Very very worst customer care.
Pre booked patients after give the blood sampling the results came after next days.
I'm going to ask them to meet doctor and show. My results and get my prescription.

They ask me to come on queue like patients new registered.

I'm never see like that on other hospitals.
And at the same hospital also past time is not like that.

But the doctors are friendly. Especially Dr Niyas ahamed is very good and helpful person.

The administration of muhaisnah 1 (sonapur) is very bad.

They treat the patients like labours.

Very bad experience.

I had my body pain and fever, so the doctor decided me to had dextrose, and the nurse gave me the injection, fist in my arm and second in my hand when she gave me dextrose in my hand it bloated, and then they trying to do 3rd one. I said stop it, they put in the wrong veins and she didnt even say sorry at all and left in her shift. Worst clinic ever since, even the staffs are only talking and talking they didnt even talk to you.

Today i visited the clinic in the morning its was an emergency am too sick cant be able to sit also n from admin ms. Paravathy and sister ms. Joji stephea help me alot with quick response to me i like to thanks them excellent service done by them n also like to thanks dr.fahad

Everything is good like welfare facilitys. Clinic also clean and Doctor's are very supportive.

I experienced this polyclinic is verygood services to the people need medication.special to my Dr. Fahad he is responsible to their patients.for me I can't going on the time in clinic to follow my check up one I msgs the Dr. Fahad he reply fast me in whatts ap.and also for receptionists they are good and responsible.

The staff are very nice, they really take care of the patients, especially Mr Farhan. The Dr Ashad who attended to us was very quick and efficient in diagnosis as well as the way he cared and showed his concern. All I can is this place is all about quality service and genuine care and affection shown by the staff.

Now seating for doctor appointment still need time. Here have guest Wi-Fi but that is locked ask password but staff did not give. Request to management if it is for customer please update the system so they can use it with there serial no for certain time. (20min ya 30 min). Thanks.
