From my first experience and first time i am sending courier this is one of the wrost service. I send my parcel to kerala once it reach there products are missing, Damaged & broken. 06-08-2023 i send my parcel today is 30-10-2023. I already raise complaint but still now no reply always i get message under processing under processing…

So, guyzz if ur going to send ur parcel just think and send…As a request. I am adding the proof also but missing product photo i don’t have

Worst service ever i have experienced. Not even worth for 1 star. I sent a shipment via air cargo and its almost 3 months until now i didnot receive my shipment.
Moreover they wont give any clear response on the shipment.
I called them several times, visited the branch and even emailed them.

I got Very Bad experience from ABC cargo. Do not choose this cargo. I send to india my box may 2023, now month of July 24th not received in india. I will not recommend this Cargo company.

April 29 I placed an order for Cargo using your service.
While I was confirming my order, it was mentioned that I will receive the package within 25 days working days.sea express (Describe in your own words Even after 34 days, I did not receive my cargo.
So please don't use this cargo service.

Very Bad service, we was booked for sea cargo, and they made to sea express with high cost and they offered to be delivered by 20 days. We got delivered after 50 days. And the products are damaged

They will not reply to calls and talk very unprofessional way when you complain about the damage items received. I send many mails but no reply. Unprofessional behaviour from support staff

I sent my cargo from Dubai to Vadodara Gujarat on 23 March 2022 via express sea cargo which is supposed to be delivered within 20-25 days. But my cargo was delivered after a month approx 40 days. I tried calling the customer service but there was no response, I also filled a complaint and still no response and my cargo was delivered very late.
This was really bad service and I will never choose this company again in my life.

Do not use their services. They damage your luggage and then refuse to take any responsibility for it. YOUR CARGO IS NOT SAFE

I'm extremely sorry to mention this, but I don't have any other choice. Because I have lost my money. I have sent a courier last December 2020 and still not received it. Not only the delivery, but the response from them when I call to check the status is also really bad. I used their services last December 2020 to send some stuff to my home in India and it's been not delivered yet. It's been 1 year since not been delivered yet and my family is waiting for this courier been a year. Every time when I use to call them, they are replying that delivery will be next month. The excuse they are saying is that it's stuck in Mumbai and they can't do anything, as it is like they don't have any responsibility for that. A few days' excuses are accepted, but it's been one year, it doesn't make any sense.

My family Sent items from Dubai to India. A large number of breakable crockery items were broken. Metal cookware were smashed. Most items can't be used.will not recommend

Very bad service they give if there is possible zero star below is okay for abc cargo there website always crashed and while call on naif office no there is no reply from the abc cargo and they are big liars.
They just want booking while booking they will tell you it will take 10 days actually it takes a month to reached the parcel

They are thieves and nothing else. I paid 3200 dirhams to ship 8 boxes to Uk and when the boxes arrived most of my goods were broken to peaces and when i complained they asked me to prove that i purchased those goods which is crazy as they were mine and they didnt ask for proof of purchase when they collected the goods. Absolute fraud and unprofessional behaviour. I wouldn't trust them with a dirham ever. Please stay away from them as they will take ur money destroy your goods and then ask gou to prove that you bought those things and not stole them. I am fuming with all the loss i had to incur. Please please do not go near them if you want your goods to be saved and so do your money.

I have sent my parcel by air to mumbai on December 27-2020 now its april 8-2021
Till they didn't delivered my goods to india and this is my last parcel from this cargo they are just saying it will receive in 10-15days but it almost 4 months thhey are lier and dont believe them.

Very poor service, when I heard it in gold FM I thought its a nice cargo because everytime in the radio they say no1 in GCC but I am very disappointed with the radio team also because they are advertising a wrong thing. Very disappointing.they promised the parcel to get delivered within 20-25 days but it took 45 days to deliver. Apart from that the delivery guys asked delivery charge when it was getting delivered.and the timing of delivery is very bad, they called after 9pm to say they are coming for delivery and made my family wait till 12am.when they called the delivery guy told they will deliver I the night but they delivered in the morning.it was such a sleepless night waiting for these delivery guys.such a bad experience from abc cargo. I will never ever send parcel from abc cargo.fake advertisement.guys plz think before you send parcel from abc cargo.its my experience.and they say u can track the parcel, still in my tracker its showing yet to deliver, they are not updating the tracker properly.just fake promise in all the things.very very disappointed

I sent the goods Dubai to Tamilnadu from ABC CARGO & COURIER L. L. C - DEIRA branch more than two months ago Items have not yet reached destination. I contact office so many times by call, whatsapp and email also but he refuse to give the correct answer.
Don't Trust Avoid this cargo

Very bad experience, no commitment, irresponsible staff, poor customer service. Parcel not received even after 70 days. Staff are not ready take the call or not giving proper answer. Even no proper response from the Email.

ABC cargo provided us with the worst service possible. They are irresponsible and big liars!

We sent our packages through this « company » from Dubai as we were leaving the country. So we confirmed the destination several times, explained what has to be sent, the size and weight of boxes.after we packed everything properly (that took us a long time), they came to pick up our boxes and only then informed that maximum weight of one box should be 30 kg.so we had to rush and repack everything in front of them! Boxes were promised to arrive to destination within 2 weeks.and then the fun started!

So they took our boxes and left. After several weeks we texted cargo in-charge Linto, (thé tracking system was never updated) asked him where is our package and what is the status, but he just rudely ignored our messages all the time. When I asked him to stop ignoring and give the answer, he told us that they can not deliver our package to the destination we payed for, and he told us to change delivery country, which we refused of course, because we needed our boxes to arrive here, in the country where we are. When we told him that we are not going to change the delivery country, he kept on ignoring us, not giving any information, giving fake promises « I will check », « I will update you », which never happened. When we were trying to call customer service of this « company », people were hanging up on us after we were asking questions about our package.
So I was already very upset and nervous, as I gave my belongings to these people, payed them money, and they didn’t even bother to tell where’s our stuff.
After 40+ days we texted Linto few more times, he Finally told us that our packages arrived to our destination, somebody called us 2 times, we did not answer the phone so they send the packages back to UK. And as per him, all of this happened in 2 days! But this was not true, as we did not miss any calls! So Linto lies to us that we « missed »our delivery and now we have to pay 560 GBP (2700dhs!) to get it delivered again! I told him to give me the number or name of the person that « called » us, he didn’t give it, he told someone would contact me from UK. That of course never happened, instead someone called from Dubai, some Indian gentleman who didn’t even speak English well, and he told the same - that we have to pay extra money for delivery. So I understood that he clearly lied to me and that package never came here to the destination.
I was so frustrated and nervous that I was ready to ask our lawyer from Dubai to call this company and talk to them. But then I decided to let it go, I told Linto to deliver our staff to another country, as I was tired of fighting with this liar! So after making me nervous for about 50 days, after ignoring me all the time, giving false promises or just answering my messages with 2 unclear words, they finally delivered my stuff not to the country I payed them for!

Company like ABC cargo should not exist at all. None of them speak proper English. Customer support team is absolutely useless, they just ask the invoice number and after that hang up on you. International cargo in-charge Linto doesn’t speak English properly neither. He is lying. He is ignoring. He is answering every inquiry with 1-2 unclear words.

So if you want to be peaceful mentally, to be sure that your package will arrive to your destination, never ever use ABC cargo! Better to pay a bit more to any other company but to be sure that you will not be asked to pay extra money later, you will not be ignored, you will not have to be always nervous wondering if you will ever receive your package.

Shame on you, ABC cargo! I hope you will have to shut down your « business » soon, so you will not have customers who are desperate and frustrated after using your « service »!

Even tracking system is not locating with invoice reference number.

Durantham. Terrible.
They will say 25 days, means 60 days in Thier calendar.
If 15 days, 50 days in Thier calender.

Do not give your Cargo over here. First they say a different rate after packing they charge different amount on basis of items in the shipment. Full on Cheating.because once the cargo gets pack then customer will not do anything.do not handover your valuables to them

5 days ago I sent cargo with this company, today I decided to send more so I called and asked for a price I was told 13aed per kilo. I called back to confirm and they changed the price from 13aed to 15aed. When explained the situation the man cut me off. Clearly their money hungry and trying to take advantage of people. Very rude and unprofessional stay away and pass this info on to others looking to send cargo.

I have never had any issues with the ABC. They have always delivered with the utmost respect. My packages have never came ripped opened or broken.

I love ABC. They handle packages with care and deliver to your door. But they no longer ring the door bell. They drop package off at your door then honk the horn to let you know the package is there.

Very Very bad service.ground staff is very helpful.but Back-office staff is totally useless. They dont answer properly.they dont know whats going on and keep doing false promises.they promise my cargo will be delivered in 20-25 days but its been 35 days its still on the way and they dont know when it will deliver, they did false promises they they will expedite but they dont call back or do what they say. Try to avoid this company.

The packages always get to the destination on time and no damage. The counter service staff are always pleasant and answers my many questions. I have never had any problems with my deliveries to people or my deliveries to me.
