It was a good experience. I was there when it’s offer time like 40% extra off on majority of products. I had an issue with comfort of shoes and they allowed me to replace it with any other products available there. They are giving 30 days to change the product. Parking space is limited. Geart store with great deals and offers, I noticed that there was lack in the staff and it was bit difficult to get information about the availability of the products.

I love this branch. The have cool and nice staff. I found excellent deals over there. Before i went ther I was not expecting i would find good deals but I ended up buying with more than 2200 aed for outfits without shoes. You can scan the bar code to get the sales notification during any sales season

0ne plus one free was the offer and the shoes where overpriced to come in line with the 1+1 offer. Adidas should be accessible to buy for every people, not for certain individuals, and I think its the main reason duplicates of the brand are in large.

Perfect place to buy your favourite Adidas items in a very good price, I personally saw a good difference in the price, very attentive and polite staff, highly recommended

Very bad customer service. Reached there by 9: 40 and they did not allow to enter the shop. Sticker pasted on door entrance clearly states closing time is 10: 00 pm.
Give some customer service training to your staff.

Worst customer service ever, takes ages to get help and when you find someone they are not interested to help you otnandnask u to do ot yourself. Never again ill just buy online

This store is a favorite of mine and my family but we are not aware that the parking rules has been changed. There is no notification that half of the front parking was not for the clients anymore.

When I asked assistance to the store attendant, he talks like it is my fault that I parked on the space that still has a note that it is reserved for Adidas clients.

As I am getting uncomfortable already he added that he helping me to sort it out is a service he provides so I shouldn’t be annoyed. Im sorry but the words he uses to assist me and his gesture is not comforting enough on the inconvenience that is happening.

I am sorry to provide this bad feedback but please, if there are changes let the customers be informed.

The best outlet out there and they always have some sort of offer. Either 50% to 70% off the reduced price already or buy one get one free.

Adidas out let in Alqouz has good location with lots of parking not so crowded staff are friendly will approach you for any help they have a good selection of mens and ladies shoes running training or basketball good deals are on going additional discount after discount wow

A good place to buy Adidas or Reebok products. According to me the products are genuine. Sometimes when they have promotions the prices become very much affordable to everyone. Their Kids collection also is something which is very attractive.

This branch is amazing. The staff are friendly and the outlet is well stocked with shoes, clothes and accessories.

I have a bad experience with one the staff who is working as cashier the way how he behave it was not acceptable at all, i already informed the manager and he was very polite with me and he guid me how write my review internally (internal survey system)

Parking is very accessible. They have great deals. Although you won't find any authentic or original Adidas merchandise that you'll usually find in the malls.

The factory outlet is already much cheaper than any store, combine that with Christmas sales and you get a lot of Adidas for very cheap. This Store was really amazing and I reccomend going there

It is an outlet shop on the main street of sheikh zayed road. You can find good deals. They sell Adidas and Reebok. For the Reebok, you will e having 50% on the published price but you won't find all the sizes. They have also an offer from Adidas the second item will be 50% discount.
