The AGS Representatives in Oman turned up late, quoted too high than the market rate and never bothered to revert for confirmation on the job. We had to book another vendor. But, the UAE office receptionist was professional and followed up. Thank you, Hannah.

Very happy & impressed with the managing skill of this company in relocating stuffs within short period of time. Talking about the rate - priceworthy & the process, they are very trustworthy. They worked as committed & even help things which is beyond their scope. Highly recommend.

AGS is not the cheapest however the whole process, went very smooth.
Also communication at location and destination was very good and clear.
All items where packed well and arrived in good shape at my doorstep.

We relocated back to London after 13 years here in Dubai. There were many companies who approached us but we were most impressed by the network AGS has. Having their own branch in the UK was quite assuring to us. Packing in Dubai was quick and prompt, the crew arrived on time and were very kind.
Communication from the local team was very good, at each step they updated us as to where the shipment was. Our items arrived in the UK safely and the UK branch was very helpful in ensuring a speedy delivery, all our items were in perfect condition! I will definitely use them for my next move and I highly recommend using AGS if you wish to move internationally.

They have a very skilled workforce that is very kind and knowledgeable. Each day, they arrived on time and presented the day's schedule. It is not compact enough to fit up a lifetime of one's life and relocate to some other region. In my research looking through options for move to Kuwait, I found AGS to be quite helpful, considering this is my first time moving out of country. They were very helpful in being flexible with my plans as dates kept moving because of the COVID situation.

I would like to personally thank Mr. Hussain for his help and guidance in making sure that everything was clearly understood by me. He was nice and gracious with handling all my questions (and boy did I give many).

I definitely recommend that you give them a shot. My first shipment arrived 2 weeks after placing the order and I will be using them again for my next shipment.

The service that AGS provided was really professional and precise. They met my needs to receive the goods and were very responsive.

The service you get from AGS will drastically deteriorate as soon as you pay the invoice.

The eagerness to communicate and follow up immediately disappears after you pay and they lock you in.
Packing: Generally was ok but I realized many boxes were mostly empty and filled with packing paper that could have been used to ship some of the items left behind. I guess this made it easier to pack!

Only beds would be reassembled at destination. Rest of items would need additional charges for handy man to install. All IKEA and similar items would not be reassembled without additional charges. I had to junk desks and bookshelves after delivery as they were not assembled and left in the house with missing pieces. Be ready to do the same with them.
You will note they would hand you a booklet of terms and conditions to read and sign. They basically use it to protect themselves from you after the move is complete. The conditions are ridiculous.

They charge you for a premium service, but you get below average performance. My package arrived after 3 months due to their selection of the cheapest available route. It’s like you pay for a direct flight but you get on multiple connections flight! Chinese New Year was a surprise to them!
I don’t know first hand how they compare to others, but comparing notes with others who paid similar rates, AGS does not compare well.

Next step is the consumers protection agencies in UAE

I strongly advise you not to use this company in case you have a problem. Know that they will be non-existent they will not answer your requests and as in my case they will not respect their commitments taken in term of insurance. This company is deeply dishonest

We used their service to move from Dubai to Georgia in Summer 2020. So it was the worst experience for us. So if you use their services I advise you to stay with them when they go to pack your boxes to avoid any disappearance of your personal belongings. More than ever they are absent when you need to make complaints.

Pray not to have any disappointments during your move because you will be alone in front of your problems.

Regarding their insurance, know that they will do everything not to reimburse you. Our car arrived scratched and the new battery was dead, because they did not do necessary to transport the car correctly. And they call themselves professionals? ! It's a big question! Won't recommend this company to anyone!

This company is not meeting its commitments. If there is a problem, you will no longer have an after sale reponse

We packed our good end of April, they kept it 60 days until they shipped it and till now after 150 days we didn’t receive it in Canada. The agent in dubai didn't answer on our emails regarding our goods. Communication service is so bad.

We had used AGS some years ago to move from Dubai to Toronto. I spent almost 3 years following up with AGS regarding paying for items that were damaged during shipping. I had paid insurance premium on the valuable items based on valuations provided by me - no one from AGS asked me to provide receipts etc to back up the valuations. At that time AGS was more than happy to apply a percentage insurance premium and charge me for the same. However, when I made a claim against items that had been damaged during shipping (verified by AGS' agent in Canada) I was given the run around. My claim process took more than 2 years and yet my claim was not honoured. I even filed an official complaint with the Dubai authorities who told me to approach the DMCC authorities (AGS is a DMCC registered company). Needless to say, I NEVER received any compensation nor did AGS intervene or offer a solution. Totally unprofessional bunch of liars. Pay extra but use a reputed firm, these guys are crooks.
