I'm incredibly grateful for the outstanding care of my cat Cheeto received during his 30-day stay. The staff's evident love for animals and daily video updates were heartwarming. The facility was excellent, and Cheeto was clearly happy and well-cared for. This service exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you for providing Cheeto with a wonderful home away from home.

Very nice hair cut for my puppy. They are easy to deal with. Very accommodating and they listens to instructions.

Gerald is awesome! Imagine multi tasking with all the duties as well as grooming! He did a good job taking care of our dog even though he is alone at the shop. Only down side was we had to wait for almost an hour to start grooming because he was doing everything himself in the shop! Good job Gerald! Will continue to bring our Temmie to you!

I took my cat for grooming. The Groomer Gerald, is an expert and handled my cat with lots of care. He is a cat lover himself, so we can be assured that our cat is in good hands. Definitely recommended for grooming and will be coming back

Came for full grooming for our cat. Friendly staff, affordable prices, and really good services. First time that we got satisfied with how our cat was groomed (compared to several we'vetried before), our groomer was really professional. Real value for money

Anif and ahmed were amazing. They were very helpful and they took good care of my cat even when she was very stressed and being aggressive towards them.

Came with my puppy for his first grooming service and they made sure the the puppy is allright throughout the process.very friendly staff and assisted me in everything i needed

I left my dog here for the grooming session, and I was happy with the results.
This place also sells good dog toys for cheap prices. I would with no doubt come here again.
I wish they had bigger cages to keep our pets in after grooming though.

Highly recommend this business. We used it when we needed to put our cat Betty into temporary lodging before she flew back to the UK. Amazing prices, amazing care for your pet, and a really dedicated owner in Nida who clearly cares so much about the pets, something which is really important. Dealing with Nida was really straightforward and I would recommend Adore. Love. Pamper to anyone who has pet lodging or pet grooming needs. Hope the store goes from strength to strength - they had some beautiful cats for overseas adoption by the way!

Good for cats boarding. Their owner is very welcoming and provide you with all good info. Their grooming and cats boarding service is very good.

Loved them! I left my cat with them for 14 days, he came home well and healthy, they are super friendly and helpful, Jen from reception was there always to answer my WhatsApps. They went the extra mile always. Will be using their services again for sure!

Have been there several times and was good, but then came to know that they don’t have system and they do call for cat passport on every visit.

Staff on phone was rude while speaking and prefer not to visit anytime in future even if it’s the last grooming shop available.

I found Adore Love Pamper Pets through a Groupon offer. I drove from Umm Al Quwain to reach their location in Nahda, and I am so glad I did! The location is very easy to find. If you live in UAQ, Sharjah, or Ajman, you will have no issues reaching here. There is free parking available right in front of the shop. I was warmly welcomed in the reception by Valentine. The groomer, Gary, was extremely meticulous and groomed my cat gently and patiently and I could not have asked for a better experience! This included: wash+dry, shaved fur, groomed paw pads, cleaned ears, cleaned eyes, and clipped claws.

My cat looks amazing and I strongly recommend all pet owners to visit here with their pet!

Love Adore Pamper Pets takes in cats they have rescued and prepares them to be adopted by vaccinating, neutering, and even treating those that are injured. If you are looking to adpot a cat, for a resonable cost, please do contact or visit them! The employees here are passionate about animals and have created a very loving environment for visitors and rescues. It was very humbling to see the passion and committment of all those who work here. I plan to be back again soon!

The service is spectacular and you can tell the people really car about the animals. This is the best grooming facility I’ve been to. It is clean, excellent groomers and friendly atmosphere.

We took our foster dog for her first grooming session. Gary was amazing with her and even got down on the floor to file her nails as she was quite nervous. He was patient with her during her bath and drying session and made sure she was comfortable before resuming with his work. The place also has boarding facility and products for sale. Recommended.

We took our cat for shaving there after hearing good reviews, also the lady whom I had contacted sounded very good and confident, and yes, she did say that they will see first if they can handle as my cat is aggressive. But she also had mentioned that they have a very experienced staff who will be attending us and unfortunately she/he was't present. However, sorry to say that we found the place very pathetic because:
1. Nobody was bothered to check our temperatures being in this a covid time, also the staffs were not wearing gloves!
2. Our appointment was at * PM and they made us to wait for like an hour which stressed our cat. Obviously he was scared hearing the cries of the other customer's cat who was already being groomed inside. If you have an appointment already then don't give the immediate next appointment to anyone. You are dealing with animals, this might take time! So be sure to give an interval between appointments- or you will have to deal with a very unhappy animal the next.
3. Again, the staffs weren't bothered to check the pet's microchip or passport/ vaccination records- I haven't seen a single groomer like this, professional groomers always check these.
4. The way my cat was handled: The Filipino guy who looked like the main groomer seemed experienced, the other guy (African national) was pathetic, he literally put the carrier upside down and knocked my cat out when he refused to come out! I was literally trying to ask him if i can help take the cat out, but the guy didn't seem to care. Hello, don't you know that you can open the top part of the carrier and take the cat out? As I mentioned, my cat was upset already and started screaming running around (our first experience in a groomer's premises!) and the African guy again tries to get hold of the cat in a very rough way (sigh). Finally, to our relief, the other guy advised that they can't handle our cat and apologized for the inconvenience and we left the scene.

This is our first negative experience with a groomer although we have had tough times with grooming due to my cat getting upset but the groomers were always encouraging and supportive, but honestly, we find this place very unprofessional.

Gary has been amazing with both me as a worried owner as well as our kitten. He has taken time to send videos daily to show me how my baby is doing as well as played my voice recordings to him. He has a natural affinity for cats and it is obvious that he truly takes the time to love and care for the cats that are in his care. Gary is looking after my baby until he is old enough to fly and join me in the UK. Could not have found a better cattery. Thank you so much Gary.
