What can I say about Ala Turca Restaurant at The Rixos. Service, atmosphere and staff unbelievable 10/10. The food is on another level here and a huge selection of different cuisines. Extremely polite staff from the head chef Ahmed to the staff serving. Special gratitude to Chef Ahmed for looking after our son who has several food allergies. It was absolutely no problem for them and they have cooked bespoke, high level cuisine for him without any fuss or problem. As a Dr I greatly appreciate the care the staff have taken for him. Overall a gastronomical experience you will not forget!

A rather disappointing experience and definitely negative first impression considering the expectations for the price.
The venue is very spacious and clean, the food variety is up to the 5* standards, however the behavior and service provided by the staff is way below acceptable.
Our waiter had difficulties understanding our orders during the entire evening. The really upsetting element was his extremely strong body odor which made the entire experience very disappointing.
He had no clue (probably due to the lack of training) how to serve champagne and wine. The waiter served drinks in the wrong order (as per the international etiquette the senior female should be served first, followed by younger female, the senior male and the younger male member of the party), he also had difficulties pouring even portions without dripping the red wine on the table.
Before the buffet closed, he approached our table and asked: So you're done?
What a way to inform a guest that the restaurant will close soon.
Rixos management should be concerned about the lack of cuatomer service - good food can be found anywhere in Dubai, people return for the exceptional service and A La Turca is definitely falling short from the expectations and the 5* standards.

We stayed in Rixos the palm for 8 days and 7 night, wonderful experience in this resto, a buffet is served breakfast, lunch and dinner.the food is amazing specially their seafood night.staffs are so friendly and accommodating.managers and chiefs are also on the floor to check if everything is on place and asking guest how is the food, is there anything you want to order more etc.highly recommended!

One of the best Turkish reastaurants in the city. Covid-19 measures were taken well. As a guest coming from Turkey, I can say that every Turkish dish i tried from the open buffet was more than tasty. I would like to thank Mr. Yasin, chef Ali Burak and all staff for their hospitality and professionalism.

I went to ALATURCA Restaurant for iftar buffet with big hope taking my guest and put my trust in this restaurant, but I was shocked and disappointed by the food. I can not say it was poor buffet, actually it was the worst really there was nothing to eat that we were roaming half hour to fill the plates.how come they can call this Ramadan iftar buffet. Disabvantage that such restaurant in Dubai and Palm Jumeira offering such bad quality many main dishes were missing no fish no lamb no hot appetizers no and no. OMG horrible experience let me down with my guest expecting with this highest price we would get the best

The best ever Turkish restaurant in Dubai. Very tasty food. Fresh, authentic and unforgettable experience. You select whatever you like ribs, kabab, fish or chicken to be grilled at the live station corner. There are also various western and eastern deserts.
Strongly suggested place to visit and you will pray for me

Food was not as expected considering location and price. There is a lot of space for improvement when it comes to service and kitchen.

One of the Best buffet in Dubai they have many selection of Turkish foods and sweets on Saturday of the month.
What I like you can pick fish or meat or fish and grill it as you like.
Also they can serve you well.
But the buffet not including Drinks.
Overall I like them so much and I'll visit them again and again.

This place is exquisite. I don't remember enjoying a Turkish cuisine that much in last few years in Dubai.
- Man'ousha is best i tried since decade.
-Salad bar is rich with vicarious selection.
- Staff is super friendly
- Ambiance is casual and fair
- Desserts is my benchmark from now one till someone nominee a better one.
-Live cooking corner is having a mouthwatering kofta, very recommended in medium well cooked.

Amazing Buffet with amazing staff! Great for families. Went for my birthday with my kids and relatives, got a surprise birthday cake Food is freshly BBQd and there is a great selection for all tastes. Highly recommend A La Turca.

Very Disappointed, one year ago Resturan was one of my favourites, today I visited, food normal no much choices, and they cook very wired things, not at all Turkish or international

The place is very cozy and also high standards food variety international cusine, swiss cheese, french cheese italian.the staff is very helpful and strategic organised the location option to eat indoor or outdoor also optional as well convenient pool and beach additional. Including promotional and saver offer with fidelity programmes like Groupon and entretainer. Family friendly, couples, friends or alone.instrumental music ambience highly recommend. At the soft drinks bar was Jello very professional and kind. I will Surely come back

Had very high expectations but turned out to be just average. Was wife's bday and decided to spend at a fancy place and selected Rixos. Setting was pretty average and Ac was not even working in the main dining area. We shifted to another table half way through as we were sweating badly without aircon. They Brought the bday cake half way through our main courses and the base cake was barely edible as it was too dry.

Plenty of choices but all very average. Not even great. Desserts were dry pastry options. Some Turkish sweets were OK. Live grill had just 4 options and the person in charge seemed very less interested.

On a positive note, our server Thu Ya was very polite and helpful. Normally for 230 AED per head, definitely not good value for money. Unlikely we will return. Sorry but not a very pleasant bday experience.

Turkish Restaurant inside Rixos Hotel. They have buffet, Turkish food everything thing is tasty, try the Stakes they will BBQ infront of you, Arabian sweets is good but the cakes and other sweets not tasty.

This Restuarant has Turkish touches at all corners in the Restuarant. The food is generously presented. The fresh meat corner is recommended where you choose from fish, meat, and chicken to freshly grill them.
The cooked stuff is interesting if you want to taste Turkish cuisine. The taste is not the same that you will have as in turkey mainly because the raw ingredients are different. But you get something very close.
The dessert part is interesting and mouth watering.
It is just a note for the Restuarant that all pistachio sweets barely contains pistachio.

Premium buffet restaurant. Amazing service and amazing food. Serves international cuisine with a huge variety of desserts. The atmosphere is casual, a bit noisy but overall a very enjoyable dining experience. Recommended.

Awesome food, The staff can't do enough to make your dining experience good. They look after you so so well, God bless them all Esp. Chefs Suresh Babu, Mustapha, Qasim Ali, All the Waiters Osama, Syed and crew are very helpful sorry i can remember every ones names.look forward to my return.if you need a something your missing, just ask and it might appear.

A La Turca is a Turkish themed buffet restaurant. I often visit it for lunch and never miss their Ramadan Iftar. I can say it without hesitation, the best in Dubai.

Very bad experience and food is not good, no variety and very limited choices I will not go a la turca any more, doesn't deserve the money

It’s not my first time to go to this restaurant amazing food and service I went their wether dinner or breakfast, however I was their two days back and I booked a dinner and nothing is showing that there is an Iftar Buffett,
When I reached the one who welcomed us on the door asked if I have a voucher that I will use I said yes then she replied that it’s not allowed.
I kept highlighting that nothing mentioned Iftar while booking, she keeps repeating sorry you can’t use them these are our rules? And more over with a very rude attitude she replied I can find you a cheaper restaurant for you since your insisting on using the entertainer I was waiting out the restaurant for almost 20 min

The hotel is decent, the reception employees are friendly.the waiters are ok.but I wasn't happy with the food especially when I called them for the reservation to ask them if they will have beef bbq because i don't eat sea food and they assured that they will have beef bbq.
But when i went there.surprise! There is no beef bbq and only sea food.: (: (: (

Lovely restaurant. Great food. I'd strongly recommend the seafood buffet hosted I believe every Friday. My only recommendation is that a system be implemented allowing each customer's to easily identify their selection at the grill. On the day we ate there there were almost squabbles. A couple of folk left feeling hard done by.

One of the most lovely restaurant I have visted in dubai. Excellent buffet. Variety of salads. U can pick fresh meat and shish taouk and grill it in only 7 minutes. Dessert buffet is one of the best in dubai. Friendly stuff and professional managers. I need to know if they can specify a night for sea food.

Good International buffet with Turkish touch, you can pick fresh meet, fish, shrimps and chicken to barbecue for u. U can order Turkish lahm be ajeen (meat in bread) and iskandar kabab to your table, also they have Turkish sweats and many items, be prepared to get some weight after this dinner:) :) if you are Dubai I recommend to try this buffet

مطعم خمس نجوم. أجواء مميزة وقائمة من المأكولات التركية على افضل ما يكون. خدمة اكثر من ممتازة والوجبات التركية الشهية بانواعها سواء كفطائر أو مقبلات باردة او وجبات رئيسية إضافة تتوافر محطة الشواء توافر أنواع المشاوي من اسماك ولحوم حمراء وبيضاء.
من سلبيات على الرغم من أن سعر البوفيه عالي نوعا ما إلا أن عدم توافر المشروبات يمثل نقطة سلبية. اتمنى ان يضاف ركن مخصص للمشروبات التركية الباردة كاللبن وشراب القمر الدين وغيرها إضافة إلى توفير القهوة التركية الشهيرة.

Terrible food and service. I had iftar here today and I got food poisoned. Food quality is very bad and unhealthy. Service is very slow and not up to expectations. In addition, they charge for tea and coffee. I don’t recommend it. It was a huge disappointment.

Very delicious and spacious restaurant. It’s a buffet style restaurant and served plenty of different dishes. The salad section is great with many choices. There are different live stations including pasta section. Additional to the different dessert sections there is a separate fruit section. The service is very polite and fast. The view is brilliant. There is an option to stay indoors, semi outdoor and indoors. Additional to breakfast, lunch and dinner, they have a Friday brunch with is excellent. It’s the third time I have visited this restaurant.
