I have a very bad experience in particular with how Mr. Mansoor behaved with the family of the patient who was in a vegetative state. Very unprofessional, rude and zero empathy and humanity. He needs to learn to deal with others, he refused to answer my queries related to repatriation of the patient and asked to deal with the hospital and hung up the phone on my face.seeing all these positive reviews i believe they are just to get more business. I do not recommend any dealing with them.

I would like to appreciate Ms. Yasha who provided a well planned and detailed planning which was executed by the team on timely basis.

I would suggest you to include one Registered nurse or paramedic tech to accompany the patient with full ventilator support. In my case only Doctor accompanied the patient. I am from medical background and I know that It would be difficult for one person to manage in case of emergencies.

I would like to personally commend the company, especially their Head of Operations, Mr. Mansoor - who has been absolutely helpful, honest and diligent towards his work from the beginning until the end. We had to send of the remains of our late employee, from Dubai to Manila.

And Mr. Mansoor has been helpful starting from our request for quotation, to clarifications of the process up until the last part when the remains was handed over to the family, he was consistent on assisting us and making sure that everything was in order. And even the other employees who came to take the body from the hospital were also professional and diligent. There were even photos and videos for update and documentation that were sent to us while the Human Care was preparing the remains for sending off. One small improvement is required in coordination and support while shifting patient between Ambulances.

Human care team was quite professional. They kept us posted on each and every matter and we were kept in loop till our patient was transferred from dubai Icu to Mumbai Icu. The team made all the arrangements and handed over the reports and the patient to the Intensivist in Mumbai hospital. The admin staff in dubai to the nurses in the ambulance and the accompanying Doctor, they took good care of the patient who was in critical condition. God bless the team for their efforts.

Honestly 5 star cant due justice to the level of treatment and care I received, I was in direct contact with mr mansoor and he was updating me and assuring things are running smoothly. Basically i was planing to move my bed written mother from dubai to abudhabi in the middle of pandemic mr mansoor arranged to get the covid test in a hospital was able to get the results fast when the normal procedure of the hospital was 3 working days i used their services to move my mom from the house to the hospital and was able to take the test in the ambulance which was a relief, then again on moving day mr mansoor him self came and checked on everything made sure we are ready and the staff was ready as well and alhamdlah everything ran smoothly, I highly recommend them they answer fast able to handle the amount of consistent calls and messages i made and was always answer with optimistic attitude.
