Went to Airis for the first time today and was so impressed! The lady at the reception in scarf is sooooo kind and considerate and deals so nicely with the customers! Dr. Tehzib is the sweetest dr i have come across! Really good staff.
All are really really kind!

Airis imaging and diagnostic they are providing excellent service and good customer care. Radiology Dr tehzib explained my scanning report in detail. I would like to recommend all who need her services. Dr and staffs are very friendly and caring. Highly recommend.

She is the best radiolagist I ever experienced…Before meeting with Dr. Tehzib, I have consulted with few other radioligist in dubai who are just professional with their patients however Dr tehzib is out of the world I would say, She was always available for all my queries. She was always positive in her approach and helped me steer through my all pregnancy scans. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a superior radiologist.
And the staffs and reception was very helpfull.

Dr Tehzib did the scan and she explained everything clearly and gave us a clear picture of all the body parts of the baby. Also, from the point of taking appointment till the scan, the coordination from the staff was very good, be it from sending reminders of the appointment till confirming the early schedule after our request.

Very bad way of talking from the one whos answer line, i called her 3 times to book appointment for me everytime she refused and told me that she will call me again after few mins (she's waiting for the approvel, and got the money!) from wednesday, she didn't even call me and in the last in the next day she call she told me it's fully booked! & it's not our matter! And start talking in a very bad way and shouting and didin't even listen to the customer! She don't know who to handle the pxt in a good way!

They will tell you when you book an appointment-you can't get a later appointment even for 10 minutes, yet when you actually go they can make you wait -as if your time never mattered.

Clean and amazing experience, no delays was there 10 min before as mentioned on the appointment confirmation, staff did amazing job of handling all the insurance issues.

It was a great visit as I was very nervous in the beginning but familiar staff, awesome doctor Tehzeeb made comfortable and explained each and everything clearly and I am 100% satisfied. Fantastic and superb! After visiting more than 5 MRI locations and failed to manage my MRI done because of fears, I found "AIRIS". Most comforting room with proper lighting/Cleanliness/Air conditioning and above all Vipin, the Technician managing the equipment and patient is fantastic. Lovely to see positive & supporting attitude of Mr.shiju. I can say 10/10 for all especially for Claustrophobic patients. Wish Team Airis all the very best.
