One person his name mohd called from his mobile and we agreed to ship a car by container from Miami to Bahrain and ship sailing 13 febraury and cut of 8th febraury and i transfer to their account full money. Then this guy disapared not answering telephone.i decided to complain in Police station fraud department against against them for a Fraud

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
I had my car shipped from the UAE to Europe.
They first told me it would take 2 months.
I HAD TO WAIT 6 MONTHS!
They did not provide me with any information and I had to run after them to even get some answers. All I got back were vague responses and no real explanation on where my car was or what was going on.
They are cheap and unprofessional!

Look for the real comments of people who worked with them and had problems.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I have shipped my car 16 april and it arrived in Amsterdam 21 of may.
Since then, my car has been in storage because some papers were not in order from the side of Aeon.

Today we are the 28th of juni, I am paying 50 euros per day to stock my car, so you can calculate how much extra money I have to pay.

To make matters worse, they don't reply, don't know what to do and now my car is stuck in Antwerp.

How amateuristic can a company be if the sole papers that needed to be in order are not even stamped or signed. Really I don't understand. When I call and text them I need to wait days for a reply that says they actually don't know what to do.

I think they bought the good reviews as I can't imagine that a company is 'good' if they don't even know how to fill in paperwork.

I experienced Aeon Shipping service for packing, storage and ttansport my belongings in two big containers to Poland and I was very satisfied. All items were wery well packed so nothing was demaged during long journej and many movement operations. In difficult times of sea shipment shortage Aeon was able to organize everything with Rayan coordinator supervision, so I can trully recommebd Aeon company for belongings shipment

Outstanding service with prompt responses to all enquiries and guidance through to the end of shipping process, Rayan was of Excellent help.

Do not believe the time frames they give. I was told 3Days to export a vehicle from Dubai - Riyadh. Its take 10hrs to drive the same distance. I've been waiting for 16 days and still no sight of the vehicle. Vehicle has not even left the uae yet. Insurance, make sure you clarify this as non of them says a word about Insurance because they don't provide Insurance and it should be bought separately through them at 10% of the shipping charges. Ive not met a more incompetent outfit with daily excuses, truly a case of the blind leading the blind with the inexperienced in charge.

I had a good experience with Aeon Shipping since the time I selected them for air freight and sea shipping services till delivery of the shipments. They’re prompt, reliable and dedicated to provide the best service and deliver the best outcome for clients. Keep it up.

Consider other options as a first choice. My things eventually arrived in one piece lucky me, but dates were late and I have to say very disappointing customer service experience full of lies, misleading information and tension. It's a shame, I shipped my personal belongings from Dubai to Valencia, Spain. Their sale team is amazing, great follow up, best customer service and here you take the bate. Then I went to check the warehouse. Which was slightly upside down as they claimed to be moving from one slot to another in Ras Al Khor. I have packed my own boxes and they clearly mentioned they I'll wrap and label accordingly with an example they showed me, but guess what it never happened.
Then after I paid the money and had the agreement done, i started struggling to talk to any one or to know the exact date of the shipment. I'm aware that I'm sharing a container but no need to tell me stories and avoid the truth. Their partner in Spain is worse. Super bad communication, have difficulty to admit mistakes or take ownership and eventually follow up or make it up for there damage or mis communication that is dirgrace.
After receiving my things which where delayed exactly a month period of what I was told in Dubai BEFORE PAYMENT, broke my Samsonite Suitcase and inner lining due to bad mishandling in spain as admitted by driver. Once addressed Aeon Shipping they said that I did not pay for insurance. But in dubai I was asked to rest assured that if anything happens to my staff in transit they will take care but not on ship during sailing.
Shame on you expected more professional behaviour.

I've shipped my car and my personal belongings from Dubai to France and everything arrived in perfect condition.
The day I brought my belongings and car to Aeon Shipping. I had issues with the truck I hired and after dropping some of my belongings to Ek skycargo, I didn't know anymore what I was putting in the container at Aeon Shipping. Luckily, they were very patient and helpful. They assisted me controlling the items and boxes I was taking, so my list was accurate which ease the custom clearance in Dubai and Le Havre. I was although missing the export certificate of my car (misplaced). They although advised me on how to get a new one.
Thanks to their help, patience and professionalism. I was able to finish everything and take my flight in the morning the next day.
Without their help, I would have had to redo my cat paperwork and been stuck for another few days without knowing where to stay with my pet.

I had horrible experience of my lifetime dealing with them when I relocated from UAE to Bahrain. I had two shipments: First one my Car and another one my household items including some furniture. When they were giving me quote, their Sales Team boasted about their professionalism and experience in dealing with such shipments, but later-on during the shipment handover process, I came to know that their Sales Team are based in Sri Lanka (although their phone no.appears to be from Dubai when they call on my Mob). Sitting in Sri Lanka, they had no clue about Abu Dhabi Traffic dept procedures for "Exporting" Car. Based on their advise, I did the procedures and left UAE after cancelling my Residence Visa. They promised to deliver my both shipments on time. After reaching Bahrain, when I did followup for the delivery, they told me that there are some issues with the Car Export certificate and that they are trying to sort it out. Regarding my Household items, they told they are waiting for shipment orders from other customers so that the Shipment Truck gets filled-up! I reminded them about their committed dates to me, but they told they are trying their best. I had to take a Rent a Car in Bahrain and I was not able to bring my family because I had no household items. After multiple followups, via phone and emails, I called their GM named Jeeva. He assured me that he will sort out all issues on priority. Not only he didn't do anything after the call, he stopped answering my calls. Finally, after 1.5 months I took a UAE Tourist Visa, took leave from my new job in Bahrain and traveled to UAE and sorted out the Car Export procedures with help of another cargo company and handed over my Car to that company (fortunately car was still lying at my cousin's place). They delivered my car to Bahrain within 2 days. I couldn't take back my Houshold items from Aeon, so I patiently waited, fed up with their irresponsible and unprofessional staffs. Finally, I got my Household items cargo after 2.5 months. By that time, I had to buy some new household items at Bahrain. I could relocate my family only after receiving the cargo. In the whole episode, in addition to spending lots of money, I had to face tremendous stress in between my professional commitments while settling down in a new job in a new country.
I would Not recommend anybody to go with Aeon cargo, because of the traumatic experience I had with them!

I have used Aeon shipping twice in the last 6 months. I initially shipped household and personal effects in July from the UAE to Ghana. Everything arrived intact without any damages.
More recently I used them to ship a vehicle and I have to say that I have been very pleased with the customer service. I highly recommend them.

AEON Shipping was the company we selected to ship our belongings from Al-Ain UAE to Athens, Greece. After considering various companies, we went with AEON and were glad we did. AEON was very professional from beginning to end and exceeeded our expectations. Their agent in Athens was also very helpful and efficient. We had all our belongings delievered to our home. We were required to pay 250 Euros for some local taxes but that was it. Overall, we were very happy from start to finish and we have already recommeded AEON to some friends.
