I came to dubai this week to see some family and check out products that I can't find in my country. As an avid knife collector I was hoping to see some branded goods at this store but found more common and less exotic knives than expected.
Firstly, the shopkeepers here were MORE INTERESTED IN THE WOMEN INSIDE THE SHOP than anyone else. I faced severe discrimination, not sure if it was based on my age (23) or my ethnicity (Indian) but they absolutely did not put any effort to respond to my questions. All I got was "yes" and "no" and the price when asked. They couldn't tell me a single thing about their products and their attitude was absolutely NASTY. But the conversation between the two male salesmen and the one woman in the shop was flourishing. I was honestly so disappointed.
I spent 90 dirhams and then I went to the AL SAYAD HUNTING EQUIPMENTS store next door who were extremely polite and never hesitated to show me all their products with as much information as they could. I spent 700 dirhams in Al SAYAD HUNTING EQUIPMENTS and I left happy and 100% satisfied. I left them a 5 star review too, you can see it for understanding the difference between these shops.

I did however purchase a Catterpillar branded knife for relatively low price, as well as a M. A. M. Number 8 Portuguese camping knife.
The MAM knife stood up to the mark but the Catterpillar knife has several issues out of the packaging. Now that the packaging is open I can't even return the knife. The CAT sticker is literally coming off the handle before handling the knife myself. Moreover, the screws for the handle handle are sticking out from the bottom side of the knife. This is the real reason behind my 1 star review. Please don't visit this shop. Attached are pictures of the knife of inferior quality.
