Sad, who are people selling shoes. Total lck of knowledge about shoes for tennis. And even worse they start chllenging and convincing that yu do not know which shoes are appropriate for tennis courts. True with my limited 30 years tennis play, I may not be aware of right shoes for tennis courts.

I went to adidas dubai festival city mall to have my shoes exchange which i ordered online. I read first the return and exchange policy in the website that i can have the size change as long as i have the receipt with me. Unfortunately, DFC staff told me i can't change the size because its an online order, so i need to have it change online only. Which I did because they know better than me coz they worked in the store. Now, when I send it back to shipa. Customer service told me sending the item back to warehouse is only for refund not for exchange that I have to order again online which I can't order anymore as all the sizes were sold out.

I think staff in the DFC mall store needs to review their return and exchange policy before advising their customers what to do.
