ABC CARGO & COURIER L.L.C - BUR DUBAI

The most horrible experience. We trusted this company so much because lots of people praise it but honestly when it was our chance it was all messed up. We trusted them blindly due to all their existing work ethics but from what we dealt with, it was SO HORRIBLE.

1. We gave our package to be delivered on 2 of November expecting it to reach by 22nd of November in Delhi.
2. We asked all the required questions before taking this decision from the company itself.
3. We had a wedding to attend in India so we sent it in hopes that we would have the clothes on time and everything will go smoothly.
4. These guys did not respond to our messages, texts, calls, emails for weeks. Don't get me wrong they only responded once in 2 weeks or so with a long paragraph stating that they are following up on the package :) and they would send this over the weekend so that we can't call and disturb them about it.
5. They delivered this on 18th December. In Delhi when we've sent it from dubai and we've already reached back home. The wedding is over , the purpose of the shipment is over as well.
6. We said fine atleast courier it back to us because we've spent 530dhs to just send things and not be able to use it. So atleast send it back to our place AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. They said these words exactly " we've no such provision existing in India, we cannot help you with this, you have to find another way"
7. Everytime we would call the same person he would have no clue about anything and ask the same questions every phone call about our order.
8. The people working there have no idea about what updates they've received, or the updates they've given out, nor do they know about what's happening in their own company. Every person says a different thing.

Are you kidding? If you just had better customer service ATLEAST you would be fine. But even that is horrible.

One of the best cargo i have send from dubai. Moreover the rates were familiar and the charges for the packing and the documentation charges all are perfect.the delivery was also done within the given days.fully satisfied and recommending to everyone to call on the branch number or else you can visit the branch.very supportive nature.

This is the worst courier in UAE and the whole world, pls dont fall for their ads and outlets they are horrible, I am myself a Logistics Manager stating the same.
If you really care for your articles pls Never Ever Use ABC cargo, they will destroy it and make your life horrible, pls dont trust them.

I had unfortunately send my items from UAE to UK, right from the 3 hour delay in collection timing+1 and half hour delay for the weighing scale to come from another site. What a Joke ABC cargo!

Their sales team will strategically avoid you from informing about terms and use it against you once the products are damaged, I received my valuble items all damaged due to poor packing, till now they did not give me any refund and refused the same stating its not falling under refund category and giving lame excuses.

Pls pls stay away from this company at any cost.

In total a horrible experience, thank god due to their poor service intially I gave my other courier to different company, even the cargo where i suffered, I had asked them to return due to poor service, but they insisted it will be taken care properly, hence i continued with them, which was a big big mistake, and my valueble items got destroyed.

This company is not professional pls stay away!

They don't deserve any star. Had a very bad experience with them after sending 9 boxes to UK from Dubai. Three of my boxes reached Belfast (Northern Ireland) to some other address. It was a struggle coordinating the retrieval of those boxes and took more than a month. The staff were not so cooperative to begin with until we had to put some pressure and do continuous follow-ups with them. The remaining six boxes also reached quite late. It was a month filled with anxiety and restlessness till I received my boxes. I do not recommend them for sending cargo to UK. There are better options out there. Choose wisely!

I have been looking for a reputable logistics company in my area and I finally found one with (ABC Cargo) Logistics. The staff are very professional and had done packing well and shipped all my items without any damages. They delivered the cargo which I shipped right on time as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good logistics company in Dubai for international cargo services.

I used ABC cargo twice. At 1st time the cargo reached in 2 weeks and with that confidence I send a big consignment to India as Air cargo which is premium rate and reached it home after 42 days which is not a good service and to think again to use their service in future.

Very fast and prompt service. I send 2 boxes of household items from Dubai on 14th November and I received it today in Mumbai before schedule. Thank you team

I have never seen a cargo company mainly in Dubai as ABC. They took Air Freight Charges and made Sea Freight for more than 60 days. Unprofessional and not at all responsive. Very very bad service and only false commitment. A BIG NO to this cargo company.

Better to avoid using these people for any of your cargo requirements. Promised delivery within 15 days for air cargo and cargo still being stuck at Mumbai for customs clearance at about 100 days now.

Regarding reviews being published for ABC, if you look closely, almost all 5 stars reviews are fake ones with those accounts created just to review this company. However most negative reviews seems genuine.

I sent out a parcel on 10.09.2021 to india, we paid for 25 days of service and it's been 65 days passed still we don't know any updates about our cargo items. No updation in their tracker. Simply passing the comments it's with customs for clearance from day one.
What is the use of sending our valuable items by trusting these cargo service?

ALL THE EATABLE ITEMS WOULD HAVE PERISHED BY NOW & WOULD BE UNFIT FOR CONSUMPTION

Only with ABC cargo services facing problem with customs duties.no idea why.

If it's getting delay more than 65 days why we want to pay for 25 days package.

ALL WE GET REPLY THAT IT WILL REACH WITHIN 2 WEEKS! BUT IT HAS BEEN SOOOOO LOOOONG. Whenever asking they are answering within 1 or 2 week it will reach, but still not get clearance from customs then when it will reach to the destination?

Why this many branches and why this many advertisements and why they are having the website even if it's not worth?

And also I have doubt whether they are charging for air cargo and sending it by sea cargo for their benefits.

So please never try this ABC cargo services! Or else you have to run behind you valuable items and you have waste your time and money!

One of the worst cargo ever, as per the personal experience 1 year completed send a cargo with ABC cargo there is no responsible person and every one has same story to tell India has issue for clearance.they are not calling and updating the customer.

The best way to test your patience level is, send something via abccargo. The customer service will treat you like a s*** and everytime you call them, they will make you regret to choose, abccargo. A courier send in 2020 still didnt reach, what a pathetic service you have.

Very very poor service. Finally I received the cargo on 10.11.2021 which I sent on 25.12.2020. All food items are expired & some items are damaged, Now I am waiting for the claim but the drama is still going on, I have mailed them (11-11-2021) and they are waiting (24-11-21) for the delivery proof signed copy from India branch. I don't known how many months need to wait

Extremely bad service, Don't use then even if they offer free. They charge for air and deliver by sea service completely unsatisfactory. They have excuses and reason everyday and purpose of using air service is good for nothing.

Please do not send your cargo through ABC they are fraud they just give you service until they receive money it's been 2 months since I have sent a cargo to India through Air and still there is no update where the cargo is. I ll surely take help of customer protection once I am back in Dubai such companies shouldn't exist who are cheating people. Please please please do not use their services you will regret

Requesting all please not even try to send your cargo through ABC. It's very irresponsible and poor service.

As per current information after getting clearance it's going to travel 1,655 km by road. So just imagine what is the scenario. (That also we don't know how long it's going to travel and reach)

Hi all, I sent one cargo on December month from Burdubai branch and a lady named saranya was very rude with me. She don't know proper English and how to talk with the customers. She always say that whatever you want to do, just do that.we will see. Is this the attitude she want to show to the customers like us who is suffering in getting the cargo from past 7 months? Very worst lady ever seen in my life. ABC Cargo Manager should remove such arrogant ladies first.please dont go with ABC guys.

Worst Service by Burdubai Branch. The Branch Manager, Sarat, has been after me until he got the shipment. This is Aircargo. Should have reached in 20 days. Now, it's already 40 days. Sarat, the Bur Dubai Manager, is totally hopeless. He does not have the basic courtesy to respond to my innumerable mails/messages

Since a month back, one of my family member sent a cargo through this company. They charge huge money and they promised to reach destination within 15 days. But it's been 220 days not yet reached. Even this cargo people are not answering the calls and not responding properly.

I have sent parcel through sea on 3rd December 2020 as of today 166 days over (18-05-2021) but M/s Abc doesn't even know when it will be delivered.now i'm afraid that my parcel might get lost some where.i have sent all the items which is related to my construction of house and all the works got delayed and now got into a situation that i have to repurchase the same items again if there is further delay. This is not a review just my personal experience. Our family including myself got into unwanted tension and depression due to this parcel. Please god help us!

Hello everyone please don't trust ABC CARGO they're the big cheaters I had sent my CARGO with Abc on Dec 24 until now not delivered I chose aircargo to reach early but still not reached. They don't deserve to get one star also.

Its been 78 days (19/12/2020) i have sent my cargo SAQY24500.the cargo status says "clearance delay". And there is no clarity from your team regarding when it can be delivered. Im Extremely unhappy with your service. Every time i contact your team, they always say the same reply, "it is stuck in bombay " and they don't know when it will be released. Despite of your high charges, I still choose ABC cargo expecting that your service will be good and prompt delivery. Im truly disappointed and feel like i made wrong choice. I chose sea cargo knowing that it will take around 40-45 days even though ur team claimed to deliver it in 30days time.

78 days is still counting. This is very unacceptable. Plz don't send me the same reply like every time "sorry for the inconvenience. ". I do understand it is stuck somewhere but it high time that u need to take an action on it. My cargo has important stuffs that my family needs and they were not able to get it on time.

Despite of your high charges, i decided to go with abc cargo and still no clue where my stuffs are and when it will be delivered. I expect the company to take responsibility for this and compensate for my loss. Review added on 07/03/2021.

This is waste cargo in UAE bcz I send a courier in india, he said it's taken 25 days but 40 days already pass but still it's not delivered, agent said we take 10 days extra, that mean total 50 days has taken to deliver the pasal. The is a -_ company please fill on blank.

I have experienced the worst service. I have send my parcel through air courier in which they have confirm me to deliver by 25-30 days.it's been 1 and 1/2 months and inspite of giving repeated requests for the deliver they failed to give response and telling lie that from last 20day the parcel in under clearance.yet my parcel is not delivered.

Worst cargo service in UAE. Tried two times with normal and express delivery. Normal delivery took around 55 days and express delivery still no received after 15 days. Please do not opt for this if you have any other choice.

I have never seen worst service den dis.dey r not promisive i sent my cargo (air) on 7th march 2021 which was suppose to reach widin 25 days according to dem.till date i haven't received my parcel.n tracking on der site is not working.dey not taking der customer seriously.n dey not providing anything if we ask dem to provide link which dey r using to track.

Please don’t use this cargo, they are cheater. I payed for air cargo and they agreed to delover maximum within 20 days, but it took 64 days to reach my home.

BIG WORST over the cargo services, I have sent my consignment through ABC cargo L. L. C service dated 04th December 2020 via Air Cargo To Mumbai but not yet received at destination. However, cargo service has confirmed delivery time 20/25 days for Air shipment and charge accordingly at the time of booking.

Now, as per the tracking details, shipment reached on date 12th December 2020 and not yet cleared by them from customs (it seems fake tracking).
I have asked for a valid reason for the customs delay and requested ABC cargo to provide the proof that shipment was sent by Air and not via Sea.
But no details /proof provided by ABC cargo till date.

I have doubts that ABC has shipped our cargo via SEA instead of AIR.

Not giving exact time of delivery after follow up many times (only fall comments getting).

Now, I have no option than contact and complaint against ABC cargo service in Customer Rights Department Dubai, UAE.

The worst cargo ever to deal with it's been 4 months and no delivery yet they dont answer ur call nobody responsible enough to locate ur cargo and always giving false commitments to customers

I reccomend to all my Friends abc cgo bur dubai they have doing exellent service during the Corona pandemic time I have suggeste u to bur Dubai cargo team

I will give a 5 star rating if you could find my 2 missing boxes and deliver them. Several messages on WhatsApp are not being replied. This really puts me in doubt of your professionalism.

I am giving a one star since you can't go lower than this.
After sales service is sad and pathetic. I was billed for 151 kilos, but the shipment received was only 131.5 kilos. The only reply from the team was, "you can come and check". Team (Especially Mr. Sarath) has pathetic communication standards, they will not return your phone calls or WhatsApp messages. The website tracking did not work.

Shipments are routed by DHL / Fedex, you can get more competitive rates from them. The Head Office team is just as bad, always making empty promises and there is no coordination between the team. Be prepared to explain your concern innumerable times, you will be asked for invoice number, tracking number, bill number, everytime, keep this information handy, as anytime, this can be demanded, when you speak to them.

Dont expect any customer service whatsoever, no matter, how much you call. The staff badly and urgently needs training. Shipment wasnt delivered in 4.5 months. Dont recommend ABC at all, I wouldnt mind paying a 50% premium for peace of mind, versus how ABC treats its customers. If you have already sent out your shipment and are suffering just like I did. I suggest you document all your interactions on WhatsApp, email as well as the invoice copy and register a complaint with Dubai Economic Department. It only takes 10 mins to complain and a complaint number is issued right away, you will receive a call from DED in a couple of days and they will strive to resolve the issue.

Much better way, than dealing directly with ABC.

29th June 2020 Update: Got a call from ABC Cargo Fahidi office, asking for their name to be removed, but taking zero responsibility for what has happened. No ownership taken for the terrible behavior or an apology.

I requested for my courier to be picked up from my house in Burjuman to be sent to mumbai. I visited your office and was told that someone will come and collect it by 9pm.
After repeated calls n follow up on one has turned.
And now my calls are also being disconnected

We sent cargo on 29 February 2020. Till today (June 29) 4 months not reached. When ever we call no proper answer. Tracking number shows no vehicle in India since 3 days. This not ABC CARGO I WILL NAME IT AS XYZ CARGO. Not professional at all.

Last may, through abc cargo i sent some goods to india, kerala and its take long time to reach over der and when it reach there is some items had stolen someone. I called abc cargo people and sent the mail for recovery.but no response, no mail back and so thats means my money, time and item has gone.i m not recommend abc cargo for next time.

The most poorly managed cargo company in Dubai. Dealt with them in Nov 2019 and I am still fighting with them to get compensated for all the goods that have been damaged which is worth more that AED 50,000. They made me spend over AED 20,000 in wooden crates and told me that the goods will be safe and secure and once they were delivered they were all damaged as they were fragile items. I have gone to consumer court and I hope no one deals with this company, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO SOMEONE ELSE
