WORST SCAMMERS!

This company scammed my BF for 3200 aed

Dont order anything from them! He bought a sofa, two beds, three carpets and an armchair from them, and regret it big time.

He paid 800 aed EXTRA to have the furniture delivered monday the 11th / tuesday the 12th. They showed up tuesday the 12th, only with three carpets, in extremely bad quality and it looked nothing like the photos. He contacted the seller from the company, who apologized and promised that he would change the carpets and deliver the rest of the furniture next day.

Next day, they arrived 7: 30 pm, even though he told them several times that deliveries are not allowed after 5 pm. Obviously, security refused to let them deliver the furniture, and they had to move delivery one more day. He asked them to refund his 800 aes express fee, that he paid, but they refused.

Finally on Thursday the 14th, the furniture was delivered. He checked the furniture and realized that it looked nothing like the photos and was FULL OF BLACK STAINS, because the delivery team apparently don’t know how to wash their dirty hands. Once again, he contacted the seller, who apologized and promised that the furniture would be professionally cleaned. Next day, he contacts him from another phone number, to let him know that he quit his job.

Since then, nobody from the company has replied to his calls or messages, and it doesn’t seem like they’re gonna change the carpets (that he paid 2400 aed for) or clean his furniture that is full of dirt and stains.

He have reported this business and contacted Danube home, since they cooperate with these scammers, which they shouldn’t.

STAY AWAY!

Its very bad experience really!
They dont deliver at the eaxct time and not answering any of the calls!
And we ordered many items, there is missing items if i didnt notice they will not talk and say that we have a late delivery
So really very very bad experience!

Have ordered my sofa with this company for the first time, but I was quite happy with the result. There were some delays on my order, however the item was delivered and I was satisfied with it as my piece have turned out the way I expected it to be. The concept of customizing your own piece of furniture is perfect for those who cannot find something you are looking for in the market. They have very wide color spectrum, fabrics, the item can be customized as per your preferences in terms of shape, size and etc, which is super convenient.

I was quite surprised with the outcome. Sofa I ordered, lovely! Quality of materials they have used very good, stitches are accurate. Team is very helpful and supportive, delivered also earlier than expected. Very happy with them, will order again definitely.

I dont recommend purchasing from this company, unless you have a lot of patience and somebody to pick up the pieces once they stop replying/complete the service.

We ordered a tv cabinet in wooden finish. The furniture turned out ok, but doesnt look much like the reference photo and it has cheap finish. Biggest problem was their customer service and communication. The item was delivered later than agreed and outside delivering hours of our building. We sent a lot of chasers and follow-up calls to get it delivered, and they never came back to install it. The delivery guys was very careless, and kicked over paint buckets in our flat without even saying sorry or help clean it up.

AtoZ took 100% paid upfront. We had to employ another company to install the tv cabinet, and AtoZ never replied or compensated for the insufficient service.

The Sofa Set production and delivery were on time and came with excact material and high quality.

You have to read this before thinking to deal with A to Z furniture.

I have been in dubai for 14 years and By far This is the worst furniture company experience.

This company will collect the full payment from you before you even see the design you agreed on, they will not respect your timings.

I bought from them 2 Tv units and a sofa, they said it will take 8 days to deliver but in fact it took them more than 22 days.
They came first time with missing LED light in the mirror, second time they brought the Tv unit without shelves, third time they brought the other Tv unit without shelves and a damaged cabinet with faded paint and scratches.

They will keep promising you about delivery timings but they never come on time.

The manager refuse to talk to clients, she kept me on hold for more than 5 mintues telling the receptionist to try to hang the phone.
When she answers she keeps laughing on the phone call that its not a big issue what your complaining about its only a delay of a couple of days, missing items and damaged cabinet. Then she will tell you
(Mark my words everything will be delivered on Monday)
But in fact I got my delivery on Wednesday and it was the 4th time they come to bring the missing items.

Sales is not Qualified even to solve an issue, he is showing u that he is aware about everything but he is not, He don’t answer phone calls or even whatsapp, he is not aware about delivery team or even logistics he keeps guessing about delivery timings, his talent only by giving excuses and false promises.

Their finishing in installments is very bad.

After all this they did not even show us that they are sorry about it.

DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

I had ordered a bespoke bed to fit exactly to my bedroom's layout and dimension and the result was totally satisfying. They delivered the bed on time and the quality was what I expected.
I would definitely recommend them to whoever is looking for customized and bespoke furniture.

Very bad in communicating the customers! They insist in their opinion and don’t listen to the customer at all. They are not trying to satisfy the customer, when customer discuss anything with them they keep repeating the same words and insisting that they are always right and the customer always wrong. They are not trying to understand the customer or looking at what the customer needs to satisfy them!

Their priority is the money not the customer

Horrible service!
When I came I had to do all the measurements because the girl was on the phone! The whole time. Then she mixed the numbers that I already told her. In the end - so how you want? We had to do it all over again!
Then it took a week to submit my order. Every day they said they will update me and never done it until I had to approach them via sms! So many promises to call - never called me back. And when I do - they don’t even answer. Takes ages. The girl at the office was even arguing with me and said for me - why are arguing with me!? Very rude staff! It’s almost 3 weeks for my furniture since I went to Al attar tower and today I should received and still no updates. Nothing! No answers! Had an idea to do more things and definitely NOT GONNA use their services. And for friends or people I wouldn’t recommend their service AT ALL!
Today I’ll get the furniture (hopefully) and I’ll see if it’s what they promised! Definitely gonna do another comment for that! With pictures!

I had a very bad experience, until after i paid them, the lady Rowena taking care of the inquiry didn't focus on the requirements / instructions being given to her - at all, sent me a diwan bed (40 cm in height,) even after explaining I didn't need a diwan bed, in order to fix the issue, she requested to pay more to get it fixed. After sales service is super poor. Its a big disappointment in general.not suitable for big orders, poor understanding level, unprofessional.

When reaching out to make a purchase from them they were really fast to respond.
Quality of the products turned out ok but there were higher flaws. Bed boards were made from very cheap “extra materials” with writings all over them. They have also made errors in the production and refused to take responsibility. Additionally even upon following up and staying I would cover the “cost of having someone come to correct the errors” they have been none responsive bcz the value of them coming to fix their error was too low. Over dozens of follow ups were made.

Excellent customer service. The werebvery fast and efficient and friendly. We were able to customize everything to a tea and at a great price. I would definitely recommend their services. Our couch is of great quality and so comfortable. Thanks guys and Roz.

We ordered TV unit with customised size and color. It came on time but in very bad condition. After we complained, they took it back and to fix it but they kept the wrong color. We rejected to receive it as it doesn't match with what we requested. Then they came and dropped it at our door entrance and left. More than 2 weeks complaining and they still do not what to fix the issue.

Very very unprofessional customer service provided. I have had my bed made more than two months ago now and yet I am having to chase them up every other day to replace the bed legs as they’re not what I wanted. Once you have paid the money they do not give any acknowledgement back yo any of your emails and seem to be lying a lot as they promise a date to come fix the issue but then never turn up. This is my honest opinion and would advise to look else where.

They are highly professional in all ways. Besides their awesome customer support and service, they fill you with all needed information and more. Furniture Quality beating global brands. Sales Assistance from Shoaib Ahmad was a remarkable he is the one, he handles customers extremely professionally definitely an experienced Sales Person who perfectly understands customer's requirement right what customers imagining to buy. When my sofa finally arrived after it was late and no communication from the sales associate. The sofa turned out to be more like a rock. In the office I sat on a very soft cushion and requested that to be used. This is NOT what they used in the sofa and it’s so uncomfortable and hard. They refused to do anything, refused to come and look at it, I invited them to bring all the samples, the new ones from the factory and the ones I tested at the office to compare to what I have. They refused, said their manager was traveling. I’ve reported to DED. This company are awful, stay away. I’ve never experienced anything so awful, and now I have a sofa that is so uncomfortable I can’t sit on. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Nesline was super helpful. We ordered a couch and bed from A to Z and we are very happy. You can customize pretty much everything about the item but at a low price point. We couldn’t be happier!

We had a feeling we’d be taken for a ride based on interactions at the shop, but we didn’t know how far it would go. We ordered a large wall-mounted TV stand from an abrupt salesperson. We were told the delivery would be done by a cryptic third-party who would call us in 8-10 days to schedule a time. We chased up when (of course) the call never came.
We were eventually contacted on day 12, a Monday. We confirmed a delivery time for Wednesday. The delivery (of course) never showed up. The number of back and forth calls, missed calls, unanswered calls and dropped calls would make a person dizzy. Eventually, we were able to get hold of someone on the Thursday and were told it was an different delivery person who didn’t show up the day before and we needed to contact the office as we weren’t on the delivery list. We did. The office said we needed to speak to the cryptic third-party to setup a delivery time.
Imagine the circles. As hard as we tried to explain the last 3 days of nonsense, our same salesperson told us that it was our fault for scheduling “so late” (still not sure what that meant), that the delivery person was hurt by glass and we should understand (we didn’t know this as nobody informed us or rescheduled) and that because of covid their own office was slow to reply (untrue, they were replying just could not provide any answers or support).
When the delivery finally made it on the Saturday, the installers scratched up our walls and left black marks. Once again, we escalated to the shop who told us to use an “eraser” to take off black scratches. Needless to say, that didn’t work. We asked for them to fix it or compensate for the repairs… we’ve still not heard back.

Happy with my order, Excellent workmanship, customer service led by Astha was particularly good too… had to wait for my customized bed, however the end product says it wall all worth it.

Soooo I found A TO Z FURNITURE website on the internet, AND payed them a visit.
In their office, I chose my sofa set, the color, the textile and placed my order.
Within a week I received my comfy set in addition to two cushions as gift
The quality of the products is reallyyyyyy amazing and the staff are really nice and helpful.

Save your nerves and money, worst experience ever! Delivery after 2 months, everyday delay, in the end 11pm delivery, completely unacceptable, not mentioning the item, horrible quality.

Very happy with the custom made sofa I got made from AtoZ. I had something very specific in mind and Rowena was a great help in making it into reality. She was my constant contact in the entire process and made sure we loved the end product. Highly recommend!
