Simply a terrible experience at Ace. No customer service or assistance. They forgot to give me the receipt and said it would be no issue to return using my registered number as they could pull the transaction - well GUESS WHAT! Nothing by more issues. OmG this was a minor transaction that the staff couldn't figure out. Never shopping here again!

Non-existent and worthless customer care for damaged goods. Avoid at all costs unless you like to waste money.

I usually love ACE but today, I, as a visitor, took a taxi from Barsha heights to go to Nakheel ACE especially, to purchase a home use laser levelling device and they did not have it. I am mega disappointed.

I’ve just left this branch in total dis believe! I was informed by the staff that this store no longer sells NUTS and BOLTS! ITS A HARDWARE STORE! Apparently the managment decided it was taking up too much space. However you have inflatable swimming pools and gas BBQs! Beyond ridiculous.

This is a store for light bulbs and paint. It is tiny with a hilariously small inventory. Keep your expectations low.

I got a small inflatable pool for my daughter from Ace Nakheel Mall. But the inflatable pool wasn’t good at all! It doesn’t inflate. I came back to the store and they couldn’t care less and they told me I miss used it ‍️‍️‍️ Very bad experience for me. The Indian dude was super rude!

I can highly recommend this store with the products and service provided. Nothing is too much trouble from Rose on the floor to Bilel the Assitant Manager.

A special mention should go to Jesse who even dropped by to replace the ignition wire to the bbq after they were catching on the door.

I find that the all ACE stores in Dubai that I have visited are welcoming and the staff are focused in customer service, however Nakeel Mall exceed expectations!
