Service is the worst. Despite their company's claims to be the greatest in the UAE, their services are the worst. Air freight from Dubai to Mumbai was scheduled, and it cost a lot more than any courier service in Dubai. They did not disclose this information when they booked the cargo since they are using a third-party company in India to deliver the products by road. The materials arrived broken, and although I sent a picture of the item, the team notified me seven days later that liquid products—such as powder, shampoo, and other items—were not covered, citing various justifications. Please use any other courier service; you'll receive better service and spend less.

If I had an option for zero rating, I would have opted for. Their customer support team is absolutely unprofessional with no courtesy to address our concerns, and have a recorded message of blaming everything onto local customs authority.
I booked my shipment through their WhatsApp support team on 03.12.22 for India and till date it shows in transit. When tried speaking to their customer support team - I felt as if I am guilty of choosing them, which actually I am. Won’t be recommending them here on.

I've had the most pathetic experience with ABC Cargo. ABC Cargo personnel took the IKEA Micke (105cm) desk from my home in Karama on 18th November 2021, which was supposed to be shipped to my home in Indirapuram, Delhi-NCR (India) via the Sea cargo.

The table was delivered to me on January 2nd 2022 in a completely damaged condition. Even after immediately raising a complaint with the relevant teams on the same day as I received the damaged table, no resolution has yet been provided in terms of when the refund would be issued for the table cost and the courier charges, even after 25 days of raising the issue. I've sent multiple reminders to all the relevant team members, including all the relevant proofs of the damaged table but to no avail (Proof can be seen in the attached screenshot of the email). I have no other route but to raise a consumer complaint in Dubai but not sure if that would help resolve my issue.

But I hope none of you fall trap to this and please refrain from using their services if you don't want to experience a nightmare.

Already i made compliant for my cargo item which damaged by you people.
You took almost one month to give proper reply.
For the same, i have paid extra for packing and extra amount for new item as tax.
Then you mentioned zero cost for the item.
My item totally get damaged and no claim i received.

It took them more then a month to deliver my cargo to Goa India they have given services to a 3rd party @gati

Great service as always. I have been relying on them for all courier needs for over a year and they never let me down. Very Prompt and efficient. The prices are reasonable and moreover no tension delivery.
