On Oct 20 cargo was picked from my door, to be sent as Door to door to Dublin, Ireland. 30kg rate was given as Dhs 820. Sent 28kg stuff. Today UPS Ireland contacted my daughter the receiver, asking to pay 80 EUR as import fees as ABC sent shipment as Prepaid. ABC says it is duty payment and destinstion agent says personal items sent are not dutiable, it is import charges, not psid by ABC cargo. This is cheating, taking door to door charges and not paying destination agent their chagres recovered or collrcted from Dubai. Approx 10dhs plus per kg rate is incurred extra as 320 paid at destination too. Think twice before using their services to other countries.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart and a growing sense of frustration after my profoundly disappointing experience with ABC Cargo's relocation service. I entrusted them with the task of shipping my household items to India as my family was relocating. Sadly, this has turned out to be a decision that I deeply regret.

The condition in which my belongings arrived was nothing short of a nightmare. Delicate glass items lay shattered, the TV screen was mercilessly cracked, the sofa was torn, cupboards and the vacuum cleaner broken, and even my once-pristine frying pan and steel vessels were bent out of shape. To add to this, cherished photo frames and paintings that held immeasurable sentimental value were were fully broken.

Adding to the nightmare, out of the 25 boxes shipped, only 24 boxes were received. Despite my pleas and persistence, ABC Cargo has proven unable to locate the missing box, which contained a printer and other essential household items.

The most shocking part of this ordeal is ABC Cargo's acknowledged negligence. They have explicitly stated that the damages occurred due to poor handling, a fact they have yet to rectify. Despite their internal teams' efforts to assist, they seem to fall on deaf ears. The lack of communication within their own organization is staggering and only exacerbates an already distressing situation. I have been following up with them since May 10th 2023 to provide compensation for the damages and there is no sight of a resolution.

In my relentless pursuit for accountability, I have reported this non-responsive & substandard service to the Dubai Consumer Rights department under the Dubai Economy. It is my hope that this step will not only bring attention to the gross mishandling of my belongings but also serve as a stark warning to others who may be considering ABC Cargo for their relocation needs.

I urge anyone considering ABC Cargo to think long and hard about their decision. The heartbreak, financial loss, and emotional distress caused by this experience is something no one should endure. Entrusting your belongings to ABC Cargo is a risk that I implore you not to take.

In summary, my experience with ABC Cargo has been a painful lesson in the consequences of poor service and negligence. I sincerely hope that no one else has to suffer what my family and I have gone through. ABC Cargo has demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism and accountability.

One of the worst Cargo Company. They cheat people by charging for express services & then start with lame excuses that it's been stuck due to intelligence report. Also the 35% what they offer is a fraud.there's nothing as such as 35% off. It's been 2 month & there no sign of my cargo. & It's also been the same for all other previous containers. I am just waiting to come down to Dubai & take them to task legally.

Ladies & gentlemen, Don't fall for these fake reviews my cousin actually sent a cargo more than a month cargo & till now it has not reached there. They have told 1 month but no point. They tell excuses like the delay is because of emigration clearance required and etc.better rely on government postal service.

My parcels are now on comma! Waiting for an update.by crossing fingers. You are just a day away to screw my event which I have been prepared for months!

Received the things right on time in Kerala. Very happy with the service. Hope you rectify the issue with tracking system as it always shows “tracking details not available, check after sometime”.
