Worst customer service ever! They will just care about their sales. Do not make a promise to your customer if you cannot even do it. Had a talk with the sales associate that I needed an exchange of this samba bc it wasn't my size, she gave me an assurance that i can get it after 2 days (took my number and all) even she told me she will reserve the pair of shoes even tho at night i can get it.but then when I came back, other staff starts telling me that still they don't have and they cannot assure me when i can get it bc it was selling out fast. Disappointing!

I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience with an Adidas product, the Torsion Super Shoes. After less than a month of wear, the shoes showed significant damage from the inside. Given the company's esteemed reputation, I had higher expectations for both their products and their customer service.

Upon reaching out to Adidas with photographs and relevant purchase information, their team was quick to place the blame on me, suggesting misuse of the product. I can assure any potential buyers that I had taken utmost care of the shoes. A response that suggests a loyal customer's neglect rather than considering a product defect is concerning. Even more distressing is their lack of response for over 11 days after I expressed my concerns over their initial assessment.

It's disheartening when a brand you trust lets you down. Not only in terms of product quality but also in how they handle genuine customer complaints. I hope my experience serves as feedback for both Adidas and potential customers. Proceed with caution.

A huge fan of Adidas but the staff is just not up to the mark! There is no such thing as customer service there! Very poor from a global brand! Online shopping is better than this! Maybe go to the Nike store and learn some customer service from them:)

High quality and high prices, a service of custom printing and painting on shoes and clothes available beside the store entrance with high prices

The staff help me find the sneackers i was searching for and exactly the size besides that they help me get a 20% disscount

The sales girl at the mall is very rude. She was seen behaving very indecently with one of the customers who was shopping for shoes. Firstly She kept the family waiting for 15 minutes just to get the shoes from the store house. Secondly she was very impolite when the little girl asked for a different colour. Just for the record to easily track her. She was a thin filipino.watching her bad attitude was a complete turn off. If she is reading this then she knows who she is.please mend your ways as this behaviour will not be tolerated by anyone.

Worst services ever and no professional staff to deal with them at all staff are impolite Very rude and aggressive. I bought Yeezy Boost during the launching and now the shoes are with store beacuse of the poor quality of the shoes the sides of the shoes were torn apart and left it back for them to enjoy their defected products. And am not recommending the store or even their products

With a wide variety of footwear and clothes, both fashion and sports to choose from, do have a blast with your indecisiveness since every bit of item in on display would keep you second-guessing.

On a normal day you'll meet their staff all smile and pleasant. But on Yeezy launch days, we have to manage our expectations. I'm glad they were able to handle the crowd and pressure yesterday. So much people and they are doing their best to manage social distancing, not very effective but I appreciate the extra effort. Good job Adidas Team

Calling them for the RFTO shirt but they're not replying to my repeated calls. The staff over there needs to learn professionalism. Disappointing.

It was very interesting visit here, interior impressed me a lot, service of the executives is impeccable. Lovely seating arrangement, I loved it.

Well decorated store with sustainability sit at the center of it. A lot of products and personalization options. Unfortunately they never reply your calls. I have been calling them in the last 4 days multiple times a day and nobody picks up. Their social media channels also do not respond. I am not even sure if they are reading these comments, their consumer centricity is improvable.

Friendly and helpful staff, good selection of designs, modern layout of the store (with digital service in fitting rooms!)

I stood for 15 minutes trying to pay for socks because there was only one person on the till, while 3 others just walking around, not wanting to open the next till? Shouldn't you be attending to the paying customer first? No intuitive. Poor staff.

Most of the staffs in the new Adidas upper level beside etisalat are not attentive at all. One guy staff on mobile while on duty. The other lady staff busy infront of the mirror keep looking at herself

As I am the biggest fan of adidas, i went to the dubai mall adidas shop to buy adidas track and when i was there i saw a grey sweatshirt which was very nice and i decided to try it with my track that i wanted to buy, by mistake i put a make-up on and i just wanted a track but the guy called KADAVALAM. He was so rude to me push and forcing me to buy the sweater since it has makeup, he was shouting in a bad way and the manager was there as well he didn't say anything about it he was just walking around and ignoring me. I end up buying 2items instead of 1item the way he was talking telling me who will buy it if you leave like this.
And seriously, no respect at all. No apologize by supervisor and staff. I think they must to learn about customer service as they are working as sales associate.

Iv been going to Adidas store all my life, The Dubai Mall outlet has been the best so far! Especially the store supervisor Mr Dave! He answered all our questions!

Do not order from their website!
I ordered some Yeezy trainers on 23 September, they still haven’t been delivered over 10 days later but of course my money has been taken, the order status shows items delivered but that is not true.
Adidas terrible customer service is playing dead and doesn’t even have the decency to respond to my messages.

I would like to congratulate CHARLOTTE she works in dubai mall branch. I had a problem with a pair of trainers that i had bought and she was very professional and resolutive. She is a big asset to adidas and you should be proud she is part of the team! Best regards. Cynthia Silvestre

This is the store on L2, not to be confused with the adidas store on the ground floor. This store is smaller, cozier, but with less selection than the store on GF.
Remember that there is also a own adidas kids store on L2 as well.
