Vrate place for kids. There is something for very small one and for bigger. Bring socks. We spent 2 hours and I love it like my kid. Food is amazing! Very tasty and big menu. Everyone is very kind! I will come back 100%

Good place for kids to be active adventures and have a good time. If you go there make sure your kids wear socks if not you have to buy one. Parents can stay at the cafe while their child is playing and you can watch them. I recommend this place.

Good place for parents to chill whole kids play. 3+ should be able to manage themselves. Decent beverages and bites.

Wonderfull place. Really delightfull cafe, not usually "pizza and nuggets". Children love play area as well.)

Exciting place for play and adventure! My kid loved it here so much! The areas are spacious, lots of obstacle courses and play areas. Staff are very attentive especially when using the obstacle course. The cafe is just out front and parents can just sit there and have some coffee while the children play.

Highly not recommended, the staff is not professional at all. We had a very bad experience, my daughter was punched by another kid, one of the staff give her an ice bag to calm down the redness without informing me, after checking there was a huge careless from the staff who never supervise kids.

This place wasn't a pleasant they made everything difficult for an able bodied special needs child. There was also dirty tissues and industrial staples in the toddlers play area. The only person that was nice was the Egyptian manager.

Its cheaper to go to wild wadi all day than here. 80aed per child. Really! No discount no entertainer. Why! Other larger play areas are cheaper

Nice place for toddlers and older kids. Children over 3 years old make the most of this park due to the age/height restrictions for most of the attractions. My toddler really enjoyed the trampoline and the ball park.
The music was a bit too loud, I had to constantly shout at my kid to be heard. Lots of noise obviously from the other kids (notably the older ones) and the staff looked sometimes overwhelmed/tired which I can understand.
You have the coffee shop right at the entrance and before the park so it's great for parents who want to take a break and can leave their older kids play in a safe environment.
Price a bit expensive but it's the area. You have paid parking along the street that is accessible but I imagine it gets very busy on weekends. Nice place overall.

Very nice indoor for kids especially now summer weather. A lot of things to do. Can exercise the kids as well with different activities. And they got party room for birthday celebration for kids. For sure they gonna love and enjoy here. And they have balloons for kids.

Keeping the hygiene issue aside and seeing adults walking in the play area in their shoes, they do not allow you to enter without entering your detailed personal data that they do not need. I have personally reported what they are doing.

My daughter had an amazing experience in their play zone. The only downside is the food in the cafe, the menu needs to be much better.

IRRESPONSIBLE POLICY- this morning we went with our family to have breakfast and play just like a bunch of other families- it was complete madness and chaos- Parx booked a birthday party (for 56 children…read that again. 56 children and one adult per child each at least) and kept the play area and café open to the public. If you know there are going to be that many people in such a small place, while Covid, especially pediatric Covid, cases are at such a high you should have closed the park for the private birthday party. I asked the employees (who were at no fault of their own overwhelmed) about their maximum capacity and she said “there is no maximum madam”. This so ridiculous and SO irresponsible. Could have saved all the families that went over with their kids this morning the trouble, and just shut it down for an hour or two. Rather than risking the children getting sick, over crowding, overwhelming everyone. My daughter was punched by another child and there was just pure chaos this morning.
If you are a parent right now in Dubai you know how there is a serious surge in viruses at the moment and having no maximum capacity at an indoor playground and (very) cafe is the most irresponsible managing I’ve seen.

Not recommended to host birthday party. Zero customer service with an attitude to ‘rip-off. ’

We booked this place to host our daughter’s birthday in this month. Only reason we booked was, the play area looked nice & different and very age appropriate for 7-8 Year old kids. However, from here on the experience was largely downhill. Here’s is the summary:

- Unfortunately, as week before the birthday, my daughter got affected by COVID & it was obvious that we had to postpone the party by couple of days. We contacted them but they were unable to understand the issue! They kept wasting time on WhatsApp message exchanges. They were proposing dates after 3-4 weeks of original booking. Imagine, which child will like to celebrate their birthday after 3 weeks! We than requested them to refund the advance paid, which they refused & instead told us that it can be adjusted against play-area services! Aarrgh! I than wrote them an email giving clear options to either refund the money or give us a date as per our weekend choice! Good, that some sense prevailed & they gave the date, otherwise I would have filed a complaint against these people in both DHA & DED. From airlines to hotels to almost every establishment has been sensitive towards COVID, but I guess these people came from some other planet.
- There overall staff is highly untrained in customer service. So as the birthday party started & our guests arrived, the kids went inside, but there was no table available outside (in cafe area), where adults can seat, because they had put ‘reserved tag’ in all the empty tables. This was nothing but a ‘cheap stunt, ’ because initially when we made the party reservation, I had enquired that can they reserve space outside as well for adults. To that they said that ‘yes’ it can be done, but it comes with a ‘minimum spend’ per head and no discount will be given & even Zomato Pro will not be accepted! After hearing this, I of course didn’t made any reservations. So on the day of the party, they put the reserved plates on the tables, so that we cannot occupy them. Yes! Now of course restaurant can always contend that they had prior reservations, but I doubt, because the 2 Hrs that I was there, I didn’t saw anyone turning up & showing them any reservation confirmation to occupy those tables. Eventually the tables were occupied by simple walk-in guests only. We did managed to get a small table & squeezed ourselves in there.
- Now customer service: once settled, I ordered few things for my guests. First was water! 4 bottles arrived, but no glasses. So I requested for it. After 5 mins also it didn’t come, as the server (to whom I asked, was busy doing something on the computer). I had to literally yell at the guy to bring glasses. Later, we ordered some more stuff, including a sparkling water. But sparkling water didn’t got served & was charged in the bill. When I informed the server, he rectified the same, but was not convinced that the same has not been served! Wow man! A person who spends 2000 AED in your place, will lie for a 12 AED sparkling water!

All in all, haven’t seen such kind of lousy & pathetic customer service in Dubai. The overall management seems quite bad, with staff not trained appropriately. I would strictly not recommend anyone to celebrate their child’s birthday there, as I am sure, any reader of this review will agree, that this place will give you an exceptional amount of stress & will spoil the whole fun & mood. We made our mistake, others shouldn’t.

Great place for kids and parents. Kids are going to love it. Staff is warm and welcoming. Very good in handling kids.
Parents can relax in cafe while kids are at play.

A nice place for kids to play, friendly staff the caffee has some board games and books, ordered the karak and cheese croissant was ok, place is clean

The single best place in Dubai for kids. You have exceptional caring staff that are with your child every step of the way.

The rope course for elder kids is amazing.
Free parking is available behind the building but, paying 5 aed for 2 hours is cheap as well.

Nicely situated play area with big brand eateries and shops around.

Thanks again to the wonderful staff, my kids look to return very soon.

This place was okay. Although I wish they kept the childrens bathrooms clean and tidy, and also kept the older children more controlled rather than “pick” on the younger ones.

It's a nice small play area, however the pricing is in my opinion either unreasonable or poorly communicated. It was my kids first time here so I asked the cashier if I could start with an hour (which is 75 aed) and then bump it up to a full day (which is 120 AED) if my kids like the place and I was told yes of course. As with other play areas my understanding was you pay 75 for the first hour, 45 for the second and if I still want to continue I pay the differential for full day (which costs 160). So after the second hour, I asked them to just convert it to full day. And I was asked to pay 160 on top of the 120 I'd already paid per child, so essentially pay 280 per child even though their full day pass costs 160. I found this to be extremely unreasonable and an absolute highway robbery. If you are going in for the first time please get clarity on the pricing before going in.

Also, I was later told by a staff member that full day means four hours not actually full day. Which by way is not mentioned anywhere on their Web site's pricing page or their instore pricing wall.

Larger play areas like cheeky monkey all have full day passes without upper limit on how many hours you can spend there.

All in all it's a nice play area, however the pricing and communication of the play area staff requires some work.

The cafe's service on the other hand was good.

Lovely place, excellent activities for the kids.
Even for parents, you can get your laptop and have an excellent coffee while your kids are playing.

It is a cafe with a children indoor play area for parents to take a break while the children have some fun.
It got one thing right and the other wrong.
What it got right was that kids enjoyed their time in the playground and spent one hour without complaints
What it got wrong was that their coffee and cake was mediocre.

Great fun for the kids (even my 11 year old, one time). So many great cafes around to enjoy with a girlfriend, after you’ve unloaded the kids here

Nice place and have a unique type if games, with a cafe, play area price based on the child height above or below 1 meter.

Very nice place quite and good size play area, the coffee section looks good with plenty of chairs and tables with different styles and an outside seating area. Would recommend for kids from two years and above.

One of coolest place to visit after school! Pesto pasta is exquisite, kids can have fun while mama sips her hot coffee

One of my fav places! Since cafe is attached, parents can grab a bite while kids are busy playing. Also, it’s not just a soft ply area, they have obstacle course & rope climbing that older kids can enjoy. This is our latest fav place in Dubai.

Service is pretty good too

Never encountered in UAE such a mean and disrespectful manager. The cheapest attitude ever. Will never step there again. Also, you may just take the trip for nothing as they do private bookings and info was not posted on their website.

Great place for kids under twelve, good sized play area with a rope course for older kids, will set you back around 60aed/hr plus 5 for socks.and the coffee at the cafe is excellent as well as available small bites / sandwiches / email etc.

Parx is an amazing place for the parents to sit, relax, read and have their speciality coffee, while the little ones enjoy.

Great place for children. Food served in the package (pizza) is not that good. Children love this place.

Kids love it.
But they must wear shoes here.
And they don't allow kids higher than 150 cm to enter.
The cofe shop also nice and have some delecious food.

ADVENTURE PARX & Cafe is a clean and well maintained kids adventure park! With friendly staff and vibrant vines! The venue includes a cozy cafe while you can have food and drinks while the little ones enjoying there time!

If you have kids in Dubai or planning to visit. Parx is the place to take them! So much fun for the kids whilst you can chil and have a coffee. Will be there regularly!

A big sigh of relief atleast for coulle of hours. U can easily left ur kids to have fun with ur nannies and wrap up ur outdoor work without getting worried.
I was lil scared initially leaving my kid there with nany.
But got to know even after 2 hours he doesnt want to leave the place. They have very good cafe where mothers can have their me time with their friends.

Really loved this place. Both my 1.5yr old and 3YR old both enjoyed this place so much.
What I really like is that there is also a cafe for adults to enjoy.
Will defo be coming back here!

The lady staffs inside the play area are very unpleasant.
Both me and my friend felt a negative vibe inside.
On the contrary the face painting lady and the cafe staffs are remarkably good and so helpful.

Breakfast morning what i wait for. Bring your kids for some adventure and while adults enjoy some lips making foods. Love the ambiance and food. Staff was friendly. Had english and arabic breakfast

A nice place for parents and kids where kids can enjoy their time between the soft area, trampoline, and the climbing challenges; and the parents can have a cup of coffee.prices are a bit high.staff are OK and professional but they have to be more kind to the kids; place is a bit tight and small but the location is convenient in Alwasel road with availability of the parking slots in front and back of it.
