Very good convenient outlet.park at the front of store go in.there is always some offers for families.we went to buy a football for my son and ended up buying amazing shoes for whole of the family.as it was buy one get one free offer that day.very good stocks and very co operative staff.

The service and all is ok …but this store doesnt attend a single call at all if any query …very annoying and maybe trick

This store is merchandised with a focus on footwear and women’s apparel. Men’s apparel section is dismal. Store is not maintained well with product all over the ground and no one cares. Spent more than 30 minutes in the store and was not approached by a single staff. Weak assortment with even worse customer service. I’d go to the branch in Arabian Centre. Small store but filled to the brim with a better assortment and staff are more friendly. Stop discounting your product and start training your retail Staff @adidasUAE

Amazing customer service. The guys in the store did the impossible to help me with a refund for a wrong size purchase I made online. They took the item in the store and refunded me the money despite the website was instructing to do everything online. They solved my issue with great dedication. They deserve a great working journey with the brand.

Not too many options, styles, varities, sizes and not so great discounts etc, just a basic Adidas store with some basic product lines

Not much there to be honest.
The items on sale are not a bargain deal nor are they good looking.
A place where you go in to look for a stealer once in 4 months maybe.

They have 70% off and some good quality stuff but you need search your size. They have many range of variety and not possible you get same design in different sizes. But yes quality stuff and football stuff mostly. It starts from 59 Aed and go up to 200 plus and more. Do visit if you need a good sneaker, joggers or football shirts.

Adidas is my favourite sports brand and same is used by whole family however this time I am really disappointed with sports shoes I purchased 4 months back. Its torn so fast and I don't use that frequently.such a reputed brand selling so poor quality very disappointed.

This store has a good range of older models that are amazing for the value.the offers that come by are even better.the staff are extremely friendly and have proper product knowledge. I would any day recommend this brand and this store.

Store is well maintained, customer service is slightly abysmal. Certain shoe sizes are not available but it’s a factory outlet so I shouldn’t be expecting so much.
Paid parking is available right in front of the outlet.

It's a global brand for sportswear and there's no respect the customers contact by phone!?
It's a bad reputation and unprofessional way to treat customers! So disappointed.

Used to be a great place to shop with amazing prices, not any more. Price's are cheaper in Europe, some collection are old and overly priced and not worth.
It doesn't feel it's a factor out or a clearance channel.

I Like what they have there, I always go out at least with 1 item.warm welcome with offering the services you require.they have there own parking's.

Awesome - for the best deals prepare to be digging through everything. Ultimately it's a make or break, you either get the perfect shoes and there's no size or you find something your size and ignore style.

Prices are unbelievably low and all the staff are helpful, cheerful and accomodating. I will never get tired coming back to this shop. I always have a wonderful experience.

A huge collection of low cost Adidas stuff but it lacks some sizes and styles. Good place to get socks, tee shirts at affordable prices instead of buying a fortune. A parking space is available in front of the shop and it is easy to park after 4pm. Very few salespeople, so help yourself.

They have original Adidas products and its cheaper than the mall shops alot but they only have few football shoes.

Had been there to get one football shoes for my child of 12 years. But disappointing bcoz of less items for kids.

Savings of circa 30%. Plenty of sizes, but few colours. Not worth it in my opinion, unless you're nearby
