They are note giving 3 days sick leave, i am totally disappointed, they are not value for the patient wishes

Staffs are great to handle but the facilities they provide it’s poor, they don’t even have the AC works in the reception.

In this extreme hot weather there reception is not even having a air conditioner. All the patients will get more sick if we are standing there for a long time. I really don't know how the employees are working over there. And I felt really bad for them.

It's summer in the UAE, so how patients and even staff survive without an Air conditioning.
The reception base is absolutely unbearable without an Air-condition.
Hat’s off to the employees who are all seated in the reception desks.
Despite the fact that you are in one of the finest healthcare centers. The manner in which appear you guys can't fix it? !
Everything is delightful especially the rest services. Furthermore those reception teams are very polite and soft.

Useless medical center ever. Anyone with good health will become sick after coming this medical center. Literally it's taken 3 hours to get a doctor consultant.

Doctors are good but,
1. Unavailability of lab in the clinic cause very delay in receiving report (2 days) and further timely treatment to the patient.
2. Always crowded and there is no control / prior booking facility available.

Staffs and doctors are very soft especially the reception staff and nurses and always crowded!

It was my first time. The staff's in the reception were very very friendly. Dr. Fenaz Yoosaf was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything about my condition after the examination. And even explained me the medicines. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience and irresponsible staffs except a guy who checkup (BP and all)
I suggest not to go there if you’re really in need of doctors consult
Like if you went when you born until we die they will make us wait.and the doctor was free without any patients in their cabin.if we go and ask them they use to say ‘ This is the procedures’
I suggest if you can’t treat the patients when they’re in need of you just refer them the nearby other clinics

Good experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in.affordable clinic for all.

Good spacious compact clinic and I met dr Fenas Youssef, Friendly and interactive dr and clearly explaining our doubts we have.

Good clinic with good experienced doctors. Minimal cost.very near to busstand. The friendly nature of doctors give confidence to tell our problems. They explain the disease conditions so that we too understand.
I strongly recommend.

You are not responsible for your customers. They didn’t care about your situation. Simply just provide some medicine. And let go out.
