Worst experience in this branch. Recently bought shoes from burjuman outlet factory the service was amazing. Without being asked they always ask if they can help. Service is always great except this branch.
Today I was buying two shoes, I carried the female shoe I like and went to make section to check. Since I hadn’t get proper size for lady I resquest customer service to check, the guy came and told me this is in another section. What a stupid reaction! They judge me because I went direct from my work with tiring face and cloth. Then he forced himself to walk slowly and get the size and gave me a look when he found it easily. Then come to payment part, man in counter looked like he wanted to go home. Asked my email id and then didn’t even allow to ask my queries just gave machine to pay.

More than wonderful service, especially from the young lady at the cashier, despite the lack of some sizes and the crowding of customers, but she has a positive and helpful personality. The shop offers more than excellent offers between December to the end of February
