2nd review after the storage and unpacking, very efficient and professional team to work with. Everything went perfectly and nothing was broken (including all our delicate items such as plates, glasses, etc) highly recommend working with them, very good price to quality ratio.

We did a local move couple of days back. It was a painful experience and we believe we made the wrong choice of movers. As we had not moved earlier within Dubai - we went with the law of averages and took the median of several quotes - not the highest but also not the low ones + reviews. Experience started after we had to follow up for the booking & then the movers turned up 1 hour later than planned after following up.

Booking: Unprofessional. No coordination. 2 different people with 2 different quotes. Later the lower quote deleted the quote. All quotes based on video survey. No confirmation till last date. All on whatsapp no documentation or agreement on terms. Booking person overconfident - says 2BR move is very easy, will be completed early with 8-10 people. 1 day before we were told about 6 people will come.

Move day: Did not come on time. Probably sent team only after reminder after they did not turn up at promised time. Arrived 1 hour later with 5 packers 2 of whom were probably untrained & not in uniform. Not reassuring as they said they will try to complete in the beginning. Some of the boxes for kitchen items were dirty & some of the cartons were reused. No coordination. More people kept turning up in between & leaving during the move process. Some were not hygienic. Dirty crushed covers for the mattresses - no other wrapping. No separation of items. Some were just dumped. Finished packing only by 3pm with 3 hours to move & unpack as there was a 6 pm deadline. No calculation of load as some items had to be left behind for another vehicle to pick up later. No count of items moved. No cooler for fridge items.

Unpacking: very hurried. Items dumped haphazardly. If family members had not taken initiative to unpack kitchen items - moved would have not been completed. Hurriedly unpacked most of their branded reusable cartons & kitchen boxes. Rest just left with the cartons. It was more to finish.

Staff: Couple of staff were well trained & knew their work. Rest were just there as a pack to complete. Couple were completely untrained & fighting amongst themselves nor knew how to talk. Handyman did not turn up. Just a couple of packers who had experience dismantling & assembling - had to be guided.

All in all not a happy move experience adding to the stress.

Beyond grateful for the amazing work so professional and kind and fast! Thank u to Mohammed ayoub, and ikram and Mateo and all the team.

I just ask INFORMATION about price.than company with out my permission call me and disrespect my privacy and asking for updates (I didt reserve anything, I didn't book anything so what is a updates about). What an amazing team of movers they were fast in dismantling and assembling they did all my electrical connections and hanged all my photos perfectly well, most importantly they are not over priced like many other movers. Highly recommended

The experience was excellent from the booking to the actual moving. The team were very professional and efficient. You will hardly pick up anything since they will pack and move everything for you. The team were all friendly and accomodating. And best of all it is not very expensive. Highly recommended. And I will definitely going to use their service again.

Great management lead by Talha the manager of the team, he is very friendly, quick responsive and have a very responsible, great team leading with a professional, well trained team

Trust worthy too. I was not home when they delivered the items but they clearly followed the instructions and it was organized beyond my expectations. They made sure before they left the premises have taken photos then sent to me. The staff were polite too according to our building security staff.

Furniture packaging and unpacking was very good
but The worst thing is kitchen packing stuff, they put all the stuff on top of each other without any organization, It is better don’t ask them to return the items again because you will do to much extra work

We used 800 Truck for moving to our new house. The team were very professional, came on time and started packing. They wrapped our items very well and secured any glass surfaces. Wrapped all our decoration items one piece at a time. They finished our 2 bedrooms on time. Then once we reached the new house, they placed all boxes as labeled to reduce congestion in the house. Installed all our curtains, picture frame and shelves on the wall. I highly recommend them for anyone planning a relation.

The 800Truck Team was punctional, polite and very careful with my belongings. They quickly came, brought their own packaging material, wrapped everything up in under one hour everything was packed and stored neatly.
The support by Thalha was amazing. Very responsive, quick and reliable.

Each had a smile on their face the entire time, indeed seemed to care about making me happy as the customer, and really went above and beyond to be thoughtful and careful. Sam and team helped us move our piano. As other piano/instrument owners know - it is extremely important to find a mover that is professional and experienced. I was very happy with the way they did the move, it was quick and efficient, and clearly they knew what they were doing. In addition, I really liked that they are very communicative - they got back to me quickly with a quote, I got a call the day before they came to confirm, and they even called me when they were on route.
