Customer service abysmal! Came in for white paint with the code. Out of stock and offered another paint option. Whilst browsing the store paint was prepared as I had another paint color being mixed. After getting home “white paint” had a light blue color to it. Tried to return the paint and after much deliberation I was told “nothing we can do.” Goodbye AED150 but more importantly goodbye ACE. You’ll never see me again and I hope others follow by purchasing elsewhere.

Worst customer service that I received for years. On returning a barbecue grill that I bought on line, they refused to take it back because of a scratch that they can see on the frame. I literally took it from the box and returned it back without assembling it, when it became obvious to me that it does not meet my needs.

This store racial profiles people. They got one person of African working there for inclusivity sake I guess and he just happens to be the most professional person there. Go figure. Either ways I am never shopping there again. Twice I've been in there to buy some items, twice I've complained. They got people following you around pretending to be checking items, but seem to let caucasians do their shopping freely. I stepped up to one asking him what he intends to buy, he said nothing. That he is to sell to me. Dude didn'y know I heard one of them say to him here they are in this aisle. The other time a filipino attendant swore he's 101% sure they didn't have bird scare and whoever called me couldn't have been from their store (his words), only for the African dude to point out the bird scare in a white carton. These lot are laughable really.

Went to Dubai Hills Mall and was having a hard time checking for a silicon for my broken sink. It was quite hard to know which product is right for it and luckily Wai was there to assist me. She was really helpful.to you Wai!

This time I went for a new shower head and I ended up buying new towels and cushions?

Went to Ace in Festival Plaza bought goods worth 714 AED on 3rd June.
Happened to be in Dubai Hills Mall on 5th and whilst going thru found some items I needed costing around 250 AED or so.
The Philipino cashier (male) did not how to use the blue rewards and managed to nullify all but 6.75 (39/-) points off my blue rewards, wasted nearly 20 minutes of my time and the African supervisor also did not know how to use the blue rewards both went back and forth on my phone and wasted another 25mins in short nearly an hour and were unable to process the tab!
At that time I decided I was not going to put up with these inept people and left without making any purchase because of the agro.
This is the second time I have had a bad experience with ace and their bad cashiering, stocking and customer service.
