Had a wonderful experience with them, staff is very polite, helpful and always answerable at any time. Approached them for some medical test which was very urgent and they cooperated well and gave results on time. Their service was excellent. They always ready to solve any query and respond on time. Me and Family are the regular visitor of your clinic Since last 6 years and today i had very bad experience and bad feeling from your clinic. Very bad behavior from Ashfaq who sitting in Insurance claim dept. After Pediatric checkup of my daughter, i went to get approval from insurance, but he started to speak rudely and insulting as he thought he is the boss of the clinic.
We have good commitment with your clinic and you have very friendly and good doctors, but this type of staff will throw your goodwill as front dest staff to be perform their duty with all respect and responsibility.
I have seen before also that he is rudely speaking with patients and i can see some reviews also against him in this same page.

Today I did my dental Root canal treatment (endodontics) at Al noor -Al qusais. I would like to appreciate talented Doctor Mrs. Sulu Faisia.she did the treatment with very well in a small time period without any pain or discomfort for me.

We have been visiting Al Noor Poly for a year almost now. We have had interactions with Dr. Prasanth, Dr. Sajeela, Dr. Sulu.

Doctors have been very kind in their interactions and have always been available to support. None of them insist on Anti Biotics for starters rather they treat after hearing the concerns giving the needed time. They do not rush to push you out of the door, which is very helpful.

Highly recommed the Clinic for Families. Reception and support staff have all the patience to deal with incoming patients. Please continue the Good work Team

Both my lower wisdom tooth removal process was carried out by Doctor Nissy Susan, she did a great job.

I had a really good experience with Abeer al noor polyclinic, especially Dr. Ashal George. He is very down to earth personality and moreover we can freely share all our concerns with him. Again, I would like to add the best service of Dr. Moidu as well, he is honest in his profession and he take care of patients in a good manner.

Today I got very bad experience from this clinic. After getting approval for specialist consultation, my wife consulted Dr. Keerthi Menon. After the consultation doctor advised for one package which not included in insurance. So my wife refused to take this package. From billing counter reception they have disclosed the patient diagnosis in public. They charged 130 aed for consultation charge. Feeling shame on the clinics behavior.

Their Lab Team is very supportive especially when it comes to taking blood for my little baby. Also Mr. Ajay who is very supportive in getting appointments.

We really admire the professional, friendly and in-depth experience of Dr Keerthi, we always feel comfortable whenever we consult her, she is the best Gynecologist we have met in the last 9 month, we highly recommend Dr Keerthi to be approached and consulted for the best advice, she will always follow-up with her patients by phone calls, We are lucky to be treated by Dr. Keerthi, She in fact treats us like her family members.

Recently visited this clinic because of my eye problem, i consulted Dr Baskaran and he is such down to earth person and he treated my problem efficiently. Worse place if you have any medical issues.
I had CRP serum 76.4 which shows very high infection.
GP Abdul kalam wasted 2 days by giving me fever tablet and cough syrup which was good for nothing. I realised I'm consulting wrong doctor.
When I went to aster hospital the same day, they admitted me and did all the tests and concluded that I had infection in my lung and I had pneumonia
In 5 days I was better.

Hai Alnoor clinic qusais good service but need to increase the space for customers waiting area. Management team are very well. Especially the doctors arshal george and Ajay clinic manager are also good in communication and service. Have one suggestion only; your team can communicate back the customers about the service they got. As well if possible can arrange free medical check up near shake colony it will be better advertisement.

If Doctor given schedule for test but front office are not updated, They are given without filled test list.

How many times we have visited for single blood test. We struggled because for your carelessness.

If you forget to update the hardcopy, then what about ur Systems update.

Worst patient experience I ever had, had to wait 2 hours just to see doctor.
Went to see ENT doctor Dr. Sathar, very arrogant and mocked us when we tried telling him about how long we had to wait and again asked us to wait again so that he could go for a 10 minute walk in between consultation
Then why did they call us in, in the first place.

The Manager can be seen running around everywhere and when we asked as to how long we have to wait, he told us the very next patient is us and then calls in 2 other patients before us.

Will never recommend this place to anyone, and when we walked out after cancelling our appointment, the receptionist dint even have the basic courtesy to ask us as to why we are cancelling appointment (probably its quite common over here)

Waiting here for 2+ hours for my turn to see the eye specialist. This place is so unorganized and they send In people of their preference in between patients. Very very unprofessional and badly mismanaged clinic. After complaining I’m told that it will take more time. Just frustrating.

Please from my experience I’m writing this. If anybody is facing balance issues, the best doctor I recommend Dr. Abdul Sattar ENT Specialist, he is professional and he knows how to do the treatment for that illness. I have been gone to my home town and did so many tests and treatment and had lots of medication however no better results. One of my colleague recommended Dr. Abdul Sattar and he exactly diagnosed my problem and treated me. Now I’m feeling better.

Also, I need to mention one more thing, the staffs are friendly manner and even the clinic ambiance also really good.

Great service and hospitality all round. We were referred to Dr Sajila GP Dermatology with our concerning acne issue and highly recommend this doctor. Certainly content with the consultation and the service offered from the clinic.

Visited the Ophthalmologist Dr. Baskher for a conjunctivitis problem.
Before seeing the doctor, the process from the Reception, checking the vitals and visiting the GP doctor for a referral was very quick, systematic and highly professional.
Comparing to the other clinics like Aster and NMC, the services and hospitality of Al Noor staff members were excellent and comfortable. There is uniformity in the behavior of the staff members which shows they are well trained. Highly recommended!

Really bad experience faced by my sister. She consulted Dr. Sulu, dentist and first they said it is covered under insurance and later they denied the same.

Heath sector should not count as a profit oriented money making institutions but it should give priority to a service oriented organisation. But in the case history of Abeer Al Noor Polyclinic it is merely a profit oriented business firm. Some official of this clinic are not meeting the norm of service to the patients but finding ways how to run the clinic profitable are their motto.
Dr. Sulu Faisia is one among those are in favour of the clinic finding ways and means how to mislead the innocent patients and satisfy the management. She sometimes rudely behave with her patients and dare to challenge her revenge her patients in an unprofessional manner.
Better if Abeer Al Noor Polyclinic Management pay attention in this context.

Be ready to wait for hours. When calling prior, they don't accept appointments for General Practitioners. Though there is a token system, they seem to let last minute walk-ins to go before the ones waiting in the queue. Not sure about the purpose of tokens and queueing.

I underwent dental treatment recently here with Dr. Sulu. She counselled me on the prognosis.
Even though I was panic about the procedure, she did it with utmost care. Thanks for the service.

Sajeela.which is more concerned about insurance instead of patients.we are sharing same insurance but for one patient its its allowed to take sugar check but not for other.just bcoz not same age.don't hv diabetes.so without having diabetes we can't check weather we have it or not and that was also after 3 months
Skin ointment is there available in insurance but she wants to wait for 2 weeks
Patient was suffering from pain.not available in noor clinic dr. Already left.so went in other clinic.where they confirmed infections.so wrote some test which were allowed in insurance so nextday went noor clinic waited for 2 hours.and after she said no need of these tests, if u want u hvto pay.but same tests were free for other patients which hv same insurance.in which diabetics test was also mentioned, when asked she said u are not that sick.u are not that aged.will insurance people reduced the amount of insurance on that basis.they are charging same amount.then why u hv problem.just trying to misguided patient.supporting ur management.giving excuses now insurance people become more strict

Horrible clinic! The gynaecologist Bindu was the worst ever I came across in my entire life. She treated me like my complaints and concerns were of no value. I’d not recommend this hospital to any other woman because this doctor is so negligent, arrogant and mean!

I visit only for Dr. Prashant for my son.best paediatrician whom I have met after visiting many in Qusais. But seriously I agree below comments, they should do something about their reception team not organised and sometimes rude

Dr Prashanth is too good.i always go there if my son is sick. But yesterday I visited the clinic. His temperature was too high. We always consult the same doctor for last two years and the man who stands in the reception told that token is closed at 7.30 and Dey cannot give token as doctor is sick.i tried to explain my situation and he was telling he cannot give token and when I told the temperature he is not ready to hear that. So I talked one of the nurse and helped me in checking the temp and talked to doctor and got the token As for the dr Prashanth we can rate 5 star but how rudely the man in the reception told sorry I can’t do anything.we were really thinking how they are treating the people with sick who is running to the clinic for emergency was really too bad.as a clinic please take care of your patients.please take this issue seriously

I visited today to this clinic to see internal medicine. I don’t understand why they don’t have an appointment system. They have to understand the people waiting for 2 to 3 hours to see patients are not a customer they are patients with issues. It will be great if you could introduce appointment system.

I visited here to consult a doctor to my wife and they were ok so far.need more organised set up and they are fine. It’s only the crazy insurance people make people get in unwanted hassle and making life dificult

Zero Star.i visited today 19-06-2018 (Between 2 pm to 4 pm) Unprofessional reception administration and nurses management. This is my second and last visit. Never recommend to anyone. In the reception 3 female staffs and 1 male staff was there. The mail staff was busy with his son's typing center documents related things and he went out to submit some documents in the typing center in between the duty. Other female staff was talking loudly about some of her friend cooked beef and she is going to eat after duty. Other two female staffs were just hearing some Malayalam songs in the mobile.

Always having problems with insurance policy for most of the patients. My insurance company doesn't have tie up with this clinic. I did not know that. The reception staffs were not able to identify that. They were calling to some other numbers to rectify it since they were thinking it is a system issue or some thing like that.it look more than a hour. The funny thing is, the female staff was suggesting me to pay the amount without insurance coverage and ask HR to refund that. At last i decided to pay full amount by using my friend's credit card. Credit card pin number was saved in my mobile. My bad luck, phone got switched of that time due to low battery. I asked the reception staff to assist with any mobile charger. They did not hear that. They were still busy with their extra activities. So i told them i am going back to my room and will be back with ATM pin number. They said OK.climate was so hot outside and i am sick too. I came to room and returned to the clinic and paid full and got sick certificate also.

By writing a long story like this i just want to tell to all visitors of the clinic about the bad behavior of the staffs and unprofessional reception management since they are in health care field and they need to pay more attention about the patients. I do not have any personal issue with this clinic and hope the clinic management will take necessary actions to serve the patients better.

I visited abeer Alnoor clinic this month with severe diarrhoea and high grade fever and I was advised iv fluid and inj for the same by the dr.was sent to treatment room.the nurses in the treatment room was really unprofessional and it didn’t look like a treatment room and staff there was really behaving very unprofessionally and didn’t bother abt my bad condition and just asked me to lie down, then said to sit and the nurses were infact communicating themselves saying, not aware where the medicines are kept and also they are laughing and enjoying and no seriousness for their profession and no care for the patients
. Dr.geetha who I visited was really good considerate and so caring and the next day when I visited she infact accompanied me and made all arrangements with out any delay
Once more I’m informing the concerned pls do take things seriously as nurses there are truely not working for the clinci or the patients.patients are not given any importance in the treatment room.nurses were not at all professional and not duty oriented.

ZERO STAR! I just don't recommend this clinic.

1. Receptionist Emil said I could just walk in as I visited to get a sick letter. But Dr. Geetha wanted me to get out and follow token whereas no token was issued. When I pointed out communication gap between reception and Dr, Dr was in brilliant refusal mode. Instead blamed me that I did not communicate correctly at reception. Mistakes do happen, admitting it and saying will improve, will impress people. But refusing mistake that too by a Doctor is a disease to hospital.

2. I had to go for second opinion just for flu. Yes just flu. Thanks to Dr. Geetha. I asked for DHA sick leave letter for current date and next date. But she found me amazingly fit to even jog to work. I then consulted Dr in another clinic. He found I am infected with 'influenza flu'. My leaves would have been unpaid leaves and I would have been left un-diagnosed for another one week and additional consulting charges if Dr. Geetha had to find this.

3. I observed the clinic network is growing with opening of new branch. And I could not find any option for customer feedback or complaints redresal. High time for management to act about it.

Appreciate Dr. Geetha Rai for her analysis, patience and dealings. Most important is she wont make you to panic and explain the issue and means to address the cause.
