Monthly visitor to Dr arun sir,good service but the lady who sitting in front line ,shoja , rudely behave to me ,its not first time ,really sad to say to fix these type of irresponsible staff in highly qualified clinic like acess .really shame of this lady staff

The lady Mrs soja, sitting as front line staff inside aiko mall, Access clinic dont know how to behaviour customers, don't fix these type of irresponsible staff such a good hospitality like Aster. Really bad service from her.

Very very bad experience every one treating like labour. Dr. Deepak talking like hell no manners sorry please recheck management.dip1 access clinic is very very bad experience.

Ive been visting the clinic for 2 years time and the name itself speaks.its very accessible, the staff are very courteous the transaction are very fast and systematic. The doctors are very polite as well specially Doctor Muhammad Atiq whos been attending me for my blood pressure prescription and monthly check up. Thank you!

I was admitted on an ER state by Dr. Atiq
He is an amazing doctor
he was on a split duty that day but he continued his duty due to my sever sickness without watching the clock
asked the Nurse “Ms. Gilsha” With her friendly smile she took me on ease while putting the IV and I was under supervision till both of them controlled my Fever and gastritis symptoms
Dr. Atiq us such a knowledgable doctor he kept on explaining about my case and was even coming to the IV room from time to time to check my status improvement himself
thanks DIP clinic for doing such efforts for your patients Only the treatment with nice gesture can make you feel comfortable and doctors are really keen to keep you safe and pain free.

My fav clinic and fav experience ever

Not a good experience today, do not treat patients like labors, they should be treated well, they are human, not happy with Dr. Deepak's attitude. Patients needs more care. Patient's chair is placed miles away from Doctors table, how he will hear clearly what a patient said. ️

Access clinic Dip 1 branch of Aster Dm healthcare, excellent service, efficient staffs and also having attached x ray and laboratory services.

Good atmosphere with excellent and efficient staffs, and also having attached lab and X ray facility's with good doctors. Laboratory test reports are coming very quickly. I really appreciate the process. Keep it up.
