Helpfull staffs

Very frustrated experience after taking token number waited for 1 hr in between the lady is allowing others which they speak their language by not bothering other patients waiting with the token.

After noticing we approach and complain about the issue why you are allowing patients in between when we are holding the token but seems she don’t care and replied they came before you and you have to wait.

Since the token numbers are not moving on screen and she allow one by one patients after speaking in their language.

This is not the first time we came across with this situation every time same practice anyone comes and talk in their language they allow them.

I am sure this issue not only faced by us.

Extremely disappointed I have to walk away with my 5 year daughter who can’t sit due to vomiting and high fever without seeing a doctor after waiting more than 1 hr.

I have been a regular at Abeer Al Noor Polyclinic Deira Dubai for the past few years related to dental check ups and related treatments and am glad I chose Abeer Al Noor because of the expert service they provide. I just finished a dental procedure done by Dr. Nasneen. She did a wonderful job and I appreciate her professional expertise. I am really happy and totally satisfied with the work done.

I highly recommend Dr. Nasneen for all dental related treatment in Dubai. She is also available at their Qusais branch.

This practice is terrific. Dr. Wilkey George combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. He also an excellent gp. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment

Please don't visit that clinic. 2nd floor receptionist staff not available more than half an hour and also the other nursing staff take more time even we are 2 patients only there waiting almost 2 hours. Very bad experience.

I went abeer alnoor clinic for thyroid test with my brother. All staffs are very friendly and professional especially nursing department and front desk.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff stelbin & reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Mukhtar really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommended this clinic

Very very bad experience. I went there for TT injection cz of my finger was cut by knife. But they are taking like 2.5 hour for that. Doctors ans nurses behavior is good but other guys behave very badly. Specially manager.

I visited the clinic last day for my brother.very poor service, had a very bad experience from male nurse his name is mojo he s not ready explain patients doubts, he s very rood guy he shouted me at treatment room. He is not ready to listen what we are saying. Very very bad experience. Am expecting the reply message from management side mustly take action against him.

There was no proper system. Kept me waiting for 1 hr for nothing. Later asking me to go there go here,

After meeting doctor again kept me waiting for 30 minutes, asking to comeback evening or next day for checkups. They are facing sone issues on insurance.

I asked why this they can inform me in the beginning. When i check others. All are in the same situation. Asking to comeback after evening for diagnosis. Pathetic situation.

I had my babies ear pierced from Abeer al Noor clinic. It was simply great. We are very happy. The piercing process was very quick, practically pain free. Exceptional service from doctors, clinical team and thank you Samzeena for making all arrangement very quickly.

My name is Justina Ekpen Umukoro and i have been using the clinic for more than for your now.
Dr. Mukhtar has been a very proffessional and help helpful. He listen to you and tell you your problem.
Ola is a pilar there, he is another that is doing a great job combining cleaning assisting people. He is nice guy.

I was really happy with the staff of al Noor, specially receptionist. She assisted me very well. Dr Ashad is very good.

Based on my experience, the General doctor's service is not good Because i have not been examined physically but he concluded that i have inspection even if he didn't come near me to check what is the problem. (He just look at me in a distance and made conclusion)

after this, he eventually recommended another doctor for me to visit just like that and charged me for Professional Fee.

What kind of consultation is that? This is the first time I have encountered this kind of examination.
