Very bad experience. It is almost 10 that I have received my machine. The company hired a local technician to do the installation that he took 10 hours to do the installation. Even though, it not complete. The cables are loose and machine makes sound in one side while using it. The company has sent another local technician who reported to company that he can’t fix the problems. Now the company is saying that he is sending his technician from uae to Bahrain. It is 3 days Iam waiting… I paid the full amount on 9 Jan 2024 and they received money on same day. So far Iam waiting… to get the machines fixed

I purchased a NordicTrack Commercial 2450 treadmill from ActiveFitness in November 2019. Unfortunately, my experience with their after-sales support has been deeply unsatisfactory. In February 2023, the treadmill malfunctioned, and despite their initial responsiveness, the service deteriorated rapidly.

The team took the motherboard for assessment but failed to follow up as promised, leaving me to chase them repeatedly for updates. Eventually, they identified the need for a new motherboard, but then communication ceased again. Months of follow-ups were met with various excuses, including a warehouse move.

A new manager recently took over, yet he was uninformed about my case, suggesting we start from scratch. This lack of coordination and accountability is unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and support provided by ActiveFitness. Their inability to effectively manage and resolve a customer service issue has led to a prolonged period of inconvenience and frustration for me. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

This is my first time to buy from active fitness and it was a great experience well deserved 5 star for their support in purchasing my new home gym Inspire M3. Special thanks to Ajmal salesman who helped me completing my purchase in easy and fast way. Special thanks to Usman who delivered and installed the equipment in less than 3 hrs.

I recently brought a Nordic track S22i studio cycle and after two weeks it broke. I called the helpline to get technical assistance which never came and I couldn’t get them to call me back. I called again after waiting two weeks and the technical team then came to my home (late) and had no idea what they were doing. They took the bike apart, hitting it at times to force parts together, leaving screws out and putting screws in the wrong holes that damaged the threads. It ended up with even more issues with the resistance motor and crank so cannot be used. After complaining again as active fitness did no follow up call to check on the service that was provided I managed to book another technicians appointment with a different team. This team again didn’t arrive and I had to chase to get them to actually come. They did eventually arrive, late as normal and without the tools required to even open the area they needed to access. I lost all faith in this companies technicians and expected a refund or new bike due to the defective bike I was sent and the damage their technicians caused. I have been told they will send more technicians, which I made clear I do not accept as they have damaged my bike already (see attached photos and videos) and don’t want it damaged further as active fitness will try and blame the damage on me. I am still trying to get a refund and getting little to nowhere with this. They are trying everything possible to get out of for their obligations to a consumer and I would not recommend purchasing a product from this company. I will say ordering and delivery was simple and quick for me but the support is shocking so not worth the potential risk should you have a problem or get a defective product. Safer to buy local as I’ve just found out and their policy on the website says no exchanges from Bahrain, that is worth noting.

Update: After extremely difficult and unhelpful communications between myself and the company the bike was finally replaced.

Buying process was painless. They had the products I wanted at a price I wanted to pay. Fast shipping and delivery. Product as advertised.

Very disappointed! Called million times to follow up the order but they are not answering the calls and even not calling back for 4 days! Very unprofessional. They have scheduled twice the delivery and it didnt happen! Tried to follow up by call and whatsapp luckily they will reply once they feel to do so!

Very bad after sales / maintenance service. I had to wait 2 months till someone came and inspect the machine, then they decided to replace the monitor (within 2 months as they said), now more than 6 months no news and no one is even following.

Have the Nordic Track 2450 - it is really good but Active Fitness Store's Customer Service has been great! The guys came out twice to help with the iFIT program. Highly recommend buying your fitness goods from Active Fitness!

Good company, I ordered on line from Jeddah, everything went smooth, even exchanging a faulty treadmill went smooth, the only problem is that their local courier service is not that professional.

Had a part missing in the delivery, they promptly delivered it within a week, customer support and technical staff is very good, products also are very good.the price is a bit higher side.

I live on the outskirts of Dubai, in a farmhouse, and am extremely impressed by the excellent equipment maintenance service given by the staff of the company. Especially, I would thank Shamsuddin for being competent and customer-centric in his approach. These guys are polite and professional, and value the customers' time too. Shamsuddin and Saneesh were patient and made sure the assembly of the new machine was done properly and not rushed at all, and whilst here they swiftly serviced the existing couple of machines which I had bought a year ago.

We equipped our gym from active fitness store, the service we received from the team was outstanding, from the delivery to the assembly everything was perfect, also we had a machine that needed to be fixed and instead they replaced it with a new one …thank u active fitness team, well done keep it up

Purchased 2 treadmills, which broke 3 times already. Still within the first year (warranty!), but still not fixed after several months having only received empty promises!

I ordered the Schwinn IC8 from UAE to KSA. It was delivered after 3 days of placing my order online. The delivery guy said to contact the store for assembly but the bike was easy to build so I assembled it myself. The bike was in good condition and packed securely. I just wished the assembly could be done at the same time of delivery. Other than that ordering was easy and shipping was quick so I would definitely recommend buying from them.

Abrar Ahmed and Shamsuddin delivered the table at our house today and were very professional and service oriented in installing the table 400x Cornilleau. The store has all kinds of equipment, with plenty of variety and with many well-recognized brands. Delivery took less than 1 hour, everything was very fast and arrived in perfect condition. I had a great experience buying from Active Fitness. After searching for quite a while to purchase a Schwinn IC8, i came accross their FB ad and finally decided to buy from them due to their next day delivery and great promotions.

Although not all things are perfect - delivery issue - but they were very quick to attend to my concerns and made sure i get my spin bike in time. Thank you to Tariq who was very understanding and helpful, he kept me informed every stages of the way and thanks to the to the amazing logistics team too!

Good and fast delivery ahead of scheduled delivery date.
However, the item purchased was initially out of stock and was promised a call back when it becomes available. Unfortunately, no call back was made and it was by chance that I called them and was told only one item remains. Quickly ordered with the promise they will install the product but when it was delivered, they just handed it over to me and left.

I Ordered a axox treadmill and it was delivered the next day itself. Mr Shaji the technician who delivered and fixed was really nice and cooperative and gave a awesome service by explaining functionality of the equipment as well. I would recommend Active fitness for the quality and service that they give. Good job.

Bought an Adidas utility bench.
Fast delivered, cash on delivery, assembled here. Painless operation, I am fully satisfied.
Only downside, if you can call it that, was the missing status update of the order on email. Had to call them after 2 days to make sure they delivered on the 3rd day as promised before purchase.
Will buy again.
