I cannot recommend more AeroFit! Very professional and kind customer care service! The product is amazing and their help a joy!

Physical equipment advice: excellent
Value for money: inconclusive.much more expensive than in the states, however much more convenient to order and forget, and shipping costs included.
Availability of equipment: slow delivery due to coronavirus shortages and delivery from the states, but fully explained and understood. Some items (accessories) notcavailable for months.
Heart monitor: very finicky to get working. Very uncomfortable. Is now an expensive door stop. Complete waste of money.
Smart row: really nice piece of kit. But apparantly totally basic and uninteresting software with no possibility for connection with third party software to make the rowing experience nicer. Could be my lack of knowledge but I did not get good advice about this and hours of online research was not clear.
Technical advice about the electronic and software: not ideal. I did not understand the options and limitations correctly and would have bought different options if I was advised correctly regarding the connected experience and the smart row.
I would not hesitate to recommend Aerofit to purchase equipment, however for technology and software accessories research your self or contact the main office. I am still researching and struggling to find the answers I need.
Overall I am very pleased with the rower, and I am very happy I bought it.

I ordered the waterrower oxbridge indoor rower to be delivered to my country in Kuwait, I contacted Rialey.
They were prompt at answering all my questions and advicing me for self asemply of the rower.
It was delivered to me within 10 days mostly due to my country custums delays especially with the hectic circumstances of the corona pandemic it was especially fast.
I appreaciated the service and their help as retailers in solving all the issues encountered with the shipment.
The rower is a great machine to have, I use it early in the morning to get my circulation pumping right away, easy to use, and what mostly i love about it is that its a low impact on the body machine with high energy output, the machince is quite easy to put aside when im not using it, and to be honest being made of wood makes it look like a peice of art that i dont mind leaving it in the living room especially that Frank Underwood from the great series used the same one

Full satisfied with this product and the service from Aerofit.
We bought this for our exercise regime during the COVID lockdown period and have not regretted the decision. Will strongly recommend it for those who are concerned about exercising outside.

Absolutely delighted with my WaterRower. As I love to meditate and go to the beach, this really relaxes me and even better in the comfort of my house in this uncertain time. Thank you for all the guidance and support during delivery too. I just wish I would have come across this machine years ago.

In September 2015, I purchased a Waterrower rowing machine and Swing tower weights (dumbbells) from them. Really good quality fitness equipment and I was very pleased with their professional service. Most of their fitness equipment is made in Germany and USA and performs really well. I have had no problems so far.
