Super annoyed waiting for my refund for over 2 months. Waiting for so long, the card i used for purchase is expired and my request to refund to another card/bank of mine is abruptly ignored after 15+ followup mail & calls.
Its a pity for a brand like Adidas to have such pathetic operations / broken system! if you do not have the capacity to run online shop, just shut your store and sell in other platforms. Such as waste of energy and time.
There are 2 shops adidas in moe, first one the big shop near to starbucks the staff the are not approachable ended up walikng out and went to next adidas store 3 shops away. The staff in original adidas are very friendly ended up buying lots of things not into my list because of the service. Thank u guys. Need to trained your staff in the other adidas store.
This store has so many good collections and has in every size. The items here are intended to protect and provide comfort to your human feet. They have pretty decent shoes in there.
Worst customer experience ever, the employees are rude, and think i spoke to a manager who is even more rude. Unbelievable, as if they are working for free. Trust me any other adidas shop is better.
I have tried calling more than 30 times. I am so disappointed that no one answered the call at all. What are you guys doing? Are you too busy with your life that you can't even answer a call? Seriously Adidas, find a more efficient employee!

I called once to this branch just to inquire an exchange. The “person-in-charge” gave me a number to call but no answer. So I called again for the second time this branch and instead of assisting me and redirecting to other people who can better help me because obviously this person doesn’t know what he is doing, started shouting at me saying “I already gave a number for you to call! ”. He raised his voice at me and talk to me so rudely on the phone. This adidas store gave me an impression that they hire staff that are obviously NOT PROFESSIONAL at all.
Adidas in UAE is only a brand store who charge original prices but service, experience and exchange policy is terrible. I bought a tennis shoe and wanted to exchange they say it's not in a returnable condition but I am returning because the right leg shoe is not fitting properly because of a fit issue. It was within 30 days but the store manager uses his own discretion. Didnt expect this from Adidas as I am very regular and loyal customer
This store next to Ski Dubai we were provided with worst customer service where no body care when you ask for shoe for your size. Less manpower to handle high volume of traffic. 30/12/21
I'm not angry. I'm just an unsatisfied customer, as their exchange and refund policy only works on their term.
Football shoe sale, right size but the design is narrower, sales advisor guaranteed it would loosen up, next day came back, but they said no to exchange or refund because they can't resell used shoe!
The main problem was the attitude and false information.
I purchased the new kit of Arsenal, and I saw the promotional sign in the store that I can put my name on the shirt, but until today the letters aren't available and no show for a reply from Adidas people. My worst and last experience with them for the unprofessional attitude.
Today we try to buy yeezys boost 350 for my daughter birthday present however they didn’t have the right size already sold out but The staff member specially his name “ Addisu” helped us a lot they tried to found sizes for us. Also, nice word for us getting feeling better even didn’t get right size. Really appreciated today how handle guest. I highly recommend this Shop and how friendly with guest best of best experience adidas.
