in 5 minutes, after 20 mins of waiting I CALLED BACK myself, they said that they have ONE DOCTOR at the moment and he is busy! So at the end I didn't get any help! Definitely not recommending them!

The service was good, but you need to follow up with them if you didn’t receive your results by email.
I had support from an amazing agent (Sara). She was supportive, attentive and kind although I called at 7 am.

My doctor is Dr Qamer un Nisa & she is an amazing doctor. She is always available to listen to her patients, guide & treat them accordingly.
