We had a birthday booked this morning and the experience everyone had was extremely unpleasant compared to Trampo extreme which was amazing last year. It is important that the business owners know about this experience to work on improving it.
There is no way a place like this can host so many birthdays at the same time, it was chaotic and everyone was complaining around! When you spend so much on a 2h birthday you want to make sure you are having at least an overall + experience incl the kids.
7 birthdays were booked at the same time, meaning 200+ adults and 200+ kids at the same time in the overcrowded coffee shop and downstairs, manager didn’t care when I mentioned to him he was fine with it “just doing his job”, difficulty to find seats for mums and dads, kids were running outside the jumping area without any supervision, no safety or security all over the place, no AC in the small birthday rooms. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place at all for birthdays. They even overcharged us 3 additional kids (they didn’t count properly our kids who attended the birthday). On the positive side:
kids had fun and the staff who were with us were really nice.

Great place for kids hangout.especially birthdays! The Goodie bag offered as package for birthday parties is a hit.the activities are exciting.zip line is a must to experience.

I recently visited this play area with my children and I must say that we had an absolutely fantastic time!
The play equipment was varied and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A shout out to ‘Care’ who helped us to host the best birthday party for our son.
I also appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the play area - it was clear that a lot of effort was put into making it a safe and fun environment for kids. Overall, I would highly recommend this play area to any families looking for a great place to play and have fun together.

So much fun for our 6 years old. We went twice durinf a 5nt stay! Kliford made a huge difference as he was playing with our kid when there were only a few kids. It was clean, felt safe all the way. It is indeed a must go with kids

Last week, we went to Air Maniax, and it was absolutely a blast. Rosalie, who has been very kind and flexible with all of our queries, and Joshua, who has handled the kids on the zipline with care, are both outstanding members of the crew.

Parents also appreciated the enormous inflatable park for children's adventures.  They had fun too.

We will most certainly return here because it was such a wonderful experience, and we will also tell other Filipinay UAE members about it.

Kids enjoyed it and adults supervisors too.the inflatable area is spacious, clean and well-maintained.the best exercise for releasing energy!

It was terrible it wa dirty, and unorganized and I payed 120 for my son and they gave him 1 small slice of pizza and only water when he was ment to get juice and popcorn I'm not coming here again.

Wholesome active day out for energetic kids! Lazy parents beware this place will force you to get out there and enjoy yourself. Cleanliness efficienct, age of material is satisfactory, safety and equipment is impeccable and customer service top notch. Highly recommended family outing.
Please deploy more staff on the weekends, they were struggling but doing very well.

My son had a BD party with his classmates. They had an amazing time. We are very lucky to have Glanda as our host. She's very good with kids and very attentive.

Kids enjoyed it a lot & the hanging zip line was a blast to them.

Super bad, the kids were pushing everyone and one of them kicked my kid in the face. 100% do not recommend it! Lack of staff supervising the kids!

Great place for a child to play and let out their excess energy. But smaller children need to be supervised closely for safety.

The place is nice and fun, Bit there's no staff to assist at all therewas one jid felt down and hurt him self and no one around to assist. Very dangerous for un supervised kids

My kids love it here. Great place with loads to do for kids. Great cafe as well with a good choice and a reasonable priced menu.

Loved this place, kids were up and down for 2 hours and wanted more. Definitely coming back again. Food is nice and got a party hall. There is enough parking in and around the vicinity

The cafeteria scammed me with an order of 400 Dhs in front of guests, I didn’t do the order and I couldn’t return the food Because it was embarrassing, but it was a way from the manager to make more money, congratulation to the manager for this brilliant idea

The customer service provided by Narissa was substandard; she was unpleasant even though she was unable to handle the matter properly, despite the fact that it was their error in registering the children early while we arrived later. Narissa is not a welcoming person and should not be in such a position to attend a customer or in front of a customer; your place is more about service than anything else, and if one of your team members is like that, trust me, there are plenty of other options "the bounce, and for a lot less money than you! Note: I informed her I was going to file a complaint online, and she said, "okay" unbelievable person.

We have attended a birthday on Saturday between 2pm and 4pm. Here what I thought,

I would think twice if I was planning a birthday here, there were 6 birthdays at the same time and it was crazy crowded.
Birthday rooms are small, really small. If the kids are younger like 5/6 years old and parents want to hang around it gets double crowded.
Upstairs café is also packed, noisy absolutely disturbing.
Better to ask less crowded timings if you are planning a birthday here.

On the contrary, indoor area is huge and spacious.
Zipline is very attractive and fun.
Within this disorganized environment, staff deserves a huge congrats as they were very helpful to everyone, both kids and adults.

Not sure I would take my kids here just for fun as there are less crowded and more organized indoor areas in Dubai.

Excellent venue for Kids parties. They feature lots of great activities one of which is the real zip line. They have a good coffee place too. There is ample parking inside and outside.

I had my son’s 9th birthday here and not only did the kids enjoy, but so did all the adults! This place is an absolute riot and I have to say we got so so lucky with our assigned birthday Host - Gherald!

Gherald ensured that every little bit was taken care of, from the sign in to the waiver forms to providing socks and playing the host inside the field from one task to another to finally ensuring there was enough food for the guests throughout and even assisting us with the cake cutting. Air Maniax - I hope you know what a gem of a staff you have!

Me and my two kids visit Air Maniax Dubai in October. I have to say that I have never seen a playground for kids that been so dirty and dusty. It was dust that I think have been there for at least one year.

We really enjoyed our time there but because of the dirtyness of the place we will not go back there.

Good fun for the kids (and adults) my daughter is 3 and she loved it!
1 hour is plenty, 2 hours would be a whole day kinda thing.

Went there on a weekend morning yo celebrate birthday party. The staff was very supportive with Covid procedures un place.the play area was quite big and for younger ones they might need to be accompanied as they may be lost. It was crowded but understandable considering opening up post covid. Had fun.recommended for birthday parties. Inly problem was the food for kids could have been a little warm rather then kept for like 3to 4 hrs before

Great fun for kids and adults together.

Perfect location to safely bounce around with your kids and have an easy, cheap bounce with lots of achievable obstacles which are great for building confidence in your kids while working up a sweat

I don't no how much we enjoyed an hour.we took a family pack and enjoyed our time. Well trained staff and maintained also well.

I really Thank, Juan for her continuous work to make sure the customers are happy & satisfied with all the services they provide. If there was a six stars I would have given her. She really knows how to run the place.

My 9-year-old son was treated very harshly, accused and abused in front of everyone and unfortunately supported by all the staff. After watching the camera turned out the sincerity of my son and the slander of the worker but unfortunately they did not do anything, failed team and untrustworthy

*fist timer* I purchased 2 hours for my toddler, nobody bothered to let me know the toddler area was the size of an inflatable pool. He was done with it in 15mins! - totally not worth it.

Complete rip-off! Despite calling ahead and asking if there are large areas for toddlers, the actual area available for under 2 is miserable. Coupled with inefficient staff, and completely overpriced rates, I would recommend to give this place a miss. Dont waste your money and time!

Brilliant for my 2 kids, particularly my 5 year old who absolutely loved it. Comfy seating for adults, good coffee.

Such an amazing place for the kids and adults can get involved too. My daughter and friends had such a great day and I can highly recommend this place.

It was totally a fun day here with my children. Both kids and myself enjoyed it. Even my mom. They had an amazing Tuesday offer for very good price.

They also have zip line which is exciting for kids and they have party halls and prayer room

So expensive for the small area and the Cafe so and not have elevator for the stroller and disabled person

The place is great but the staff are constantly trying to up sell. I had called before going there with my 5 year old son to ask if they had any discounts and they said no. As my son was playing and I was checking the GEMS Rewards App - I noticed that we were eligible for 20% discount on all packages. The staff did not bother to tell me. When I went and told them - they just apologised.
Subsequently, my husband decided to take our son during the weekend. And we showed them the discount on the app, they said its not valid on Weekends. When I mentioned to them that it is not mentioned anywhere that the discounts are only valid for weekdays and that I would complain to the consumer rights department, they said they needed to discuss with their manager, and then applied the discount.
Not very happy with their staff being ignorant about offers and discounts and just constantly trying to up sell.
Very disappointed. Not sure we will go again.

Super cool place for the kids to let loose for a few hours. Staff was courteous and helpfull from start to finish. The cafeteria upstairs has ample choice and decent coffee.

Lovely play area specially for trampoline lovers. Not so good on food even tough they do not allow outside food. No sandwiches, fruits or veggies available.

Myself the wife and 4 year old had lots of fun it’s spacious and safe even has a locker for your items. They have a cafe food place above the Airsoft so you can observe the kids if you want a timeout. Lots of fun

It’s a huge jumping Arena. Kids love it. Fun place. Clean and safety is a priority. Very nice staff. I love seating earia where parents can have a drink overlooking thier kids playing. Lazer tag and parkour sections.but the most favorite for kids is the zipp line. Price is on the higher side especially if you have number of kids. The coffee shop has wide selection of drinks and food. At a reasonable price also good delicious. Highly recommend. Thier birthday parties are amazing

The staff were fantastic. It was clean and the kids had the time of their life. I believe my 5 year old said, and I quote it was the "most epic day of his life. "

The kids did the zigzag and the Laser experience and it was worth every penny. We went with a group of other friends that we organized before hand and the Events Manager Amr was amazing and very helpful with the organization even though it wasn't a birthday party!

We will definitely be going to Air Maniax again and again! If it is your first time, get the entire package. The pictures, the zipzag, the laser. It is worth it.

Spaciouse and clean many options for kids they can spend hours without feeling bored; and also it can stregnth their muscles as there is alot of climbing and ropes games

This is the coolest birthday party place in Dubai right now, we had a joint party for two 10 yr old girls with their full school yr and it was an amazing afternoon. With graffiti laden walls of the coolest portraits of dancers, skaters and even a G Wagon certainly hits the spot With the kids (and secretly parents too). The kids have exercise, fun and a great zip line experience. The food was also superb, great coffee shop upstairs. Management are exceptional, dealing with our every need. Long may this last Guys, very well done

Went with my 2 boys amazing experience the staff were friendly took the 2 hour pass 3rd hour free! Cafe is amazing we all had the burger. Free access to Wifi too. The zipzag was thrilling. Would be going definitely again after few days! Cleanest park in Dubai!

My and my brother had a lot of fun, especially with the Obstacle Course, however after 40 mins we had done everything several times (except zip line and Laser frenzy which we didn’t sign up for). My brother got slightly hurt on the Meltdown, and the guy there spent three minutes, asking him to explain what happened, whilst me and the other kids were just waiting there. Anyway, that was only a slight problem and we both enjoyed it a lot.

My kids love this place, but the cafe needs to be improved.this cafe is for kids, Adults need better quite cafe.
I would try not to take my kids there because of the cafe.
Also the cafe items quality needs to be improved.

I loved the concept of this place! It's one of the coolest, cleanest and fun-filled family adventure parks in Dubai. No boring moment. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Worth recommending!

We queued for 30 minutes for the zip line and the queue didn't move. After arguing with a blond member of staff we were allowed to jump the queue. We were sensible enough to start queuing for the zip line after our 1h play time had finished but many were unaware of this option and were left to waste their playtime queuing. We were persuaded into buying the premium pass but had we been told the extent of the queues for the zip line we wouldn't have bothered. I wouldn't go there again any time soon.
