I read a few reviews and it's shocking to see the ridiculous complaints. These cats are rescued! Going there is not just to have fun or entertain your kids who prob have no clue how to interact with animals.but it's TO HELP THE CATS! Instead of complaining about an establishment that is trying to have a positive impact, do something yourself to help the cats of Dubai that are struggling 24/7!

Rude staff, with no cultural sensitivity, they need diversity training to understand there is world and people outside Pacific ocean.

Cats were not clean and Unhygienic condition due to cat hair everywhere and there is no provision to clean hands before or after entering the cafe.we didn't ask for any drink due to same reason and surprisingly none was offered.

No space at all for sitting for a family of four, if there is already four persons inside. They literally converted a small karak tea cafe in to a cat house.

This was a mistake.

There was this lady that attracted all the cats and I could do nothing b it sit there and the cat tried to bite me and one of them scratched me DO NOT GO HERE…

Was a great place once first open ages ago. Since moving to the new location everything is a mess. Place is too small for the amount of cats they have and also dirty. Service is bad as well, charging an entry fee for tea without having tea (nor even offering to go to grocery next door to buy few pouches). No toilets for customers or something to sterilize hands. Definitely never coming back.

Love the place, keep on doing the good work, May Allah bless you with all the help you give to the stray cats and helping taking in all kind of cats whether their sick or abandoned, keep up the good work

I visit this place today.all cats are very friendly but with sad eyes. They are slim and need to eat more! Pls if u like animals and work with them do good conditions for their living.and in room was so cold, pls don’t do so low temperature

Just drinks I believe, plus the felines. But it’s all about them and rightfully so, well cared for rescue cats. Well managed and honest, although a bit tired round the edges. For cat lovers (and potential adopters) not Insta-junkies - as it should be, guaranteed you will leave with lower blood pressure than when you arrived.

Was an absolutely adorable place with the best ambiance ever. The cats were super cute and friendly I honestly would not have left if I had a choice! I had the best time ever and the food was super good as well!

An unclean place, and I asked the employee about a sick cat, could it affect me and my child because of the cat's illness? He told me no, and this caused bacteria in my child and an allergic reaction to my eyes

The cats were great, there were energetic ones, chill ones, cats that fit every personality.however the coffee was not so great so don't depend on going there for the Cafe experience as much as the cat petting experience

A truly lovely space for these beautiful rescues! If you’re a cat lover, make sure you go and steal some cuddles. The cats are healthy, loving and super friendly. I also like that they offer adoption. Thank you for creating this safe haven for them!

A good way to keep these felines live for adoption.the staffs allowed us to come as walk in but advised us to do an advanced booking for the next visit.entrance fee are reasonable enough to support and help these cats to be feel loved sufficiently.

Honestly the place is under expectations, it is one of the worst cats cafe in dubai, the place is not clean a lot of dust, bad smell, by giving cats treats some cats become aggressive. Cats' nails are not trimmed! Which caused scratching on customers hands. Drinks are too expensive. Employees were smoking in front of the cafe, and inside the shop there were playing with their phones in front of customers! Unfortunately, there is a big difference between the uploaded pictures and reality.

Stupid place where u paid 60 EAD only to entry to see 8 cats sleeping.
In more a guy is playing video game inside like u feel u are in a place sheet the cat are sad. Don’t come!

A well thought place for cats where they are taken care.off.
Place can be more organised upstairs, the ground level is better.
It's a cat cafe but you pay for entry and get 1 drink of your choice.
The kind thought behind keeping cats safe is amazing and taking care till they get adopted. It's 5 starts for this.
Service staff can improvise woth communication.

I took my son to this cat cafe and was disappointed with the experience. Al little more effort to clean the place, a decent coffee and tea and a more welcoming friendly staff would have made this cafe, a great place for kids to have a memorable time with cats. Even the cats looked sad and miserable.

Been with Kids to the cafe. Honestly I was scared of cats prior to my visit. But since then I wish to bring my kids again and again. Well maintained cafe and the cats were too very well taken care off. We did munch on some food and it was high in quality.

I used to go there before 3 years and the cats were very nice and would come and sit on your lap and like to be petted.this time when i went there the decoration was not at the same level as before.the place smell was awful as the cat waste was not cleaned.the cats are not playful and they don’t like to be touched and they don’t even have a stick roll to clean your clothes as they used before

Need organizing, Stuff needs to be more friendly. Furniture and seats need to be maintained and cleaned.

Very basic place, I thought it would be more fun, cute and clean cats, you pay 30 aed you see and play with the cats and they give you a soft drink as well.

This is a great place for cat lovers. Its a small cafe decorated all over for cats to play and keep busy. You can enjoy having a drink while you play with the cats. You can buy cat food and feed the cats. There is an entrance fee though, but worth your while. Me and my kids had alot of fun playing with the cats there.

It’s the best place to be for a cat lover, the staff is very co-operative and very nice. Great food and the kitties are just amazing. If you’re in Dubai and a cat lover you should definitely visit this place.

30 DHS for one hour, lovely cozy place.u can adopt the cats if you wish. They have snacks for you and the cats as well: P

Lovely cats and a great place to destress! The cats all have their unique personalities and are super adorable. They are also well taken care of. Definitely will revisit and I hope all these cats find loving forever homes ️

Not good experience. They even don't allow mother to take her child to washroom (upstairs) just to clean hands after play with cats. Mother also have to pay 30 dhs for this purpose only.

I wanted to give this a lower rating than this. Terrible place. It stinks. Compared to the other cat cafe this is absolutely the worst!

I went there today with my friend and we were amazed even before entering the cafe. The atmosphere of the place was wonderful and calm. The cats were so lovely and adorable. They were very eager to get their treats. My hand got a little scratched up but I guess it's all part of the fun. The staff were very friendly and help. Overall, it was a great experience.

Small, unorganized, unclean, unfriendly staff and not really a Cafe. The only star it's for the cats. Will never come back.

The place is very welcoming. The cats have their own personalities which made the experience much more enjoyable. Perfect place to wind down after a busy week. The staff are very friendly as well. Very high tendency to go back.

Great, cozy atmosphere and I love the fact that all the kitties are for adoption! Decent pizza and great staff, I definitely prefer this cat cafe in Dubai

It's realy hard to give a rating for this one!
The concept is fun for cat lovers (mostly kids) who can't keep one at home, but you get to have tolerance towards the dust-cat hair mix that covers every single inch in the place.
The prices are unjustifiably expensive. You pay 30 AED for one person to have either water, black tea, or green tea, and to stay in the cafe for 90 minutes. If you'd like to have a different drink you have to pay more. So, it costed the 4 of us 120 AED to have 3 cups of tea and 1 small bottle of water and stay for a while with the cats!
However, I liked the set of rules that customers should follow not to irritate cats, and the slide show on the screen that tells the name and background of every cat in the cafe.
Staff are very nice and responsive to both cats and customers.
I did not like the interiors at all, but may be its meant to please kids who come to play with the cats, so I'm not rating this. Its more of a tiny kindergarten with too much colorful childish drawings on the walls.
Cats are happy, peaceful and well cared for. They're coming from shelves and boxes on the wall and down the ceiling. I was afraid at first that I'd find a cheotic place where kids are going around chasing and grabing cats, but I found it to be very well managed in this regard.

In such place, the stuff must be more friendly, they must be educated the way talking and dealing with kids. Overall, its was good experience.

Update:
Visited recently for a second time, and honestly the place was better last year. The cats were very calm and friendly but this time because of the creamy treats they all were fighting and trying to get some. If you didn't have treats the cats wouldn't come to you and when you had it they all just fought and tried to climb you. The bad smell is not there anymore which is great.
It was much better when the treats were not causing competition between cats and they were more calm.

Amazing place for cat lovers, but I found it to be over crowded with cats. The cafe is rather small and 26 cats seemed many for there, I'm not sure how comfortable the cats were in a situation like that, they all seemed calm and friendly tho! The place is clean but smells because the litter box is not very far. The cats are all very friendly, some prefer to sit next to you, some on your lap and some just want to be pet a little. If you sit down you have a great chance of getting a cat on your lap.
The entrance is AED 30 and one drink is included in this price (water, soft drinks or tea).

Overpriced cafe - 30 AED/person/hour, tea, soft drinks included. Too strict rules (no touching sleeping cats, though most of cats are old and sleep all the time). Will not visit this place, would not recommend you to come here. Better walk to Kyte beach, there are cats near to cafes, for free) And I attached no photos as photos are 10 AED per photo.

Great experience to see so many different breeds of cats all with such different personality. Happy to know that by going there the customers are not just having a one of a kind experience, but also supporting the cats that are shelter by the owners of the place

Best place to de-stress. Everyone was very accommodating and the cats were all amazing and adorable. Will definitely come back

Such a wonderful cafe. I enjoyed stroking all of the lovely kitties! The youngest was around 5 months old. I recommend this cafe 100% if you like cats or if you don't want to buy one but you child wants one. I ordered a nice cuppa coffee, not bad. I really want to come back here sometime soon. All of the cats are super friendly and love to play!

I loved the cats! But the staff was downright rude to me. They acted like I ruined their day by walking in. And it's not like it was just a bad day for the staff or they were tired. An Arab couple walked in a few moments after me and the staff became so cheery and hospitable to them. Clearly they were treating patrons based on ethnicity. Also, their overpriced coffee (19 aed) was one of the worst I've ever had. Would not recommend unless you're white or Arab.

Today i just come to thia place i enjoy it the staff that was there is very very kind and very approachable i will come back again and also looking forward for adopting one of the cat

Friendly staff, the cats are so pretty but they need time to get used to you.

Brought my daughters here for the half term holidays, the younger one is only 13 months old but staff wouldnt allow her in without paying a full entrance fee of 30 AED and the same had to apply to adults accompanying toddlers.that’s the equivalent of approx 20 USD!

Staff extremely unfriendly and would let the little one in for just a few seconds, they said that’s the ‘owners policy’

Wouldn’t come back here again and definately wouldn’t be recommending it to friends.

Cute Cats, naughty cats, quiet cats and super lazy cats. As a cat appreciation club member I love its cozy simple place. Honestly they should have the food and drinks that are cat themed will make it better

An amazing place to be.if you're a cat lover. There are plenty of adorable cats that you can spend a lovely time with them. Charges 30/= is for a hour.

The place is cozy and cold make sure you wear a jacket. The cats are well behaved if thats even a thing.anyway i wish the hostess was a little bit friendly and share a smile once in a while.it is 30AED per person and food and beverages are extra charge.

The only place to play with cat without adopting i know of. Needs a bigger place and better ventilation
