I ordered from 800flower’s website, 3 days prior to delivery & the site is so smooth and easy to navigate.i needed help & contacted their whatsapp & they were so quick to reply/help.i bought the apple jack roses + 3 balloons, with morning shipping (10am-1pm.the items arrived right at 1pm, beautifully wrapped, fresh flowers w/ flower food too?

The flowers were delivered on time but they weren’t kept right until they arrived. I don’t know if the issue was on the delivery or already in the store but the flowers don’t look nice and fresh at all anymore.

My go-to place to surprise someone when you are not with them. Not only did they deliver their flowers on a specific time frame per my request, they were also kind enough to accommodate some last minute changes to it.

The floral arrangement was breathtaking and the truffle sides were also good. Worth every penny.

Requested flowers to be delivered to myself a day before my wife's bday. Without a call or information to me, delivery guy just dropped the flower at the reception. Receptionist called my wife to pick up the delivery and a day before the bday. Thank you for ruining the day.

The Quality of flower are ok and i am reputed customer one time 1 order less than 300 DH it was total of 270 DH they called me and ask for 35 DH delivery charges which is look very cheap i agree to pay them then they ready to arrange delivery other wise i have to pick up from their store

After hours of searching, I chose 800Flower and ordered some flowers and cupcakes for my mom's birthday. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but to my surprise, my mom received her gifts a few hours later and everything was truly PERFECT!

I was impressed that the delivery was on time and the flower arrangement was done well. The low rating is because what I ordered was not what was received, with no communication about this. I ordered one decorated foil balloon and two rose metal coloured balloons. Instead of the one decorated foil balloon, two differently decorated foil balloons were sent. This was never communicated with me, the buyer, and I don't appreciate 800flower just assuming that I will accept what I didn't order.

I am copying here the message that i already sent to your contact center.
"I just wanted to compliment with you for one of the most sad things that i have ever ordered in my entire life. On your website this article is described as "branch" of mimosa, what is in the photo is a poor twig that is asking for a merciful end of it's pain. "

Thank you so much for the excellent service. I ordered flowers for my nephew and his wife on the birth of their new baby boy. They were delivered in two hours. The whole process was seamless.

The flowers reached my partner all well and good. However, the driver called the office in order to get in JAFZA (the free zone area). Which kind of spoiled the surprise! As a company, they should have alternate means of entering the free zone instead of calling the recipient.

Today I had the very first experience with 800 Flower, I must say it's a total failure. I had requested Cash on Delivery option (COD) for a friend of mine and had provided her contact details as Billing Addressee. Due to unknown to me reasons, someone tried to reach me by email to confirm payment details instead of performing delivery as instructed, or at least calling.

Off course I didn't see that email, as obviously I have other things to do in my life rather than just checking emails from 800 Flower. In the output there was no delivery and not a single call! Please be aware before placing the order with COD option, it may spoil the whole event just like in my case.
