They have no small equipment for trial, the place was big to arrange a food items.plase arrange a source pot small for trial if u want a 1 portion if u want a bulk production it's good all thing this company staff was so hardworking, some employees and executive chef was supportive, this company have to much work that's why they not respond to trial giving people, mainnproblem is that they they have small range 12 but 4 not working if they takes a trial not taking 5 or 6 people only 1 or 2 that same time because the area of plating is not available because of the staff packing food they were hurry. So u not disturb to packing food.staff cafeteria was amazing. They follow all hygine procedure they wear globs, apron, sleeves and cold section taking full mask and all staff taking hiarnet, corporate chef taking chef cap, alll prep is doing in that section seafood, butchery, vegetable, fruits. They have 3 or 4 laddie for making food. They hide oil and butter because of other dept use. They have no spice box because of they r cooking bulk. If they trial a 4 or 5 people the area of trial will hochpoch because of the people trial not good and the trial people performance not well.somentime they forget the place it's take time because the trial person is new. If u want to Check the ability of persons please said that the trial menu or u take a arrange things to trial. If u understand please if u give separate space for trial its make a god trial and good plating also it's my suggest if u do this all trial people love this and ease to make a good food thank u

Management is poor, they don't response to your queries even after days or weeks (nothing) especially on site management very poor namely (ARH). However, Gen. Manager for Abu dhabi is very helpful!

Very good but really like the delivery staff Bcz they are very quick and specially discipline very good i impressed

They call me to bring food when I tested positive with my 3 kids but no one bring anything, just calling and register my name without any food

Accuro provided food service for our baby when he tested positive for covid. They were very responsive and made special meals suitable for a 1 year old.

They suppose to provide me and my kids meals assigned by DOH during the home quarantine and no one came, I filed a complaint in DOH to stop working with them as they are manipulating patients

Scam company and they should close
they are scamming the covid positive patients, shame on you

I have 2 family members with positive cases doing home quarantine. Food delivery was not consistent and always late. Today I received the breakfast, lunch and dinner meals at 530pm. Not sure if the food is still safe to eat as it was not kept cool. Also saw the delivery guy throw away some food. Such a waste of food and effort that the Government is spending money on. Hope SEHA is aware and rectify the issue.

I appreciate their service providing us 3 meals a day with generous amount in each category of dish on time, making sure our bodies are nourished. Thank you.

This company is a very fraud company. Treats her customers behaved very bad and feeds them 1 day old stale food. I want Do a sting operation by going to Dubai municipality Food Control and do a complete investigation of this company so that they can come to know about all the truth and this company is working completely illegally. It should be closed or ban

Where is the food? I am on quarantine. No food delivered.waited long time and ultimately ordered from outside.

Worst service ever, not responding to calls nor WhatsApp. Giving fake promises larger than their actual size

I m starting job at 2011- till 2019.its 8 years with accuro long time service.its good company in uae.monthly selary ok.it is stay at dip 2 near to retaj building.
