Adidas is an amazing store for football items such as jerseys shoes and footballs and the customer service is very kind and helpful such as Karim Kamara, and they have a kits of teams and countries that aren’t famous such as Al ahly Egyptian, Saudi’s Arabia Al Jazira and they also of course have amazing kits like the Bayern Munich, Argentina, Italy, Real Madrid, Inter Miami and much more, I really like adidas a lot because I play football a lot everyday.

I feel very happy in the store and the store is very family friendly and always have a positive energy in the store

A team that is not good, not professional, and does not know how to serve customers. When requesting a size change, they infromed that the customer is wasting their time. When informing the branch manager, he did not respond. When asking for the number of the company's official, he states that there is no. Unfortunately, an old company such as Adidas has its agent in this way.

Very bad delivery service with this Shipa company, I order from 4 days and still they didn’t delivered. They promised they will deliver after 2 days but nothing happened

A nice store but happened to have a rude employee who was not willing to help us with shoe sizes. This was on Dec 31,2022. We ended up buying nothing as we felt unwelcome.

They have a good padel rackets, and many thanks to Ms Helen for the service, smile and trying to help us to get the right item. I am requesting the branch to deliver the message to her.

One of the most beautiful stores in Dubai! Had a great experience with customer service and the range of products is quite big. Also inside you can find Originals collection what I was super happy to see. This store has cycling, tennis, golf and football collections as well.
