A2B Garage

A2B was recommended to me and I've not been disappointed yet. They were able to fix the aging AC system in my 2007 Liberty and I was that impressed I got them to give my LR4 a service when it was due last month. Can't fault them. From the first time I contacted them they've been nothing but fair, open and reasonable. Best of all they don't lie to you. Having used a few garages in Dubai over my 12 years here, I'm happy I've found A2B.

Honest, pragmatic, fair prices and they know what they are doing on my ageing Range Rover. With other RR specialists I’ve later found fixings/washers missing after what seems at first to be a decent job. I’ll stick with Jason and the team.

Very helpful and responsive even on a Saturday afternoon during Ramadan. Car solution was both offered and provided immediately and the outcome was fantastic

Lack of dignity / respect towards new potential clients / visitors and unwelcoming communication style.
On a side note, there are much better competent and reasonably priced garages nearby so better look somewhere else.

Great service and super quick turnaround! I can't thank the team enough! After hitting a pothole I had destroyed the air suspension on the front driver's side which meant I had zero suspension. The team at A2B told me on the phone to bring it in immediately and arranged to have it looked at the same morning. The car was assessed, fixed and back to me by the late afternoon. Pricing wise was much better than expected so I honestly can't recommend them highly enough, especially after having dealt with some utter cowboy garages as well as having been at the mercy of dealership pricing. Went back again to A2B, this time with an issue with front brakes on my BMW. Great service again and Jason (the owner) even got in to help. Great to see.

A2B really made a difference for me. My car had a quite peculiar electrical issue and he helped me all the way out to solve it. He was always available By phone and giving me immediate feedbacks. When I needed to have something fixed with a very short notice he did his best to squeeze me in.

I have been taking my car here for the past 2 services. On the first time I liked the transparency and quality of work even though it was on the high price side since they charge service and oil separately, also they do not let you choose the oil brand that you want on your car, but ok. Next service I was overcharged for a simple brake pad change and regular schedule service I was charged over 3000aed for the job and noticed afterward a poor workmanship; they have not secured the brake pad sensor cable correctly and the tire started damaging it. By luck I noticed it days after the service, but someone else would easily miss it. I give them credit for owing up the mistake and ordering a new sensor and installing it for free which you’d expect it. But for the price they charge I will be taking my Land Rover somewhere else for next services.

I Have been going to A2B for a number of years and have slowly watched as the place has gone from good to horrific. To begin with the service was good, on time and good value but over the past few years this has greatly changed. I have repeatedly had to return my car to them after work has been done due to poor workmanship and new and mysterious issues appearing. At no point do they ever take ownership or responsibility for this, yet pull out the mechanics excuse book. As a rule, when you get your car serviced it should not be returned to you with more issues than it when to the mechanics with, yet if you go to A2B this is what you will get. On one of my last visits they even managed to damage the front of my car but on about the only plus I can think of did at least own up to it and fix it. None the less, the quality of mechanics is poor, the work is slow and sloppy and magical new issues will be found after the work is done. The owners themselves are nice but it is clear they have lost control of the work leaving the shop. They have admitted in writing that they have had staffing issues and this clearly shown in the work. At the end of the day, if you want a trouble free experiance go anywhere else but here.

Honest and efficient

I’ve been a customer here for a couple of years now.
They know what they’re doing, they have adequate equipment and are transparent about the cost and the parts.

Terrible work. They broke my car while fixing other things and charged me for it. No updates. Kept the car forever. Not honest mechanics.

I was recommended the place from a friend after being very disappointed of the official Jaguar service center in Dubai. Garage did a very good service and some repairs. It is run by honest people that do a good and efficient work without trying to do extra unnecessary works. Prices are reasonable and very transparent. Will definitely use the garage again for service and repairs.

I had an excellent experience with these guys. I have personally met the new owner (who is very attentive) and has really done a great job with the place and his guys really know what they're doing. I've been having an issue with a left suspension on top of many minor issues in my Mercedes and I have changed 3 workshops in the period of the last 10 months, just felt like every time they'd fix something, something else would get broken.and then I followed my friend's recommendation and came to A to B and the guys did great! My long lasting problems have been finally fixed and my car is running super smoothly now with no new issues. I would definitely recommend this garage! 5 stars.
