Staff are not interested in talking to customers. I spent more than 10m in the store. No one not bothered to ask why I was inside the store. All the display shoes are locked with a safety tag. So customers will not try the shoes. It's a perfect example of how staff is damaging the reputation of Brand.

Good at products.very bad at customer service.also no washroom for kids.even request not allowing.

I am a regukar customer since last 3-4 years. Its a good store, I have reduced the stars just because of one rude sale women who joined few months back.

An ok outlet but not much discounts vs other factory outlets. Collections are average. Congested moving space

I have purchased on July 2022 and Nov 2022 for its best offer that is Buy one get one. As many people is i am also addicted to Addidas i have bought bag, shoes and Jogers for me and for my sister also.they have some of the best and fashionable products we have ever seen and during this event try to go at starting as possible as people is like crazyily purchasing and a long time it will take for billing.

Articles in the factory outlet were better this time but still no where close to other retail outlets

Jun 22: being a regular user of this brand for the last many years, the quality of clothing materials seems to have gone down drastically. The track pants and the t-shirt bought recently from here are not worth the money at all. After couple of washes, they look like typical duplicate materials which you can buy from duplicate market. Check the material quality before buying; don’t blindly believe the brand. If someone can help how I can take up my grievances with adidas, will be helpful.

Such a nice outlet, collection is not bad at all. Kids, women's and men's are available with nice collection.extra size shoes are also available. Calm and quiet customer care.

Just not so upto the mark, very few collections, promotions not clearly marked as old stock or new stock, or last pieces etc. Very hard to find few extra sizes or particular pairs, not even samples, inspite of so many Adidas Stores, in all same issue and problem. Also they don't want to pre-book and deliver with letting the customer wander to other stores. Do book for the customer the said piece and delivery ASAP, this makes those walk in customers loyal to you.

Nice shop, parking 2 m a front of shop, full assortment of Adidas, very kind stuff… simply big like!

Good experience, there is a helpful Nigerian sales lady she will guide you through the products.

Those place has good sales people who are friendly and helpful. Their arrangements and offers are very attractive.

The store doesn't have many options and smells bad. I did end up buying a pair of shes at a good price but the variety wasn't great.

Disappointing, because the name (brand Adidas) sets your expectation way high. As you walk you are hit by this stench, like a dead rat. Not a welcoming experience.
Secondly service delays as one 1 person to attend to customers. The other is on the cash. If you cant find your size tough luck knowing if they haves in store etc.

This is a small store, you may not find all you are looking for.
Prices are high given a fact that this is a clearance channel not worth spending.

Collections are there and we cannot in affordable because the brand itself have some range mainly for ladies having a good collection of shoes there

The range is quite large but the space is very little and as a result it is difficult to see the items as per one's choice.

Ramadan offer/buy one get one is just keeping the non moving clothing and shoes and doesn't even have sizes. It is jam packed and no parking at all.

Great offers Sometimes, Like Buy 1 Get 1 Free. Wide Range of Selection, But it's difficult to find the right one.

40% sale was very good however shoe racks weren't organized and it wasn't easy to find the required article.
