Most pathetic service. A friend of mine used their services to relocate in Mumbai from Dubai half of the items are missing rest half were damaged . It's been more than 6 months there haven't received good response yet

This is the truly the worst service provider! I find it difficult to comprehend how these guys operate and but believe a lot of people fall for their advertisements on radio and online. Especially for transportation to Europe or US they are utterly useless! They have no partners and no clue how to fill out simple logistics paperwork and will write anything on it and your items will come extremely late (months later because of wrong customs declarations) and you are lucky if anything can be used after that since their packing and transportation is beyond believe. Also, after you pay expect to receive no customer service since they will not bother anymore and have your money. I made the mistake so you do not have to and avoid this company at all cost!
Best cargo service in uae. Including even the packing team and also sales agent were so professional clearing all my doubts and I received my cargo within the time they have told.

Very bad experience from abc cargo, I send an document to india and the team said it will reach there within 1 week it takes more than 15 days, and when I'm trying to follow-up the response from abc also very poor

I have sent air cargo through them and it was a pathetic experience. I hope nobody goes through this anymore.all the items were damaged and broken into pieces.and nobody is taking responsibility for it. While calling nobody is picking up the call. I like the ABC Cargo mostly, because when I sent my courier to kerala. The Courier was reached before the date I expected. In reasonable price. And it's a friendly app. I never see before.
Very careless people and always blank. They just take the cargo and after they have no idea about it. Tried to get the response from everywhere but nothing. All plans and surprises gone for toss for the family. Do the use this cargo and please educate everyone about the service.
Very poor service and lack of response after cargo is shipped. Cargo landed in different place other than agreed and stuck for clearance for 3 weeks with no specific date. Worried if we would get our cargo intact
I sent 10 red boxes & Recieved 9. No body is answering since more than a month where is my 10th box. After sales service is bad. They literelly vanished the whole box.

I'm experiencing very bad service by ABC Cargo, they confirmed within 20 - 25 days it will be delivered. It is now 40 days still not yet delivered the shipment. They charge me for 20 - 25 days delivery
I had to send a doll house to india (up) for my friends daughters birthday … Abc cargo was so helpful… from the moment i got in touch they helped me with all details … gave best option of air and ship… and they sent at my door people to collect… also they packed very well… the staff was friendly and helpful and everything was quick and easy. MY FRIEND RECEIVED THE PARCEL before TIME! And thats the best part! GREAT JOB KEEP IT UP
Things to take care by the customers who trust these guys with mind blowing advertisement and promotions with their valuable stuff's while using this cargo service's.
1) Beware of packaging staffs who makes things hurry. Ask them to be calm and if they say they have any other work tell them you are not sending your items for free.
2) Assist them each second with packing and check they don't take off thermo cool or bubble's which is used for safety inside any original products with packing safety measures.
3) Keep all the products original invoice because if you don't present the invoice at the time of any damages they will say that and reject your claim request even if you present the invoice later.
(Also I should say, they delivered the package within the time period)

Dear Customers, Do not send your cargo via ABC couriers. I sent my parcel (42kg) on 11th September via air cargo and till now it's not delivered to my Mumbai address. Their site shows more than 1 month it's stuck in customs. When I called them up they say next consignment yours will be cleared. Then I get a call saying it's stuck in customs will be delivered in 1st week of November & now its December. Waited until Diwali & then Christmas.both festivals gone by but no whereabouts about my cargo. Will not recommend this service to anyone. No use contacting their customer service. Waste of money and time.
No effective tracking, once you paid they are masters, very poor service For international service they don't have any responsibilities, they will just argue you ABC not a good choice for cargo

Absolutely the worst service. Provides almost no information in their online tracking, and the customer service does nothing to help. I have waited over 60 days to receive my shipment from Dubai to kochi and still waiting. I would never ever again use this service.

On time picking up our box of foam core at the art supply store and delivering it to our work site. A very reliable operator who makes sure to get it right, the first time.

This year I send 3 time parcel. 1st one they deliver more than 50 days. 2nd one they deliver more than 45 days and to many items are damaged and missing.report to them but no response. 3rd one already 37 days still not received.
Hai, we send parcel via Abc cargo on 25 December 2020. Till now not yet received today date 12 Nov 2021. There side reply simply clearance delay. Now almost 11 months in the parcel most of the items food. Sure it was expired. Every time they told 15 days and one week. Finally I visit Dubai main office last week and today. They told tomorrow delivery. I don't know how it will come food items. I requested last 5 months no need that parcel return my money claim insurance. They told procedure after delivery only possible if any damaged or expired. In my life worst experience. Reference parcel I'd AAQT24873
Still their drama is ongoing, I applied for the claim a month ago but still they do not get proof of delivery copy from Indian branch, they will delay simple things so please. (15-12-2021)
very very poor service. Finally I received the cargo on 10.11.2021 which I sent on 25.12.2020 (after 10 months). All food items are expired & some items are damaged, Now I am waiting for the claim but the drama is still going on, I have mailed them (12-11-2021) and they are waiting (24-11-21) for the delivery proof signed copy from India branch. (SAQW24851.my Tracking number) i don't known how many months need to wait for claim
The Service of ABC Cargo is extremely disappointing. We decided to take advantage of the discount after seeing the advertising on television and send our personal items to India. Using ABC Cargo was a big waste of time, money, and effort.
We shipped a few paintings and frames that were valuable to us because we bought them on our travels across the world.
We questioned whether it was safe to send the Frames & Paintings while the packaging team was wrapping them at my house. They stated that once things are packaged with Thermocol and Fragile Stickers, they will be safely shipped. THEY AGREED TO SEND ME THE PICTURES AND PROMISED TO PUT THE FRAMES IN THERMOCOL ONCE THEY TAKE THEM TO THE WAREHOUSE.
The packaging staff did not respond the next day. I texted a reminder via WhatsApp, but received no answer. We then connected with the sales team, who assured us that everything will be taken care of.
The delivery team was disrespectful and left without handing the delivery note when it arrived late in the evening in Bangalore. The shipment (Frames and paintings) was shattered and dismantled. ABC Cargo's sloppy team failed to pack it with Thermocol or apply Fragile Stickers on the shipment.
The package was sent in the same bubble wrap it was in when it left my house. We demanded reimbursement and insurance because this was not part of the agreement. After much correspondence, including videos and letters, the insurance company refused our claim.
When I spoke with the sales staff, they promised to look into the compensation. Following up, the same team responded that these things are not covered and that they cannot be claimed due to the terms and conditions.
After speaking with the ABC Cargo's Escalation Manager, he suggested that we talk with the General Manager. He shared his number as well as confirmed that our case history has been discussed.
After numerous attempts to contact the General Manager, who ignored my calls, I decided to call him from a different phone number at that very moment. Guess what, he answered the other phone and claimed he had no idea what was going on.
This was the most frustrating talk I'd ever had. What was most alarming was his outright statement that he will "NOT TRUST THE CUSTOMER" unless we have a Call Record or written proof.
Rude attitude! When customers file a compensation claim, they are treated with contempt.
Our Mistake: We never searched for "ABC Cargo Reviews". Now when we did, we found so many cases just like ours on Facebook and other portals and the same people are named in those review.
Wished we had done our homework well, before going ahead with ABC Cargo. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!
BTW: Don't post the same Standard response. No one is helpful nor responsive to the complaints.
Since aa month back, one of my family member sent a cargo through this company. They charge huge money and they promised to reach destination within 15 days. But it's been 220 days not yet reached. One of the worst company to send the cargo. I send a cargo of 57 kg last year in Dec-2020 it reached after 8 months 18Aug-2021, all the things were damaged and once i asked for claim then they are refusing that at POD it was not declared. It was my parent who didn't knew about this POD. Highly unprofessional people. I spend almost 4000 AED to send it the items for my parent nothing received in good condition. Big thieves of United Kerala. Never trust them. I hope I dont have a choice to give them no star rating.
This team doesn't even deserve 1 star. Such a bad service. They claim for delivery within 25 working days and later claims to clearance delivery. Never fall a prey for their team. They doesnt keep the word and deliver on time. They claim consignment is under clearance at delhi and next person will tell its in mumbai. Very Unprofessional
Terrible service! Shipment AAQR37583 picked up on 30-Jul-21, is still not delivered as of today 8-Sep-21 (40 days & counting). Apart from this, they have an Escalation Manager who does not respond and a Delivery Coordinator who also practices non-response. The customer service agents are trained to give only templated responses. Am NOT going to use ABC Cargo EVER AGAIN and will never recommend them.
I send some materials to India but when I received my goods some materials are missed.and I also informed to ABC cargo office in al quoz they are not responding my message, I don't prefer this cargo to anyone, don't send with this cargo, very delay and materials missing and office peoples also not responding.very bad good bye ABC cargo I don't want send goods with this cargo in future.
I have been relying on them for all cargo needs for over a year and they never let me down. Totally I am well pleased with their service and recommended to all. The staff were very helpful and informative.
Very bad service, received damaged items, it was around 10kg. So we lost our item and 10kg shipment charges. Poor responding to our complaints. At the end result is nothing. As per them we are not eligible for getting claim.
It took 50 days to receive it. Most of the items were damaged, still we go to claim for only a dinner set, which is the heaviest and bit costlier item received in really bad condition. After severel weeks of emailing they finally came with a solution that our claim request has been rejected from the insurance department due to no missing/damage remarks mentioned in the POD. We have lost the money to buy the item and the delivery charges. How we supposed to know the items were damaged by looking at the outside box? Did your delivery guy can wait that long? Anyway thanks a lot for give us a lesson to not trust you anymore. Definitely not suggesting to anyone to send your valued cargo through ABC cargo.

The team came to conduct a survey initially and estimated 300 kg weight at 6.5dhs/kg. No official quote was shared, or additional information was shared about additional charges (packaging specially). Being experts in this field, the team should ideally have an idea of how much the items in a one bedroom flat would weigh. We can understand a deviation of 20-25%, this turned out to be over 100%, which was complete misjudgement from the ABC cargo team.
We called for the service at 2pm and the team arrived at 4pm. They mentioned that the work would be completed in an hour but the work took over 4 hours to complete.
We were still ready to bear the costs for the weight, until we were told that there would be additional charges of AED 500 for the packaging, which was not communicated to us at all. We spoke to multiple members of the team trying to explain what our exact issue was, and instead of arriving at a solution, we were told by every member that if we can pay for those extra kgs, why are we creating a problem to pay the packaging amount. The customer was expected to bear the brunt of the incorrect/missed information from the team.
It has been a very stressful experience dealing with the team as well, as every single member kept talking about how the customer should know about these additional costs, and that we didn't ask that's why it wasn't communicated to us. Apparently official quotes are shared only if the value is above 500kgs. We were meant to conduct an inspection to vacate the house yesterday, but weren't able to due to this experience.
This was the first experience for us at sending cargo, and has surely been the worst. Being a well known company in the market we surely expected a no hassle experience with ABC cargo. Terribly disappointed.
I have been using this courier frequently and it's collected in india, I'm satisfied with their service provided. However, inside the box all my gifts n another Things is perfect, I have to mention about Mr. Akhil, he was so polite and I appreciate his presence and n support.
