From my Credit Card
Because there’s fault from the asian Manager there

And she told me she’ll transfer the changes to my Bank Account and nothing received yet
This situation 1 month ago!

Very kind nd helpful staffs. Even i went for exchange without my orginal invoice they helped me to do exchange without any hassle.

Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. I baught a pair of shoes from adidas outlet, trusting that the quality will be the best considering the brand name. Within less than 2 weeks, the shoes was distroyed, the fabric was ripped and developed holes. I went back to the outlet they said they'll call me back to replace my shoes but they never did, i tried calling them multiple times and no one responds. Truly disappointing

Ali omar the way u handle us is something beyond level, jovial nature and good suggestion and closed the deal in 15minutes with a very pleasant and professional way.if anyone visits the store of adidas in outlet mall i would strongly recommend to go and meet him to take a very genuine recommendation.

Do not recommend. To purchase one product you need to bring in your camping gear. Average waiting time for billing is 30 minutes. Product is good however it’s a shame that they have such incompetent staff. Not everyone will take the liberty to post but I am posting this while waiting for an hour and a half behind only 5 people in que just to buy one pair of shoes.

There's one manager here his name Erick he's very bad attitude talking bad because he don't want to accept he's price mistakes he want use his hand with me very very very bad manager I saw him and I will open the case for him in the security and police station

Had a chance to visit this place yesterday. The shoes and offers are ok. But the staff attitude is pathetic. I had my 5 year old son with me while shopping and a Filipino female staff was extremely rude to him. Apparently my son was in her way while she was arranging some shoe. She could have politely asked him to step aside but she was totally rude and throwing tantrums at him. 1at and last time I'm going in this shop.

Revisited the store after many years, to find that while the shoes still have the decent quality, their service has gone completely downhill. Extremely upset with the poor service shown. Not to mention that the showroom is severely understaffed, barely 2 people even paying attention or doing their work. Not what you'd expect from a top tier brand.

OMG, I still wonder, how i got this deal from adidas, its was a good bargain
50 dirhams ladies and men i got in 150 which was 600. Still OMG.

I have gotten ladies snocker in 49 and men in 150.new collection wahooooooo.

Good prices for quality items, much cheaper than regular stores especially with the sale and promotions

Its really awesome time but very long queue, need more collection should be specially the sizes 40's size not much available

Love it. You can get very good sportswear for low prices. Gave 5 stars especially for their staff. Regardless of being super busy, they do their best to assist you.
However, i think it would be better to have more staff in the store during sale time

It's a crowded place. At least 100 people were there inside the store when i visited on a Friday.was looking for a tennis shoe, the guy in the store said nothing is available. I don't know what are those people were buying from the store. Maybe wil come back again in a less crowded day.

Nice sports stuff. The prices seemed the same as other outlets in the city, so not much use travelling to such a far location.

Unprofessional and rude staff, my son wanted to buy new football shoes, he wanted to try it to see if it's fit, but the pair of shoes was tightly sticked toghter with the magnetic security device, he can not even get one feet inside it, staff refused to remove it saying rudely it's buy one get one day and they can not remove the device, what a stupid reason!
