Very helpful staff. Soooo many options to choose from for almost everything diy related. Must visit!

Lovely staff (Teresa at the cash register was absolutely amazing) as well as the lady helping me pick out paints. Store has a very wide range of products and staff is knowledgeable about them all. Will definitely use this store for all my future ACE trips.

Good store but very expensive products that are mostly Chinese. I’m thinking if all are Chinese then why not go to dragon mart and save some money!

A lot of good stuff, which is difficult to find everywhere, but quite expensive.
For instance products of gardena more than 300% more expensive than in europe.

Ace has some variety of hardware items, but unfortunately not anywhere near professional stores like Home Depot or Leroy Merlin. More a showroom for easy to grab items than a place to get all what you need for apartment maintenance.

Big shop that should have everything. But most of the time if it's a bit technical, they don't have it. They mainly have fancy parts.

Can't talk much about ACE, everyone know it, but that specific location has a problem with the parking as the entrance and exit is very tight.

Very good hardware store, has everything required for home maintenance and more. Just the AC was not good today, very hot inside the store.

I enjoy shopping here as there's a wide range of products and staff are always helpful and friendly. I had bought the wrong toilet seat cover and exchanging it was a very smooth process. There is ample parking available for customers.

I needed safety boots but the smallest size they work with it's 40 and they only had stock from 41 and above, I'm 38 shoe size.no "ladies" sizes in this store

Where to fine all the equipments and different things and items. Very huge store and helpful stuff. Easy to park your car in front the store and much more behind.

They have pretty much anything you might need, and the staff is very nice and useful. I came with a very specific and weird requirement, and Ghouri showed me around, and helped me figure the best solution for my problem and helped get everything I needed

Location on sheiks Zayed is the only reason why we go there. ACE is expensive.

Ace hardware has alot of hardware material and tools, but also, gardening tools, plants, painting tools, outdoor furniture, and other random things such as plates and BBQs tools and candy. It's very good, but the different locations have different products, the one near Ibn Battuta has more things in my opinion more detailed items but then again I haven't looked through the whole store. All I can say is that they are different. Not everything is in both stores.

It's one of my favourite places to buy smart tools or bbq equipment. In the last 8 years I bought 3 bbq grills. 2 charcoal bbq grills with leds and of 2 different sizes and 1 gas bbq grill, medium size. I love Weber brand and I buy all bbq tools from this brand.

Ace SZR is good hardware store. Its smaller than Ace festival city. It hard most required hardware.

Not enough staff to deal with customers
I had to wait 10 mins just to talk to someone and the place was not very busy. No staff in the paint section. No sign of a manager or supervisor. Will not be visiting again anytime soon.

No price tags on the shelves. The staff is unaware of the prices. They also don't have any idea about their stocks.

Many useful solutions for your home, quality can be improved in some items, prices are on the higher side

My go-to space for anything related to a DIY or interiors project. Lots of outdoor and BBQ Options, paints, tools, garden items and other knick knacks.

Very un-organise check out! Messy queuing system. Customer just joining the queue can get served before a customer who has been queuing for 20 minutes! The staff at the tills are doing their job and doing their best but the lack of queuing system is annoying and frustrating, especially if one is in a rush.

This shop is not as good as it used to be. It's fairly well-furnished (although I couldn't find the bolts I needed today), but the service is simply nonexistent. The staff is not well trained, not motivated or both! Nobody welcomes you; when you ask questions they respond without energy or desire, just out of duty and in the most telegraphic way possible! And despite the small number of customers, there's always a slow moving queue because only a couple of tills are open and again the staff is slow and less than enthusiastic. Sad!

A good place for hardware and outdoor furniture as ACE is very famous with, however, the shop is slightly small compared to the branch of festival city, I personally prefer to shop at the bigger branch,

Excellent selection as always, the discount rack was well stocked. I do recommend using the parking in the back, the street parking is very scary

This is the store you are looking for, Every handyman tool and some amazing electronics. A must visit

A great hardware store on Sheikh Zayed Road. This store is not as big as the one in Festival city, but it has almost everything. Also they offer free parking for their customers, (Parking is on the back of the building).

Lots of items available here for your house and farm and outdoor activities etc.

The prices are reasonable.

Hard working Staff and very respectful and polite.

There are plenty of car parking outside.

Below expectation all items. Throwing your money in rabnish but if you are staying for short time yes is good because life expectancy of items not more than 6 months

The place is very unorganized and very small. The air-conditioning doesn't work and very less staff for any help so you have got to search for them.

Love ACE! They have everything you need. Some of the staff can be quite helpful. I’m always surprise at the great assortment of items for ones home. It’s my go to place for some furniture, electrics, organizers, etc. Their parking in the back is great. It’ll save you a few dirhams versus the public street parking:)

A large store with everything you need. Easy to find, pleasnt and helpful staff, wide variety of goods from tools and hardware to household needs.

Relatively small ACE. However, it's convinient. Parking is extremely difficult to find as it is hidden behin the store and the entrance is not well indicated. That's the only downside. Overall, I recommend this store.

Ace Festival City is the place where to go to find what you are looking for. Unfortunately like everything lately in Dubai is well overpriced that’s why “only” 4 stars

Everything you need under 1 roof. Hardware, tools, paint, gardening, aquarium, gardening. Even pots and pans. Price is reasonable. Wil visit again.

Great place where you can find everything under same roof. They have parking plots for the customers, you just need to follow the signs to find it, it's on the backside of the place.

Customer service is unhelpful and has zero to little knowledge about their product. Also, they try to sell you useless high priced products. Overall, the employee atmosphere is very negative.

We bought a barbecue.
1. The price was low, ok, but they sent people to mount it (paid for this service), that mounted the things upside down. After a few days we peacefully agreed I adjusted it myself.
2. The cover sheet was not available (why not?) we are waiting for the phone call, that can take several weeks. So how do we protect the machine from the muddy Dubai Rain?
3. We needed to pay an extra 100 dhs to convert the USA gas system to a regular one, if not, the gas container would cost 350 dhs without refund.

I am a regular and faithful client, let me underline this, so it is a complain in framework of other, also good experiences.

Smaller store than Festival City but has all the basics and plenty of parking. More convenient location than Garhoud for me and very easy to get to.

Central location on sheikh zayed road, the store has a wide range of hardware and tools for indoor and outdoor use. They also have ootions for artificial grass, a collection of outdoor furniture and a few household items including dining sets. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
