My mother was urgently needed to shift another hospital in my home country, she was hospitalised on ventilator with serious medical conditions, we needed her transferred from SMC Riyadh Hospital to Pakistan Karachi Agha khan. After contacting Mr. Nitin Air Ambulance company, they provided the information needed by hospital professionals to make the transfer happen by Air Ambulance within our budget. There were a couple of forms to be filled out, and they did the rest including approvals, portable ventilator, calibration, arranging ICU escorts. He gave us a timeline and worked with the necessary people in Airlines to have the patient safely moved from Riyadh KSA to Karachi We were not aware this service existed until it became necessary to use it. They are an incredible team with the knowledge and skills to help families who need to have a loved one moved safely to another location by air ambulance. Cannot thank Air Medical 24x7 team enough for their excellent service. As is the nature of the business it is a sad and stressful time when your loved one is being medical transfer. From our first meeting in Dubai until Chittagong (Bangladesh) arrived they informed us at all times 24/7. It is not only the professional manner but also they do care for the patient and the family. They sorted out all paper works and helped family too to find the best hospitals in Bangladesh and admission of the patient.
