Horrible service. Their staff came to my hpuse for PCR test, she was not subtle at all. I also paid extra for express service and they did not abide by the timeline given. Horrible and so unprofessional.

What a service, in just 20 minutes a doctor and 2 nurses were at my home.

My father was not well yesterday night because of fever, we simply asked for a doctor visit and they come with full hospital like things at my home.

Initially i really got scared but then understood that I did not have to go for anything and they gave full treatment to my father at my home.

I just want to share my experience with Aims Healthcare, my mom need physiotherapy for her back pain because she wasn’t able to walk (she was on visit visa), they send me an amazing physiotherapy Dr, her name is Dr. Khadija, she is more than amazing, Dr Khadija is exeprt at Treating low back pain, Not only she know handling the case but also let the patient know about actual cause, very professional and trusted, i will recommend her with absolutely fine confidence. She told me from beginning to give her time and my mom will walk again, and she was really right after several my mom walked again. Amazing service and staff.

Everything was very fast, I asked for an exam at 6 am on a Sunday and Rabia Rabia Zafar attended to me very well and promptly, two hours later the nurse was already at my residence taking the exam and 4 hours later the exam was ready.thank you very much and from now on I will perform my exams with them. I am highly impressed with the service and everything. I highly recommend.

The service and the treatment given by Dr Khansa Kaleem and Dr Zaleef Kanwal were outstanding. Thanks to both of them the pain disappeared in 24Hrs by their treatment. Good job done.

I needed a PCR within a small time frame, when I contacted Rabia Zafar at Aims healthcare she arranged it for me at my home within 5 minutes and the nurse came to do the PCR within only 20 minutes. Really great customer care and service. Super easy to arrange and very efficient service.

Dr was fantastic and very knowledgeable I have sarcoidosis and a viral infection had left me breathless having just flown in.
I had an Ecg, cortisone injections a nebuliser with steroids and prescription medication and bloods all done in the confiions my flat.
Slept well feeling much better today and bloods showed all fine but definitely a viral infection which triggered my sarcoidosis

The best service for home PCR Test I have seen. Paul and Sitara have been wonderful. I booked this service very skeptically as had have bad experiences with some major names in this field. But from the time I called them upto the point where I had to reschedule the test at short notice, these guys have been wonderful. Calm and understanding. Infact the nurse who took the PCR Test was 15 mins early.

I have found a great support in this team.

Took more than 30 minutes for the team to arrive. The doctor was a bit rude. Each injection needed so SO OVERPRICED. It is not okay to rip people off when they are sick and in need of help. And it has been more than 12 hours since I have asked for a medical note and it is still not received.

Very poor experience with their home PCR test - data are not stored online - customer is asked to provide the same data each time and exchanging all data via WhatsApp is not the solution if there is no proper system in place that stores customer data.

Very bad service. It's a fake type healthcare providers. You might have to find an alternative if you really need any medical services. It's nor reliable at all.

I recommend Mukti from Physio, she was able to help me with my muscle spasm that was affecting my neck and shoulder. I wasnt able to move because of the pain but after 2 sessions i felt a huge improvement and was able sleep better. She used a variety of physio tools /machines which she conveniently brings to the home. She always kept her mask on throughout the visit and would use new gloves before treatment. Thanks Mukti and thanks AIMS for always accommodating my requests.

Great contact on whatsapp with Ranvir who was super helpfull and efficient. I booked my antibody appointment at my hotel in 2 min. Nurse Nidalyn came to take the blood sample. Very sweet and gentle, i didn't feel a thing. I got the result within 48h.
I highly recommend.

The service was fast and good. Nurse Nadylyn was very effective and she came sharp in time for collecting the blood sample.

I had such an amazing team visit me at Rove La Mer hotel doctor Rekha and sister Nydiline ️ Sister Nydiline stayed beside me until my fever went down and made sure to message me even after she left the hotel to see if I’m feeling better and shared the results with me. She even message me everyday to see how am I doing and if I needed anything she is just an angel and till today she messaged me asking how am I doing. Thank you for a great service and good heart ️

Then he told us they had car accident suddenly and have to go back, team can’t come

And cancelled this appointment

So we have to call another company now, for 11 people COVID-19 test, each people more than 2000AED,

Total 22000AED

We wish do business with Aims but suddenly they cancelled

On 5th, Jan, we checked our result, then they replied: pls deleted nagative comments, pls change to positive 5 star, otherwise will not send teams anymore, this is threaten message, check attach

They came on time. Doctor Marian & Nurse Nidalyn were very understanding with my condition at the time. I was being very paranoid with the world health condition that I asked them many silly questions! They still contact me to ask about my wellbeing up until today!
