It's been 6 months I have been giving orders to aaramam (burdubai) and they haven't disappointed me in case of both food and delivery. Food and their menue is fabulous as well it's really tasty though. Looking forward for the same amount of energy from u guys:)

They serve exquisite kerala food (beef Peralan, prawns roast, lunch meals on banana leaf, crispy palappam, coin porotta, meen mulakittath to name a few). Staffs are very friendly and attentive (Denny, Lijo, Surendar etc,). Try it if you wanna experience the authentic taste of Kerala food.

I called them and ordered 4 porotta and beef roast. The person responded promptly and Said unfortunately beef roast is not ready yet and I went for the curry. They delivered it to my hotel. I felt home at the first bite. I am sure their beef roast would have nailed it. I have heard enough of their quality but now I second it completely. The porotta was soft, fluffy and tasty but small. Wish they had bigger porottas. They are a good genuine restaurant with some great food.

I went to have lunch, where I was ordered a meals.
I got barik rice set with sambar, crab curry, rasam, green leaves poriyal, thuvayal, pickle, and one more item with pappad.
Taste was good, but they served basmati rice for barik set which was not comfortable to eat.
Price was 10dhirams, where food served in banana leaf, awesome.
Payasam also served as dessert.
Also they are giving hot jeera water which helps to digest faster and to feel energetic.

I ordered parotta and chicken roast. Waiters act like they don't want to take order. And they brought chapathi and chicken perattu. I was the only customer who sat in the hotel at that time. They really didn't listen to me and their way of act is not nice. And they charged AED 2 extra from the menu price for chicken. Worst experience.

Not worth the hype, not at all, the small porotta they serve for 2 dirhams is not worth it, I will take you to better Punjabi and Pakistani restaurants who serve better porottas and mutton for the price of beef served in Aaramam.

Pleasant ambience with good atmosphere.
Place kept Clean and maintained. Best choice for Kerala foods. Food quality is high

Using unnecessary colours in food which is even not removable after several washing. Definitely it is harmful for the health.

Kerala food is available but below average. Meals was average, king fish fry did not have enough salt, beef fry was ok. Service was good, but the below average food let us down.

Food is exceptional. Kerala authentic food. Quality is the same. In between the food had become bad but now they have recovered from the COVID slowdown.

Worst service ever, very pathetic, the waiters are very rude, very delayed service, refrain yourself from visiting this place, thank you.

Food is great.

Unfortunately, the cashier counter is pathetic. You will have to wait forever and stand listening to the cashier's teleconv forever. I have experienced this several time recently, also gave them a feedback why they would loose their customers when the captain at the helm has a lousy attitude for the business and its customers.

Would restaurant managers take a note by kindly training thier cashiers or do something about long ques at the counter which is often hanging with families with kids standing staring at their cashier hoping he will understand customers are important to be attended in and out!

I wouldn't write this without many experiences. Give it a thought as customers see convinence and you may conviently loose them if your front desk is not trained adequately.

I rating 3 stars as there are other staff who are great.

Food is tasty and delicious. But everytime they deliver food very late. Simply spoiling the good name of Aramam-Karama. Floor management of staff is very poor.

Good food and affordable price, But ever worst service. I dont know why they are delaying the order every time. Horrible!

Loved the place with a nice ambiance. The food was delicious must try the chicken tandoori. The rates very reasonable. One must try this place.

Food is average, ambience is good, Trying to trick with price is not a overwhelming way to get walkins but it leads to loosing repeated customers.good luck with your price board trick, seriously understand that no customers wants to see your quarter portion price advertised.

Order for puttu and kadala, received puttu and green peas curry with chicken piece in it. Vegans never ever try here.

Service sucks.they don’t know the value for time. Really pathetic service compared to other aaramams, why would someone open a shop just to spoil the market name. If shop is filled with 15 customers new one need to wait for 45 min is a must, suppliers are confused and not at all experienced. I won’t prefer this place anymore

This falls under the big restaurants for newcomers to Dubai.

Food is great i only eat vegetarian so i have to be choosy where i eat but this place was great. Excellent service and tasty meals.

But i would say that its a bit expensive for newcomers to Dubai.

For tourists this place is great for Indian food.

The food was soooooo freakin delicious, especially the butter chicken. The quantity was more than generous and at dirt cheap prices. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed every bit of our meal. Would’ve loved to try their lunch n breakfast dishes but maybe the next time we visit Dubai. Highly recommend this place

Provides good food and bad customer relations, There is also a supervisor who is not interested in customers and is reluctant to laugh, so how can other staff be okay?

They are not bothered about customer need-first of all nobody is picking up the calls- even if order is placed more than 45 minutes to get the parcel from the counter. There is lots of improvement required. I had to get away without taking the poori bhaji even after paying the amount at counter today

Food above avarage. Suppliers staffs attitude very bad. They are thinking we are eating with out money. Please try to understand or give a coaching class for how to manage customers. Very bad mentality people is there.

Food and Atmosphere is very good. But the way of treating customers is very poor.
Sorry to say, behaviour of staff is spoiling the reputation of restaurant. (Bur Dubai).

Found this place by chance as we were staying in nearby canvas hotel.
Some of the best Indian cuisine I've tasted, it's simple but it's soooo good, cheap and the staff is very friendly

Very bad service in Aaramam Burdubai. Today I went with family for lunch. It was not busy and a very few people were there. I ordered 4 pinapple juice while having lunch. Finished the lunch and waited 35 minutes for Juice. Then came to counter and paid the bill. I said complaint to the cashier about the incident. He told me that he will serve Juice after another 5 minutes. But I was totally disappointed and refused. Very irresponsible staffs. But Aaramam Karama is very good and will give 5 stars rating.

Good kerala food. Enough seating space and good staff. Price is above average compared to similar restaurants but with good quality.

So amazing, had Beef curry, coconut beef try and Parotta. Just amazing when the combination comes together. Also staff was helpful. Really recommended for all foodies.

Ordered poori bhaji and vada chutney. Both tasted good but vada is too small. Poori was packed in a nice way.

Take away parcel 3 plates Medu Wada - No green Chutney provided, no Sambhar provided. Should inform if not available so customers can order something else. Pathetic.

Dine in service is excellent & food is the best for the price offered. The staff are also friendly. The home delivery service is also good & fast.

They never treat their customers in a good way, no proper response whenever we order food, cost is high when compared to nearby hotels though they are not ready to serve with a happy face or in a kind manner. Food is costly, attitude is cheap.

Never order food from Aramam, We ordered sadhya from aramam restaurant burdubai today morning they agreed to deliver at 12.30, at last moment they cheated they saying delivery not available after we tried for pickup that also failed. Why you took order? Really disappointed

Located in a prime location, easily accessible. Spacious and neatly maintained Restraunt, a preferred choice for Indian dishes at a reasonable price. The Restraunt can accommodate very good crowd. Tasty dishes and at times you feel the response of the waiters is slow. Overall gives a worth for money feel.

Beef fry, chicken fry i thing its something special from your hotel.and also the mutton biriyani also too good

Seriously irritating when u go thr hungry wash ur hands sit and wait for hw long u knw no one cares to cater. Wat i did told the guy n counter if u keep doin this m not gonna come again and walked away. Jus want to post this when m n d still n d heat of hunger. Nt expecting a star range welcome, atleast greet the ones who walk in. And m a regular at this place yet this treatment!
