I Had a problem with central AC, They came within 1 hours and the guy seemed to know his job very well. I can’t comment on the pricing because I have nothing to compare to as I never had to fix the AC in Dubai before. But the AC is working perfectly now so I can’t ask for more.

Installed a new ac / heating system in my house 8 years ago. Needed service for the first time made a phone call to them gave me an appointment called to confirm the night before and tech called an hour before he came on time. Diagnosed the issue quickly got to work and was out in less then an hour he even had the part on his truck. Very professional and clean tech! Even wore the blue botties on his shoes. We scheduled for ac repairing on friday at 11 am.and they agreed.one day before they canceled because its holiday.and when i asked when do you can come they didn't even answer.

If that is there service before coming, how it will be after (if they even come)!
