I try to transfer kid’s bed from Dubai to india. ABC cargo service give me the best price. Staff Mr. Rizwan is the best! He is trying everytime do best for the client. Very responsible, reliable and clear. I really want to say thank you to him.

Very bad service I send my cargo to india before 50days

They were agreed to deliver within 25 working days its not reached yet

No one should use their service

Didnt receive my parcel sent in Jan 2023.
The customer service is very bad, and just reply its in process will get back to you in a few days. Its been months.
Beware if you are planning to send parcel with them.

If I had an option for zero rating, I would have opted for. Their customer support team is absolutely unprofessional with no courtesy to address our concerns and have a recorded message or blaming everything to the customs authority.
I booked my shipment through their WhatsApp support team on 03.12.22 for India and till date it shows in transit. When tried speaking to their customer support team - I felt as if I am guilty of choosing them, which actually I am. Won’t be recommending them here on.

Very poor experience and Most pathetic service. I paid for Sea express with a promise of 15 - 20 working days deliver and now its close to 40+ days, shipment is not delivered. It has reached Mumbai on Dec 16th and since then, they have been telling me that it is in customs and will be delivered in few days. Worst part was when i told them, how can you give me same response for so many days, their executive on call is telling, customs is not in their control - I understand, its a different authority but if a cargo company cannot get the custom clearance done - who else can?
I have been following with them in the last 25 days, delivery delay is one thing but no empathy with customer is awful.

This is the Wost ervice provide & Thief. Their Cargo service and partners stole Chargers and broke many stuff. Its been 2 months they dont reply, pass email from one person to another.
Rude / very unprofessional and have emailed them approx 5-6 emails but of no use.

Great piece of work done by ABC CARGO.

It’s was my first time experience with ABC. And I had sent my stuff to North India (UP) through Air cargo at a good rate through Mr. Biju. They are fast, efficient and well behaved workers.
I am glad my 20 kg package got delivered hasslefree within the time frame they had mentioned.
The good part is they respond quickly to your request without any delay, which I was impressed with. I will surely take their service going forward.

I am send sea express 160 kg. 40 days ago not delivered.raju is not taking phone.money is wasted. And al response to raju … very bad service abc. Finally delivered after 52days but cargo box is opened, some valuable items missing bad customer service not responding manger. Please don’t choose ABC

Very pathetic services from the company.they delivered half my glassware broken in to pieces despite multiple time reminder to keep these item as fragile. After I reported them they are asking for bill and proof of value and and what not. I have given up after exchanging multiple mails. Please be very careful as they might be cheap but you may lose all your goods if you trust on them.

In this abc cargo, raju is best in packaging, picking staff from home, and mainly his communication was osome, he is Al rounder raju work like a supper man he never tied in work

Unfortunately even with best packing (I paid extra for this service), all my glass and hard plastic items were broken into pieces.

Reported complain got rotated between team members until my patience level reached to rock bottom. Finally after a month of followups, received a statement "your claim was rejected by insurance" with no explanation of why. The customer service is Pathetic.

Best Cargo in the Emirate.

I have used ABC cargo for shipping some gifts to my family in the UK. Although they are offering for pick up service from home, I was preferred to drop the package in Barsha outlet as I had some purchases from Lulu hypermarket.
Right from the acceptance of cargo to delivery, I have experienced a five star service. They were promised delivery within 7-10 days, but it was to my family's surprise, the boxes were delivered in 5 days. I was having no hope of arriving it before Christmas, as I have dropped the package just 06 days before the Christmas.

Heartfelt thanks to everyone out there in ABC for making this possible.
